She wore her brunette locks in bouncing waves and accessorised with a pair of necklaces and black heels.
The TV personality, who only recently starred in the BBC documentary, Sex After Celebrity, hinted in her caption that she has another show in the works.
She wrote on Instagram: "Never put anyone up on a pedestal… only yourself [heart emoji] #realitycheck #photoshoot #new #documentary."
Just last week, Lizzie opened up about her vibrant love life in the BBC programme.
The star revealed she's currently juggling several secret romances and has no intention of settling down with just one man anymore.
Lizzie, who was married to footballer Jason Cundy, 55, until 2012, spoke candidly in the doc.
She said: 'Dating is great now. I am loving dating. I do a long-distance relationship, which is fantastic.'
Lizzie went on to spill the sexy secrets of juggling multiple men, sending 'little naughty pics' to keep the flames burning.
She teased: 'So, you know, you can send little naughty pics and you just keep it fresh. They're not there all the time, getting on your nerves.'
Lizzie admitted she's now enjoying the best of all worlds with a number of companions who each bring something different to her life.
TV star, 56, says she's dating string of secret hunks and ending 'one guy' romances after Carol Vorderman sex confession
She said: 'You know, guys are good for different things. I used to have one guy and I'd think, 'Oh, if only he was a little bit more fun and wanted to go out at night.'
'So I've got guys, you know, one likes football, one likes going out for dinner, one makes me laugh, one's good in bed, you know. Got it all!
"I'm free, I love it, and I've never been happier.'
Earlier in the show, Lizzie recalled a horrific ordeal when an ex attempted to film a sex tape without her consent.
She said: "I'm more aware, now I'm a celebrity, of how I am, I suppose, in bed.
'I remember dating a guy and he kept using his phone. I was like, 'What are you doing?' And then I thought, 'He's filming me. He's going to make a sex tape!'
"And I'm more wary and watching, rather than more relaxed. But I'm a free girl."
During a discussion with glamour model Danielle Lloyd and former politician Lembit Opik, she explained being forced to shut down a similar attempt on a date.
Lizzie said: 'I've actually been on a date where, sitting there, and I've seen him push his phone.
"And I've thought, 'I think he's recording me.' So I just said, 'Yeah, is your phone on? Are you recording?'
"And he just went, 'Yeah.'"

