BREAKING NEWS Love Island star 'rushed to hospital in Majorca after suffering nasty accident in the villa'
The Casa Amor bombshell, who is coupled up with Yasmin Pettet, was sent to A&E on the Spanish Island after stepping on a screw in the garden, new reports claim.
According to The Sun, medics in the villa said it was best Jamie be sent for further checks and returned later on 'all bandaged up'.
A source told the publication: 'Jamie was taken to hospital after an accident in the villa. He stepped on a screw in the garden and after chatting to the villa medics they made the decision to take him to hospital.
'Filming was briefly paused and everyone was really worried as it's quite rare anyone gets taken out of the villa.
'But after the garden was searched for any more loose screws Jamie returned all bandaged up. He was fine to walk - bosses were worried he'd be seen out of the villa and exposed to the outside world but it was actually fine.'
MailOnline has contacted Love Island for comment.

ITV makes major decision on I'm A Celebrity's future after talks with officials
The broadcaster is planning to secure the series' Australian jungle location for another five years, a source has claimed ITV is reportedly in talks to extend I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! until at least 2030. A TV source says the broadcaster is planning to secure the series' Australian jungle location for another five years and if successful, the deal would take the hit reality show up to its landmark 30th series. The discussions would mark a shift in strategy for ITV, which has previously only signed three-year agreements to use the Murwillumbah site in New South Wales. Negotiations are now reportedly under way with Australian authorities and the Tweed Shire Council, which must approve any extended filming permits. A source told The Sun: "The production team are planning five years in advance, which is a long-term approach they haven't adopted before. But this is not a done deal with the local authorities, and the negotiations have just started to secure the site. "They're not taking anything for granted but are hopeful all parties involved will be able to reach some kind of agreement." A spokesperson for Tweed Shire Council confirmed talks are ongoing. She said: "They will need to seek permission again – we can't give open-ended filming permissions to anyone." I'm A Celebrity, hosted by Ant McPartlin, 48, and Declan Donnelly, also 48, remains ITV's highest-rated returning entertainment series. Last year's 24th series drew an average audience of 9.1 million, making it 2024's most-watched entertainment programme. I'm A Celebrity launched in 2002, with DJ Tony Blackburn, now 81, crowned the inaugural winner. The format sees celebrities undertake challenges in the Australian jungle, competing for public favour. The show temporarily relocated to Gwrych Castle in North Wales in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid pandemic. Its most recent series was won by 38-year-old singer Danny Jones, from the band McFly. Richard Coles, 62, and Coleen Rooney, 39, were runners-up. The 25th series is set to return this autumn, although ITV has not yet revealed the full celebrity line-up.

Gary Lineker is NOT in ITV's World Cup plans despite ex-Match of the Day host taking up new role with broadcaster after controversial BBC sacking
ITV do not intend to bring in Gary Lineker to front their World Cup coverage. The prospect of the former Match of the Day host presenting the broadcaster's programmes from next year's tournament had been raised after reports claimed that he was to front an evening quiz show on ITV1. It is understood that ITV Sport are already in the latter stages of planning for the tournament - and that Lineker is not involved. The news would appear to end a scenario in which Lineker would be in direct opposition to the BBC, which also holds the rights to screen the World Cup in the UK. He was due to host the competition for the BBC after retiring from Match of the Day at the end of the season. However, controversy over a social media post he shared put an end to what was viewed as a departing victory lap for the 64-year-old. The Instagram post, about Zionism, featured an illustration of a rat. Lineker subsequently apologised but the storm, coming after a series of controversies, saw an early end to his long-running stint with the broadcaster. Lineker has been fronting a podcast, The Rest is Football. Earlier today Goalhanger, the company he co-founded, announced a three-year deal to screen highlights from Spain's La Liga, A new podcast, The Rest Is Football: LALIGA will show the footage, becoming the first show of its kind to secure a rights deal. Lineker, who starred for Barcelona, said: 'I've made no secret of my love for Spanish football over the years. Ever since I played there in the late '80s, I've followed the story of LALIGA closely. 'Now, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Marcus Rashford joining Jude Bellingham and Conor Gallagher in Spain, all eyes will be on LALIGA's biggest games each week. The Rest Is Football: LALIGA will be the perfect way to catch all the goals and key action. I can't wait.'
