Lindsay Lohan Reveals Her Beauty Secrets and Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors

Lindsay Lohan has revealed how she achieves her highly talked-about ageless complexion — and it's not because she went under the knife.
In an interview with Elle, conducted by Saturday Night Live cast member Chloe Fineman, Lohan, 38, broke down her beauty routine, which seemingly starts from the inside out.
'I drink this juice every morning. It's like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water,' she shared in the interview published on Tuesday, May 27. 'I'm a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything.'
The former child star, who is developing her own beauty line, said she's been testing her products in her routine.
'My skin care is very specific. I'm trying out some serums now that I'm doing — I'm testing them,' she remarked. 'Also, I'm a big believer in ice-cold water on your face when you wake up. I drink lemon juice a lot; I also put tons of chia seeds in my water. Eye patches, I do every morning.'
The Freaky Friday actress also shared insight into her cosmetic treatments, telling the 36-year-old comedian, 'everyone does Botox,' and that she was 'into lasers.'
'There's a new at-home one [laser] I saw that Julianne Moore was using that looked really good,' she stated. 'It's good for around your mouth. I've heard it all.'
Lohan added that she tried a skin treatment called 'Morpheus8' but didn't stick with it, telling Fineman, 'I realized my skin is so thin that I can't be doing that.'
Lohan noted that after giving birth to her son, Luai, in 2023, her skin 'changed,' which served as the catalyst for her wellness journey.
'It got really sensitive. That's what really made me change my whole routine and diet and everything,' she recalled. 'I did blood tests, and I was like, 'I want to know everything I'm allergic to.' So I cut everything out, and that's kind of when everything started to change for me.'
In regards to whether she had gotten major plastic surgery, Lohan commented, 'I'm like, when? With what time? Where?'
Additionally, Lohan sees a professional when it comes to her skin.
Dubai-based dermatologist Dr. Radmila Lukian posted a selfie on Instagram with Lohan in December 2024 at her office, captioning the post, 'Trust and confidence are the foundation of our relationship @lindsaylohan.'

‘Lack of communication' led to unpermitted group home where murder occurred, Bartow official says

BARTOW, Fla. (WFLA) — 'Some chicken and rice,' said Eddrena Thornton, taking out a tray of food she has prepared for the five people who live with her in her home. 'I feel like I'm doing a mission that God wants me to do. It's my calling,' said Thornton. Since 2020, Thornton has run a state-licensed adult family care facility in her home with a focus on people with mental health issues. 'They don't have nowhere for them to go because they can't afford to go to assisted living because they may not have long-term care plus their income is low. They can't afford to live on their own. Their family's not taking them in so they go back to the street,' she said. In February, she opened – what the city of Bartow considers to be – a group home in a rental house across the street on Bluebird Avenue. Unlike with her adult family care home, she did not notify any governmental agencies. 'Because the people were living independently,' she said. 'I always heard that as long as you're not doing nothing for them, then you're OK. It's like they're just renting a room.' 'You're collecting money. You are engaging in a business where your sole goal is for people to live there as a group then that would be considered a group home,' said Tray Towles, director of code compliance and neighborhood services for the city of Bartow. Towles said group homes require an application and permit approval. 'It goes to our planning and zoning board who reviews that application, makes sure it fits within the scope of the ordinance,' said Towles. Towles said the violation was the result of a 'lack of communication.' 'When she actually opened her licensed facility, she reached out to the city of Bartow and made sure that she was in compliance with all of our codes at that time. She did not do that in this instance when she opened up the group home at 2226 Bluebird,' said Towles. The owner of the home, a Texas-based company, is in the process of evicting Thornton as a renter. All the residents have moved out. Towles said, because the residents are no longer there, there will be no further action or fines imposed on Thornton. 'The Bartow Chief of Police has been in touch with representatives of the Wind Meadows HOA to strengthen communication and a team approach to addressing safety concerns in the neighborhood,' said city manager Mike Herr in a statement. Towles said there are no other known group homes in the neighborhood. A neighbor tells News Channel 8 that many residents have concerns about who Thornton is housing in the neighborhood. The violation was discovered when, earlier this month, Thornton allowed an 18-year-old named Moses Ojeda to move in. Thornton said a placement agency and Ojeda's mother contacted her as Ojeda was being released from the hospital after being Baker Acted. 'I looked at the psychiatric evaluation. He had issues for him to get Baker Acted but the psychiatric evaluation said that he was calm and stable, normal, had good talk and he said he was ready to get discharged and go home with his mom,' said Thornton. Thornton said she was not able to meet him but allowed him to move in because of his mother's desperation. Later that night, Thornton saw Ojeda outside. She said she tried calling his mother to pick him up because of his strange behavior but she did not answer. Thornton said she slept on the sofa in the group home to keep an eye on Ojeda and talked to him that morning. 'He sat down and he was talking to us about God and about life and death and all this stuff…[while] the man in the room dead!' said Thornton. According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Ojeda fatally stabbed an 81-year-old man more than 100 times in the night. 'This tragedy happened to me to not put my heart first but to always make sure I follow my steps – no matter if the person is gonna be homeless. That's not my problem. I'll see you tomorrow,' said Thornton. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.

Mount Dora project with Chick-fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, more gets timeline to open

Editor's note: This story is available as a result of a content partnership between WFTV and the Orlando Business Journal. A Lake County retail project with several high-profile tenants likely will see its restaurants debut by the end of the year, according to its developer. Andy Hawkins, development partner for Clearwater-based One Oak Development, told Orlando Business Journal restaurant tenants at Mount Dora Groves South — his firm's 17-acre project on the south side of U.S. 441 in Mount Dora near Loch Levin and adjacent Taylor Morrison's large residential project there — should open by the fourth quarter. These include Chick-fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, First Watch and Mission BBQ, plus a to-be-named restaurant concept negotiating for a 3,000-square-foot space. Heartland Dental also is confirmed as a tenant for the project, which is permitted and under construction, along with a Fifth Third Bank and Circle K. Sydney Sweeney is selling soap infused with her ‘actual' bathwater… and we feel dirty just typing this

Gwen Stefani sang about bathing in it, and now it's actually becoming a thing, thanks to one euphoric actress. Sydney Sweeney is again partnering with soap brand Dr. Squatch to sell a limited addition line of bars infused with her bathwater. Yes, you read that right: according to a series of Instagram posts from the 'Euphoria' star on Thursday, 'Sydney's Bathwater Bliss' soap bars can be yours next month. The product push comes after Sweeney's now-viral ad for Dr. Squatch Natural Body Wash last October, which featured her in a bubble bath addressing 'dirty little boys.' 'You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad… so we kept it,' Thursday's post on both Sweeney's and Dr. Squatch's Instagram pages read. 'Introducing Sydney's Bathwater Bliss! A very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater.' Another post (rightfully) asked 'Why?' this new, medium-grit soap is being brought into existence, and then answered, 'Because y'all wouldn't stop asking. And Sydney said, 'Let's do it.' (what a legend).' The brand is even doing a giveaway promotion with 100 winners getting the soap for free, but stipulated that those interested must be over 18 years of age. The promo mentioned that the soap is 'a perfect combination of the two best places on the planet: The outdoors and Sydney Sweeney's bathtub. Experience the ultimate blend of outdoor serenity with refreshing notes of pine, Douglas fir, earthy moss, and a touch of Sydney's very own bathwater.' Sydney's Bathwater Bliss will be available for purchase at on June 6. The price for some good, clean fun and 'bliss' in a bar? A budget-friendly $8.