Bake Off legend claims she's been dropped by the BBC after 10 years on TV

Former Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain has claimed that the BBC have 'dropped' her after 10 years. The star, 40, rose to fame after winning the baking competition's sixth series, back when it still aired on BBC One, and featured Mary Berry as a judge next to last man standing Paul Hollywood. Since her 2015 win, Nadiya has become the most recognisable of the competition's winners, launching a series of cooking shows, TV appearances and cookbooks. These shows included Nadiya's Simple Spices, Nadiya's Everyday Baking, Nadiya's Cook Once, Eat Twice and more. However, her journey appears to have hit a 'turning point,' with the celebrity chef describing her reaction as the broadcaster decided not to commission her latest project. Addressing her fans in an emotional Instagram video post, Nadiya spoke of the 'trajectory of change' she's been on recently, and her feeling that as a Muslim woman, she isn't always supported by the industry. In the caption to the five-minute-long video, Nadiya wrote: 'Just a hello from me! Thank you to everyone for being on this journey with me, and I hope you can continue to stay on this journey with me. It wouldn't be what ibe (sic) is if it were not for you guys.' She went on to describe what had happened between herself and the BBC, revealing that 'there will be no more cookery show.' 'The BBC have decided that they didn't want to commission a show. And for me, that was a huge turning point because it's something I've done for the past 10 years. 'It was huge because I was already on this steady trajectory of change and I was thinking about where I wanted my career to go, and when the BBC decided they didn't want to commission the show anymore, it really did kind of solidify everything for me, and it made me dig my heels in and think 'OK, I know where I want to be.'' She continued: 'As a Muslim woman, I work in an industry that doesn't always support people like me or recognise my talent or full potential. 'There's a lot of gaslighting, making me feel like what's actually happening isn't happening.' She went on to say how she wanted to go on and 'work with people who believe in voices of people like me. Stories of people like me. I'm working some new things which I'm excited to tell you guys about.' In the comments below Nadiya's post, her followers shared messages of love, support and dismay at the BBC's decision. 'Thank you for using your platform and speaking up. You're not alone in this 🍉❤️' wrote maxlamanna. 'Start your own channel Nadiya. You don't need the beeb,' commented dublindeed. 'Adored you from the first moment you appeared on TV. Keep pushing for what you believe in, live your most authentic life. That is all that matters 💕' said sarahalicefloral. 'Your voice has a platform. No need for the beeb. Be you! 💕' said leannepowell1. A BBC spokesperson told The Mirror: 'After several wonderful series we have made the difficult decision not to commission another cookery show with Nadiya Hussain at the moment.' However, the BBC's comment does not rule out a future collaboration with the star. 'Nadiya remains a much-valued part of the BBC family, and we look forward to working together on future projects.' Elsewhere in the video, Nadiya spoke of how she had been struggling to post about food recently, due to her feelings on the situation in Gaza, and being 'unwell.' Last year, the mum-of-three revealed that she had been diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases after feeling 'sick and unwell.' She did not specify which conditions she had been diagnosed with, but said that she would speak more when she has a 'better handle' on them. In a video on Instagram, Nadiya explained: 'Over the course of two years, I've been quite unwell. I've just been getting quite sick. 'And over the course of the two years, I've been diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases, which I'm not going to go into now. 'I will go into in the future when I know more about it, and when I have a better handle on it and when I understand it a little bit better. 'But till then I cannot express the importance of listening to your body, of taking care of yourself.' Last year, she also sparked concern from fans after posting a picture of an empty cup of tea on Instagram. More Trending 'Sometimes. Some things have to end. In order to find love. That might be all the love you ever needed. '#Love #hearts #surprises #end #beginning,' she captioned the post – which contained a broken heart at the bottom of its mug. EastEnders star slams BBC soap actors in savage 'haven't got a clue' swipe

Former EastEnders star Jamie Foreman, who played Derek Branning on the BBC show, has taken a swipe at his soap colleagues as he claimed they 'wouldn't last two minutes' outside of Albert Square Former EastEnders actor Jamie Foreman, who portrayed Derek Branning, launched a stinging critique of his ex-cast mates, claiming they "wouldn't last two minutes" in varied acting roles. He also shared how an older actress from the BBC's beloved drama agreed with his stern assessment. Jamie graced Albert Square from November 2011 until December 2012, where his character's scandalous affair with Kat Slater (played by Jessie Wallace), married to Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), captivated audiences. Derek's tenure ended abruptly with a heart attack in the Christmas Day episode. ‌ Since then, the actor, now 67, has not shied away from expressing his thoughts about fellow performers from the show. ‌ During an appearance on The Lewis Nicholls Show, he said: "The discipline on the set is just... it is just... I was sitting with an older actress on there who is unfortunately not with us any more. "We are sitting on the set and she lent over to me and she went 'haven't got a f***ing clue have they?' And we are watching all these young (actors) thinking they are the bee's knees, you know." Jamie continued his pointed remarks noting: "And the discipline, and directors are going (clears throat) and I am sitting there... would not last two minutes outside of here and invariably none of them do." With a laugh, he wrapped up his musings: "They always end up having to go back so I think I gave a very bad clue there didn't I? I think I have just grassed myself right up on that one." Jamie, who has graced our screens in Double Decker Driving School and Birds of a Feather, opened up further about his stint on EastEnders, describing it as "just another job" and "far from a highlight" of his acting career. ‌ He revealed that he had been approached "many times" to join the soap but only agreed when they consented to a one-year term. However, Jamie, whose film credits include Rise of the Footsoldier and Oliver Twist, expressed disappointment with the soap's management, alleging that they "made promises they never kept". ‌ The actor shared the gruelling schedule of once filming up to 36 scenes a day, which "burnt him out", despite assurances that he wouldn't have to work Saturdays, stating: "I did every Saturday. I was the first in, last out every day." Despite his experiences, he recognised the significance of EastEnders for its audience, acknowledging its "iconic" status and the respect it commands, particularly for the BBC. Following the release of the podcast on YouTube, viewers shared their thoughts, with one commenting: "Fantastic interview. Jamie Foreman so underrated as an actor." Another viewer admitted to having preconceptions about Jamie, saying: "I had misconceptions of Jamie, thinking he would be cocky etc. Dignified, lovely man, I absolutely have the utmost respect for Jamie. Beautiful guy." A third chimed in with praise, remarking: "Great interview and what a talented, humble bloke." EastEnders continues to captivate audiences, airing Monday to Thursday at 7:30 pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

