GSMArena labs: the viewer for 3D phone models is now easier to control, accessibility improved
After you spin the 3D model of a phone, it will now snap to 45° angles horizontally and 90° vertically – this way, you can easily 'pose' the phone with a quick swipe. You can still view a phone at any angle while you move your finger/mouse cursor, the snapping only occurs once you let go.

The ways you interact with the 3D model were improved too. You can use the keyboard to control the interface. And if you are on mobile, you can swipe across the phone to spin it, but up/down swipes scroll the page so you can't get stuck.
The Binkies team implemented a number of changes to improve accessibility. All visual elements have ARIA labels, which are used by screen reading software. Additionally, colors were tweaked to ensure that they have good contrast for visibility and the slightly transparent background of the full screen view is now opaque, again to boost visibility. The 3D viewer is now compatible with the European Accessibility Act.

You can really feel the bump up from 120Hz to 165Hz; animations are sharper and zippier. There are just two speakers on either side of the Astra Gaming Tablet, but they're boomy. They have very solid volume, too. Led Zeppelin comes alive in a way that's not possible on your flagship phone. You could use this tablet as an ad hoc speaker for your tunes. Compact tablet doubters will say that you should just buy a foldable phone instead of a portable tablet. But there's definitely a place and suitable use cases for a high-end small tablet. It's superb for on-the-go multimedia enjoyment - videos simply are nicer on this than on your phone! And of course, the RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet will excel at gaming in a way a phone wouldn't, thanks to its bigger canvas, its potent (and properly cooled) hardware, and its bigger battery!

No Mr. President. Apple and US consumers will pay the 20% tariff on Vietnam
President Donald Trump has announced a trade deal with Vietnam. This deal leaves two different tariffs on goods imported into the U.S. from Vietnam. The one that covers Apple devices made in Vietnam and shipped to the States demands that Apple pay a 20% import tax. The tech giant will have the option of paying the entire amount. It could also raise prices by the amount of the tariff, leaving U.S. consumers to pay the tax bill. Or Apple could pay some of the tariffs and raise prices by a smaller amount, leaving consumers stuck with paying the balance. I know that President Donald Trump wrote on a social media post that "Vietnam will pay the United States a 20% Tariff on any and all goods sent into our Territory." I'm sorry, but that is not how tariffs work. Vietnam will not pay one penny of the tariff imposed on it by the U.S. You might want to believe otherwise, but it is true.
