Honda Has a New Plan To Support Its Aging Classics Like the NSX
The latest car news, reviews, and features. In Japan, Honda's been running an 'NSX Refresh Plan' for customers to get early NSXs fixed by factory specialists since 1993. That program's being sunsetted this year, and replaced with a new strategy to maintain support for the first-gen NSX and other high-tier Hondas. There might not be many OEM '90s NSX parts left on shelves, but Honda is not going to give up on its aging classics. Honda's announcement about this, which Google translated from Japanese for me, introduced me to a term I'd never heard: 'Genuine Compatible Parts.' Not quite OEM, but not aftermarket either, Honda will be making new classic car parts with a mix of approved suppliers, 3D printing, and good old-fashioned remanufacturing of old parts. I'm too broke to buy an NSX, but I love the idea of a program like this. As we learned recently, 3D printing is unlocking huge potential for classic car restoration. We've already seen some great cottage-industry innovation in reverse-engineering no-longer-available car parts—it makes total sense for automakers themselves to reverse-engineer their own parts and re-make them to a high standard using 3D printing. As Honda officially stated (again, translated): 'With the cooperation of various business partners, we have been considering the production of alternative parts for parts that we can no longer produce and supply. Furthermore, with the advancement of technologies such as remanufacturing and 3D printing, the range of possibilities for new manufacturing and procurement methods for the continued supply of parts is expanding.' Sounds like Honda will be offering parts directly to customers, as well as a new restoration service for customers in Japan. I guess if you're a real NSX nut in another country, you could ship your car to the land of the rising sun for this treatment. But it doesn't sound like Honda will be setting up a restoration center elsewhere. Theoretically, the parts could be shipped anywhere, though. These Genuine Compatible Parts and the full factory restoration services will be available in Japan starting in the spring of next year, with more details to be made public this fall. If you're wondering about price, that's probably something we'll find out later this year. NSX parts were never cheap, so don't count on bargains. The automaker is only offering this level of support for the NSX for now, but the Japanese announcement did say, 'In the future, the service will be expanded to other sports-type vehicles.' I would expect some Type R vehicles and the S2000 will be on the list at some point, too. Maybe a Honda Beat restoration program? Anybody? Got a tip? Send us a note at tips@

I review mini PCs for a living and this Mac mini M4 deal is an absolute steal at $100 off
There's never been a better time to ditch your laptop or downsize from a big bulky desktop and pick up one of the best mini PCs instead. While there are plenty of great mini PCs that run Windows, there's only one that runs macOS though and after using it for the past six months, I have to admit the Mac mini M4 is almost perfect. Thanks to Apple's powerful M4 chips and the fact that the base model now comes with 16GB of RAM as standard, the Mac mini M4 is a powerful mini PC that's perfect if you don't want to shell out extra cash for one of the best MacBooks. Right now you can get the Mac mini M4 for just $499 at Amazon, $100 off its normal price. Need even more power? The Mac mini M4 Pro is also $100 off and comes with 24GB of memory and even more storage. The base model Mac mini M4 is a big step up from its predecessor and likely enough for most people without any expensive upgrades. It comes with Apple's powerful M4 chip, 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. You also get plenty of ports in a tiny package with three Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-C ports, HDMI and Ethernet. This pro model of the smallest Mac yet takes things up a notch with even more power and extra storage. It comes with Apple's M4 Pro chip, 24GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. Likewise, instead of Thunderbolt 4, this upgraded model comes with faster Thunderbolt 5 ports. Compared to its predecessor, the Mac mini M4 is a big step up. Not only does it feature Apple's M4 chips but the case has been redesigned from the ground up to be smaller and more compact at just 5 x 5 x 2 inches. Likewise, you now get two USB-C ports and a headphone jack on the front, which means you don't have to reach around back to plug in a pair of wired headphones or to connect accessories to your Mac mini M4. Around back, you now get three Thunderbolt ports, an HDMI port and a gigabit Ethernet port. It's worth noting that while the standard Mac mini M4 has three Thunderbolt 4 ports, the pro version features even faster Thunderbolt 5 ports instead. One of my favorite things about the Mac mini M4 when compared to other mini PCs I reviewed is that it features an internal power supply. This makes cable management just as easy as bringing this PC with you on a trip since you don't have to lug around a bulky power adapter with you. It also uses a standard power cord, so it's easy to replace or get a longer one if you need Mac mini M4 is an excellent all-around mini PC that's great for both work and play. It's also very easy to set up and use which makes it a fantastic choice for older users as well as younger ones. At $100 off its normal price, this is a deal you won't want to miss, especially if you're looking for a new Mac. Check out my article on reasons to buy or skip the Mac mini M4 if you're still on the fence!