I took a risk and ordered a £269 bed from Shein – it's complete with storage, LED lights and even charges my phone

MANY of us will have ordered clothes, shoes or maybe even holiday accessories from Shein, but did you know that you can buy beds from there too? Recently, we've seen shoppers take the risk and nab themselves fresh new sofas from Temu, but now it appears that people are beginning to order box-fresh furniture from Shein. 4 4 4 4 A mother named Shaks explained that she 'wanted to take a risk' and bought herself a brand new bed frame from Shein. While she recognised that it was confusing to put together, she was thrilled with her new bedroom purchase, which cost her just £269.99. Not only does it have LED lights and four storage drawers, but it's even got a charger port too - yes, you heard that correctly. Eager to show others her new bargain buy, Shaks took to social media and gave her followers a close-up look at the functional bed frame, which is a gorgeous linen beige. Showing off her Flieks Upholstered Bed, which is still available to order online, Shaks said: 'I bought a bed from Shein so you don't have to.' Showing off the process of putting the frame together, Shaks explained: 'Well, to start off with, those confused the instructions - the Shein manufacturer needs to redo them because we had to undo, start again about three, four times.' The content creator then showed off the bedside charging port and storage drawers. Following this, she shared: 'It was looking a bit small at first but it actually worked out great. 'I can honestly say, you can buy your bed from Shein - it even comes with LED lights.' The LED Light Bed, which has four storage drawers and a slatted frame, was originally priced at £519.98, but has now been reduced to £259.99. The surprising Shein buy that will bring your tatty old garden furniture back to life - and prices are as cheap as £3 In a follow-up clip, just weeks after getting the bed, Shaks revealed: 'It's still standing, it's firm, it's strong, the colour is good.' Despite this, the mother acknowledged: 'The only problem that I find with this bed is that it's too low, so if you've got back problems I personally wouldn't recommend it.' What is Shein and is it legit? Shein is an online-only fast-fashion retailer, based out of China, that has become a number one shopping destination for many around the world. The company was valued at $66billion in 2023, dwarfing that of popular high street brands Zara and H&M. The fashion retailer was founded in late 2008, by entrepreneur and marketing specialist Xu Yangtian, also known as Chris Xu. Shein is a legitimate selling website and is not a phishing scam. But you may receive a disappointing order or run into shipping issues if you order from the site, according to reviews. There have been swathes of quality complaints, which makes sense when looking at the price tag. Having said that, she recognised that the bed, which doesn't come with a mattress, is 'good for Shein.' Social media users react The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @ shaks6, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and racked up a jaw-dropping 20.3 million views. Not only this, but it's also amassed 1.4 million likes, 4,665 comments and 125,800 saves. Social media users were left stunned by the affordable bed and many eagerly raced to the comments to express this. One person said: 'I didn't know they sold beds.' Another added: 'Buying a bed from Shein is so crazy.' A third commented: 'DON'T TEMPT ME.' Whilst another user wrote: 'At this point, they have everything. They need to start selling Mr. Right too now man.' And it's not only Shaks that shared a positive review of the purse-friendly bed, as online Shein shoppers have also raved about the furniture. One shopper beamed: 'Sooooo good, easy to assemble and even comes with a charging port. I am in love!!!' A second simply penned: 'Absolutely love!' Whilst another praised: 'Lovely bed, love the USB and the lights. The drawers are a bonus, quite spacious.'
