Kristin Cavallari reveals custody arrangement has changed with ex Jay Cutler and their three kids
When Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler separated in 2020 after seven years of marriage, they initially agreed to split every other week with their three children.
The 38-year-old reality star first hinted their custody arrangement changed last October, and she just confirmed she's retained primary physical custody of their son Camden, 12; son Jaxon, 11; and daughter Saylor, 9.
'I did have my kids full-time for a while, and now I have them except for every other weekend,' Kristin confessed on her Let's Be Honest podcast Tuesday.
'I'm not gonna get into the reasoning or the legality of it.'
Cavallari's specific use of the word 'legality' might be related to the 42-year-old retired NFL quarterback's October 17th arrest for DUI and gun possession.
Jay now has to use an interlock ignition device to drive after his White Ram rear-ended a car, and he allegedly offered the driver $2K if they didn't call police - according to TMZ Sports.
On June 2, Cutler told Us Weekly that Jaxon, Saylor, and Camden are the reason co-parenting has been smoother: 'The kids kind of do it. We've got our schedule and it works for us.'
The Gratis Beer founder confessed he and his fiancée of seven months, Samantha Robertson, 'haven't officially started' planning their wedding, but 'we got a lot of things in the fire.'
Last December, the Uncommon James founder complained that co-parenting had been 'so up and down' with Jay after their divorce was finalized in 2022.
'Zero f***ing consistency, which is really hard. It has not been easy to say the least,' Kristin lamented on the Dumb Blonde podcast.
Cavallari also referred to Cutler as a 'pathological liar' and 'narcissist' just like her estranged father Dennis Cavallari: 'I ended up marrying my dad.'
The Denver-born beauty was last said to be enjoying a long-distance 'deep fling' with retired NHL player Nate Thompson.
Also on Tuesday, Kristin reunited with Harry Jowsey on his podcast Boyfriend Material where she revealed her future plans to move to a 'rustic, undiscovered place' on a beach in Mexico 'and open up a little coffee shop.'
'I don't want to make money on it. I just want to have community and good coffee,' Cavallari noted.
The Gratis Beer founder confessed he and his fiancée of seven months, Samantha Robertson (R, pictured June 10), 'haven't officially started' planning their wedding, but 'we got a lot of things in the fire'
'I'm gonna do my podcast for probably another year, maybe two, potentially do one more podcast tour, one more season of the show [Honestly Cavallari]. I'll have my house at least until my kids graduate college. I want to keep my house so when they go to college, they can come home for Christmas and everything.'
Fans can catch more of the ex-flame of Morgan Wallen in the finale of her reality show Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, which airs Wednesday night on E!
Kristin first found fame on two MTV reality shows Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County (2004)-2006) and The Hills (2009-2010).

Brad Pitt "didn't sleep for 36 hours" after driving a 2023 McLaren F1 car
Interview Top Gear catches up with the biggest names from the year's biggest movie Skip 10 photos in the image carousel and continue reading It's rare that one of the year's biggest films falls squarely into Top Gear's wheel-house. But make no mistake, F1: The Movie is big – an ultra widescreen, IMAX-grade entertainment as precision-tooled and gleaming a star vehicle as the Ferrari SF-25 driven by Lewis Hamilton. He, of course, is one of the film's executive producers, an advisor and guarantor of authenticity, having first been approached by the director, Joe Kosinski, when Lewis's proposed appearance in his previous film, Top Gun: Maverick , was scuppered by the day job. Kosinski, a Porsche 911 obsessive and motorsport fan, became immersed in F1 via Netflix hit Drive To Survive , when the world was becalmed during Covid. He figured an F1 film would be a fun follow-up to the billion dollar-grossing Top Gun sequel. Advertisement - Page continues below Legendary film producer Jerry Bruckheimer, the man behind Days of Thunder , Armageddon , and Pirates of the Caribbean amongst countless other films and television programmes (and computer games, he knows which way the world is turning), is also a racing fan. Together, they pitched to F1's owners, Liberty Media, led by the whip-smart and commercially savvy former Ferrari team principal, Stefano Domenicali. Warner Bros is distributing the film. Finally, no less a player than Apple Studios has bankrolled the project to the tune of a rumoured $300m (a figure Bruckheimer denies but it's in that ball-park), enhancing the tech giant's reputation for prestige television and cinema. You could call it a no-brainer, but the stakes are sky high. Not to mention the fact that the world of