The Chairman of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad Al-Sayeh, held talks on Tuesday with Spanish Ambassador to Libya, Javier Soria Quintana, to review progress in Libya's electoral process and outline plans for the 2025 municipal council elections.
According to a statement from the HNEC media office, Al-Sayeh highlighted the ongoing technical and logistical preparations, reaffirming the Commission's commitment to conducting elections with transparency and professionalism in line with international standards.
