The off-screen chemistry went further with Liam planting a gentle kiss on the side of Pamela's head as he held her waist.
Liam also joked that his favourite part of making The Naked Gun, which opens on August 1, was 'the sex scenes', which the pair were given an intimacy co-ordinator for.
Liam added: 'I'd never had one before. But she was in the background. There was no kind of, 'OK! Excuse me!'.'
Pamela is a five-times married former Playboy model, who has seemingly hinted that her on-screen love interest Liam will not be her next hubby.
She commented of her co-star: 'I think I have a friend for ever in Liam and we definitely have a connection that is very sincere, very loving, and he's a good guy.'
She added: 'He really is a silly guy. He acts like a silly little boy sometimes.'

Thursday Murder Club trailer gives first glimpse at David Tennant's character
David Tennant will play Ian Ventham in the highly anticipated Netflix film The Thursday Murder Club The first full-length trailer for The Thursday Murder Club film adaptation has dropped, offering fans a first glimpse of David Tennant and Sir Jonathan Pryce in their roles. The highly anticipated film is based on the bestselling book series by game show host and author Richard Osman. The story follows a group of crime-solving retirees, portrayed by a star-studded cast including Oscar-winner Dame Helen Mirren, former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan, Calendar Girls star Celia Imrie and Gandhi's Sir Ben Kingsley. Director Chris Columbus, known for his work on Harry Potter, previously revealed in an interview with Collider that Doctor Who star Tennant, 54, would play Ian, the owner of Coopers Chase retirement village - the setting for much of the action. Sir Jonathan Pryce, 78, takes on the role of Stephen, the husband of Dame Helen's character, Elizabeth. The trailer, released following a teaser back in May, features a glimpse of Tennant's character, seen with slicked-back hair and a Dolce & Gabbana T-shirt, looking angry. In one clip, he declares: "I'm not worried about the cantankerous old farts." Meanwhile, Sir Jonathan's character is shown in a brown cardigan, blue shirt and glasses. He plays Stephen, Elizabeth's husband, who suffers from dementia in the book. Joining the main cast are Saltburn's Richard E. Grant, Miranda star Tom Ellis, Mickey 17 actress Naomi Ackie, Line of Duty's Daniel Mays and Indian Summers actor Henry Lloyd-Hughes. The trailer introduces the audience to the core group: Elizabeth (Mirren), Ibrahim (Kingsley), and Ron (Brosnan), who welcome Joyce (Imrie), a retired nurse, into their amateur sleuthing circle. Ackie, who plays a police constable, is seen investigating as is May's character who says: 'Police work is off-limits to anyone who isn't the police.' Tension builds in the trailer with scenes of Elizabeth receiving a threatening bouquet of flowers urging her to "back off," and she is later seen bumping into a shadowy figure who warns her not to "wake the dead." Director Columbus praised the cast, saying: 'This is the finest cast I've worked with since Potter. They're just so incredibly well-prepared, and it's because they do everything. They do theatre, they do television, they do film, and they've developed those sorts of muscles.' Richard Osman has penned four novels in the Thursday Murder Club series so far, with a fifth instalment, The Impossible Fortune, set to be released in September. The TV personality, 54, left the popular BBC quiz show Pointless in 2022 to focus on his writing career after co-hosting with Alexander Armstrong since the show's debut in 2009. The Thursday Murder Club will be released on Netflix on August 28.

Oasis drone show lights up Edinburgh sky above Murrayfield as fans flock to reunion gigs
It was a Champagne Superdroner in the sky. The skies above Edinburgh were lit up with an impressive drone show tonight - ahead of Manchester music legends Oasis taking over Murrayfield Stadium. Liam and Noel Gallaghe r are set to play three nights at the venue from tomorrow. And ahead of the performances, drones were used to make the band's famous logo. The drones shone purple over the rugby stadium, in a slick display of the lower case letter bordered stamp, which could be seen across the city. The newly-reunited band played their last show at the stadium in 2009. And sixteen years on they will get back on stage as part of their only Scottish dates in their reunion tour. The shows follow a number of dates in Cardiff, Manchester and London, with one fan tragically dying at Wembley Stadium after following from the top tier of a stand. After their three nights in the Scottish capital, the D'You Know What I Mean? rockers embark on the foreign leg of their world tour, which takes them to America, South Korea, Japan, and Australia. It comes as the city's council officials were blasted as "snobby" after suggesting Oasis fans descending on the city for the shows are old, raucous and overweight. Scottish Secretary Ian Murray blasted comments aboutt the band's sold-out reunion tour as "classist" and said it was part of a wider issue in Scottish society. He made reference to the fact that drinking alcohol is allowed at rugby matches but not football games. He said: "I think it's snobby. I mean, Murrayfield is a great example. "You can go and see Scotland versus the All Blacks on a Saturday at three o'clock and get as ratted as you want sitting watching the rugby, and people do, they spend most of their time at the bar." 'And I remember my team, Hearts, played Celtic there the following day on the Sunday, when Hampden was out of use for the Commonwealth Games, and there was a complete ban on drinking in the stands for the football fans. "That's just classist and snobbery.' Asked if he wanted to bring back drinking at football stadiums, the Scottish Secretary joked it was either that 'or not have rugby drinking'. In June, Edinburgh council came under fire from Oasis fans, and the band itself, after safety briefings showed officials' concerns about the crowds descending on the city for the group's performance at Murrayfield, which clashes with the Fringe. One note from the documents showed council officials warning that 'middle-aged men take up more room, consider this when working out occupancy'. Another detailed 'concern about crowds of Oasis on weekends as they are already rowdy and the tone of the band'. It added: 'Concerned about the safety of the Fringe and its performers. Many performers are considering not attending for that weekend.' One document suggested there would be 'medium to high intoxication' at the concert, and to expect a 'substantial amount of older fans', but added there had been 'minimal arrests' at recent events involving either of the Gallagher brothers. Responding on social media at the time, Liam Gallagher said: 'To the Edinburgh council I've heard what you said about Oasis fans and quite frankly your attitude f****** stinks I'd leave town that day if I was any of you lot.' In a second post, he added: 'I'd love to see a picture of all the people on the Edinburgh council bet there's some real stunning individuals.' City of Edinburgh Council was approached for comments.
