Jim Jones Ridicules Ma$e's Weight: 'He Looks Terrible'
Jim Jones recently took a couple of shots at fellow Harlemite Ma$e over his weight and physique.
XXL released a recent interview with Jones on Tuesday (March 4), where he verbally attacked the It Is What It Is co-host after the interviewer asked Capo about Ma$e's career.
'He need to go on a diet,' Jones asserted regarding Murda. 'He need to get his life together. He need to go to the doctor and get a physical. He look terrible…Ni**a look big around the neck, waist look crazy. I'm body-shaming this ni**a. He need to go get his sh*t together, get on the treadmill, do some push-ups, do something, especially if you're playing with me. You gonna need it.'
This isn't the first time that Capo took shots at Ma$e. In January, Jomo spoke at length about his feud with Cam'ron, and by proxy, with Murda Ma$e. The 'Summer Wit' Miami' rapper appeared on Justin Laboy's Respectfully podcast and questioned the pair's friendship, claiming that Ma$e used to 'sh*t on Cam' after he blew up.
'I watched Ma$e sh*t on Cam and everybody around him. Like, all the time,' Jimmy said in the interview. 'I was Cam's man, you heard? Cam and Ma$e were so-called best friends, grew up together… I was there for everything. That's one thing people can't never say, is that I wasn't there for every single thing.'
That Jim Jones interview led to a response from Cam, who went on an unhinged rant about his former associate. Killa Cam claimed Capo was never really down with the crew, and that he was merely 'a fan.'
'You were fanned out and you begged ni**as to come to your house after you heard all these mixtapes. That's how you got in, ni**a,' Cam'ron added.
'We taught you how to rap, ni**a. How you ran the whole organization? How you made Diplomats? Ni**a, you ain't made none of this! You were a fan. I put you down 'cause you had a free crib and you were a nice guy…You're a guardian angel in designer, ni**a. You are from the Bronx, bro. You are not from Harlem. I did not grow up with you, my ni**a.'

The Weeknd Might Not Be Retiring His Music Persona After All
The Weeknd has teased that Hurry Up Tomorrow— his sixth album and upcoming film of the same name— also marks the end of the artist fans have grown to love for over 15 years. However, that may not necessarily be the case. While promoting the film at CinemaCon 2025, Abel Tesfaye told EW that this moment feels like both a death and resurrection. 'It feels like it [the end of the Weeknd]. I mean, I've kind of toyed with the idea in the past with albums,' he noted. 'But it could also just be a rebirth. Who knows?' Back in January, the 35-year-old announced plans to retire his alter ego. 'It's a headspace I've gotta get into that I just don't have any more desire for,' he explained to Variety. 'You have a persona, but then you have the competition of it all. It becomes this rat race: more accolades, more success, more shows, more albums, more awards and more No. 1s. It never ends until you end it.' Hurry Up Tomorrow marks the conclusion in the trilogy that began with 2020's After Hours, which was followed by 2022's Dawn FM. The film follows a fictionalized version of himself, also named Abel, who gets taken on an insane ride by a seductive stranger, Anima (Jenna Ortega). Director Trey Edward Shults, shared with EW in February that he 'tried to make the movie in a way where, for his fans and people who want to approach it at that level, I hope it's very satisfying and you get a good meal out of it.' Shults confirmed that it was an 'absolute possibility' that the movie would be The Weeknd's last hurrah chapter, adding 'For people that aren't his fans and don't know anything about him or even care about the final capping of the Weeknd, I think you still have a great movie to go through.' The Weeknd considers the film to be 'really introspective and cathartic.' It hits theaters this Friday. DDG Claims Halle Bailey Once Held Gun During Near 'Suicidal' Breakdown
DDG is raising serious concerns about ex-girlfriend Halle Bailey's mental health as their custody battle over their infant son, Halo, continues to intensify. According to court documents obtained by People, the rapper and YouTuber filed a motion seeking to prevent Bailey from traveling internationally with their child, recalling an alleged instance in which Bailey held a gun during an emotional breakdown. The filing cited what DDG described as 'repeated threats of suicide and self-harm' during previous disputes between himself and Bailey. DDG claims that during the alleged incident, Bailey left their home with a firearm following an argument. He claims he later found her outside 'emotionally unwell, incoherent and potentially suicidal,' while still in possession of the gun. The rapper argues that these alleged episodes highlight a potential risk to their son's safety should Bailey be permitted to travel overseas—specifically to Italy as part of her reported travel plans—without appropriate safeguards in place. He points to the seeming lack of 'emergency intervention mechanisms' that are readily available, emphasizing the need for precaution regarding their son. Despite the severity of the allegations, a judge has since denied DDG's motion to restrict Bailey's travel, allowing her to proceed with her international trip with their son. DDG and Halle Bailey began dating in early 2022 and publicly confirmed their relationship later that year. The couple welcomed their son, Halo, in December 2023, though they kept the pregnancy and birth largely private. They reportedly split in early 2024, shortly after becoming new parents.