Pixalate's May 2025 Delisted Mobile Apps Reports: 49,613 Apps Delisted from Google Play Store & 39,131 from Apple App Store
Pixalate research finds 14,602 apps delisted from the United States (U.S.) Google Play Store were ad-enabled (e.g. have an file), while 3,348 apps delisted from the Apple App Store were ad-enabled London, June 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pixalate, the leading global platform for ad fraud protection, privacy, and compliance analytics, today released the May 2025 Delisted Mobile Apps Reports for the United States (U.S.) Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The reports analyze apps delisted in May, including those enabled for programmatic advertising. The reports include a list of the top delisted apps by app store, enabled for programmatic advertising (based on the presence of an file). The report identifies applications that are no longer available for download from the U.S. Apple App Store and Google Play Store, according to Pixalate's data. Delisted apps do not indicate who initiated the delisting action, i.e., Apple, Google, or the app developer. While some apps are delisted for benign reasons, others are removed due to more nefarious behaviors, including ad fraud and non-compliance with privacy regulations or app store policies, which may expose advertisers to potential financial or legal risks. Because apps can be delisted for various reasons, Pixalate neither asserts nor assigns a reason for any delisting action. Additionally, it is generally not publicly available information as to who the initiator of the delisting is, so it is often not possible to know whether the app store or the developer triggered the research focuses on app profile information. It provides various insights observed in the programmatic advertising bid stream, such as the developer's country of registry, the level of app abandonment, and the number of delisted apps with advertising (as indicated by an file).Key Findings: Delisted Mobile Apps (May 2025)Google Play Store Delisted apps: 49,613 apps delisted in May 2025, representing a 19% decrease from April 2025 14,602 apps delisted were enabled for programmatic advertising (i.e., had declared an file) in May 2025 Country of origin: United States-registered apps had the highest number of delistings (1,882) in the Google Play Store, followed by South Korea (929) in May 2025 Among the apps that provided a country of registration, 3,842 were registered in Asia-Pacific (APAC), which is the highest among global regions, followed by 2,812 in EMEA, 2,062 in North America, and 735 in LATAM, according to PixalateGoogle Play Store: Top 5 Delisted Apps in May 2025 (by downloads) Rank App ID App Title Estimated Downloads Developer Name 1 Qblock: Wood Block Puzzle Game 100M Oakever Games 2 PAC-MAN 100M Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. 3 mAst: Music Status Video Maker 100M mAst App 4 Control Center Simple 50M TD Application 5 Kpop Music Game - Dream Tiles 50M Dream Tiles Piano Game Studio Apple App Store Delisted apps: 39,131 apps delisted in May 2025, down 11% from April 2025 3,348 apps delisted were enabled for programmatic advertising in May 2025 Country of origin: United States-registered apps had the highest number of delistings (1,389) in the Apple App Store, followed by China (494) and South Korea (360) in May 2025 Among the apps that provided a country of registration, 1,755 were registered in APAC, which is the highest among global regions, followed by 1,502 in North America, 1,272 in EMEA, and 166 in LATAM, according to PixalateApple App Store: Top 5 Delisted Apps in May 2025 (by downloads) Rank App ID App Title Estimated User Ratings Developer Name 1 1668632772 爸爸的面馆-记忆中的小店 148.7K Guangzhou Yoqu Technology Co., Ltd 2 1417033792 BoxFresh 匿名質問アプリ - ボックスフレッシュ 67.1K App-CM Inc. 3 1393913947 Miles - Travel, Shop, Get Cash 66.0K ConnectIQ Labs Inc 4 417281773 Авито: бронирование отелей 37.8K LLC DOUBLETAPP 5 1578231174 グランサガ (Gran Saga) 33.7K Npixel Co., Ltd.