motor racing hasn't always been well-served by cinema. What could possibly go wrong, apart from everything? You might like These are the bones of the deal: factor in Brad Pitt, playing a world-weary but still fast former F1 prodigy urged back into top-flight motor racing, hot new British acting talent Damson Idris as his team-mate, the brilliant Javier Bardem as the beleaguered owner of fictional F1 team Apex GP, and Academy Award nominee Kerry Condon as the squad's technical director, and all the bases are covered. As Kosinski tells he had to wait for the technology to arrive that would enable him to tell the story he wanted to tell, the way he knew it needed to be told. With that, plus the buy-in from Formula One and the teams, he could advance an idea that was first deployed by John Frankenheimer in 1966's classic Grand Prix , which is to say, immerse the audience fully in the racing. Advertisement - Page continues below As we know, the production inserted itself into the 2023 F1 season, shooting extensively at Silverstone, Hungary, Monza and Abu Dhabi. This is a piece of movie-making sleight of hand without parallel in cinematic history. And while a Hollywood narrative unfolds in parallel – it's a bit 'on-the-nose' at times, necessarily so – it's worth bearing in mind what you're actually watching. Two actors, one of whom is arguably the most famous film star in the world, driving for real in pretty serious racing cars (specially converted F2 cars, in fact). The recent Hollywood writer's strike didn't have many upsides, but Pitt confirmed to TG that it meant more wheel time for him and his co-star as they prepped for the movie. More, but still not enough, it turns out. We caught up with him, as well as Idris, Kosinski, Bruckheimer and Condon, ahead of the film's release. Charlize ditches pants for racy red carpet look at The Old Guard 2 premiere with Uma Thurman
Charlize Theron made sure all eyes were on her racy red carpet look during The Old Guard 2 premiere, which was held at Netflix Tudum Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday. The Oscar winner - who's turning the big 5-0 this August - showcased her slim 5ft10in figure in a black-fishnet turtleneck catsuit from Givenchy's FW/25 collection, which was emblazoned with 'Givenchy Paris 1952.' Charlize flashed her black bra and high-waisted panty beneath the onesie and she accessorized her vampy look with a matching tuxedo blazer and square-toed ankle booties selected by stylist Leslie Fremar. Hairstylist Adir Abergel scraped Theron's signature short blonde bob into an elaborate double-ponytail updo for the small-screen festivities. Make-up artist Kate Lee brought out the South African stunner's skinny brows, prominent cheekbones, and applied a nude lip on her pout. Charlize's castmates Chiwetel Ejiofor, Marwan Kenzari, KiKi Layne, Henry Golding, and Uma Thurman appeared very amused as she strutted her stuff in front of them. As Theron made her way over to the end of the line, Uma enthusiastically greeted her. The Old Guard 2 marked the first time the statuesque Golden Globe winners worked together, which happened during a climactic battle scene involving four helicopters. 'The great Uma Thurman! She's a legend,' Charlize gushed on The View Tuesday. 'By the time Uma and I were together [on set], it was just awesome. It was like everything I think all of us wanted and thought and imagined. She is just, to me, one of the greats. She really is, and I've just loved her in all of her movies.' Theron reprised her role as 6,732-year-old warrior Andromache 'Andy' of Scythia while Thurman portrayed the villainous Discord in the Netflix superhero sequel, which premieres July 2. The Studio guest star also executive produced Victoria Mahoney's small-screen adaptation of Greg Rucka's 2017 graphic novel, which wrapped production way back in 2022. The 55-year-old Oscar nominee dressed her slim 5ft11in figure in a beige Nehru-collared sleeveless top, matching maxi-skirt, and strappy sandals. BREAKING NEWS Tanner Martin is dead at 30: Influencer announces his own death in video weeks after birth of his first child
The popular influencer Tanner Martin has died at the age of 30. In a surprising move, it was Tanner himself who delivered the news in a heartbreaking pre-recorded video posted Wednesday to Instagram by his wife Shay Wright. Tanner bid his fans a final farewell just 41 days after he and his wife welcomed their first child, a daughter. The couple had documented his difficult journey on social media after he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer five years earlier. Tanner was as smiley and disarming as ever as he addressed the camera directly from what appeared to be his hospice room. 'Hey, it's me, Tanner. If you are watching this, I am dead,' he began, before easing some of the tension with a laugh at his own gallows humor. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Shay Martin (@tannerandshay)
