Ellen DeGeneres shows off English countryside home as sheep invade through open door
Ellen DeGeneres is giving fans a glimpse inside her home in the English countryside.
In an Instagram post shared on Monday, the 67-year-old former talk-show host shared videos of the inside of her home, which she shares with her wife, Portia de Rossi, after their sheep found their way inside.
"Our sheep keep coming inside," she wrote in the caption. "To be fair, we do have a piece of furniture that looks like a sheep, but that one doesn't try to eat our rugs."
In the first clip, the sheep can be seen coming inside via a floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door which had been left open. The view from the room featured a gravel courtyard with big bushes and trees, with a grass field visible in the background.
In the clip, the sheep can be seen getting a bit too close to the couple's dog, Kid, who leaped from his bed and quickly ran away from the flock of sheep.
De Rossi can be heard in the background asking,"They're coming inside?" to which DeGeneres responded, "Yeah, they're inside."
A second clip was shot in a different part of the home, which also has floor-to-ceiling glass siding doors and large cement-style slab flooring. De Rossi can be heard in the video gently encouraging the sheep to go back outside, and praising one as it listens to her.
The couple moved to the Cotswolds in England in November 2024, after selling their home in Montecito, California in August of that year. A second home owned by the couple in the idyllic Santa Barbara town was later sold in 2025.
"Ellen was in England house hunting in the beginning of October," an insider told People in November 2024. "She ended up finding a house that she loved and purchased it shortly after."
Not long after moving into the home, DeGeneres shared a clip on Instagram, humorously hinting she isn't cut out for a specific household chore. She posted a video of herself attempting to mow the grass surrounding her home in the countryside.
The video began with the talk-show host successfully mowing a small section of grass, with the words "how it started" written on the screen. It progressed to a video of DeGeneres struggling to drive the lawnmower uphill, as someone had to help her by pushing the mower from behind. The on-screen caption then changed to "How it ended."
"Portia thought it would be fun to film my first time on the mower," DeGeneres wrote in the caption. "She was right."

Scott and Kelley Wolf drama takes disturbing twist with choking allegations months before divorce filing
Police were informed about a past alleged choking incident on the day Scott Wolf's wife was detained and taken to a hospital. The alleged altercation reportedly went down three months before the 'Party of Five' actor filed for divorce on June 9 after 21 years of marriage. When officers arrived at Scott and Kelley's Utah residence on June 13 over an alleged 'verbal dispute,' an unnamed male detailed a 'past-occurred assault' that he said happened on March 6, according to a report taken by the Summit County Sheriff's Office. 9 Getty Images In the heavily redacted documents obtained by Us Weekly, the individual reported someone allegedly 'putting her hands around his neck' but noted they 'did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.' 'After a few minutes of conversation, [the alleged victim] stated that [the individual's] attempt to choke him may have caused air and [blood] flow restriction for a small moment. [The alleged victim] stated [the individual] did this in their bedroom while he was laying in bed in the presence of [a third party]. [The alleged victim] stated he did not receive any injuries, marks or bruises from the incident,' the report detailing the alleged March incident read. The document also shed light on the June 13 alleged disturbance, in which an unnamed female claimed their brother-in-law was trespassing. The person claimed they wanted him removed; however, officers were later told that the brother-in-law had permission to be there by one of the homeowners. Kelley claimed she was 'taken against' her will by police on June 13 and later hospitalized following a 911 call in which the caller alleged someone was blocking their driveway and not allowing them to enter the home, per a report made public on Tuesday. 9 WireImage The call lasted for around 15 minutes and was placed at 2:50 a.m. Scott's ex shared her run-in with cops on her Instagram Live last week. In the video, two officers are seen with Kelley, with one of them informing her she wasn't going to jail and they were there to get her 'some help.' 9 WireImage During the live, an officer was heard telling Kelley she 'made some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,' and they 'want to make sure you're okay.' Law enforcement later confirmed that 'deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help.' 'Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies,' they told People in a statement. 'For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.' 9 WireImage Kelley addressed the incident, calling it 'one of the darkest things I've ever experienced.' 'This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check in on my kids,' she wrote on her Instagram Stories. 'Also … I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been. I have NO idea why or how this is happening in AMERICA.' Following her hospitalization, an officer reportedly contacted the alleged choking victim to ask if they wanted to press charges, but they declined, reported Us Weekly. 9 Getty Images for Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights 9 Scott Wolf/Instagram '[The alleged victim] stated that he … no longer wished to pursue charges because of some recent developments involving [redacted] that he believed would provide them some solutions. I provided [him] with my email address and told him to contact me if he changes his mind. No further action was taken,' the report read. Scott filed for divorce on June 9, ending over two decades of marriage. 'After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,' the star said in a statement to The Post. 'Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.' The 'Party of Five' actor — who played Bailey Salinger on the hit series — married Kelley in 2004 after meeting her in 2002 following her stints on MTV's 'The Real World: New Orleans' and 'The Real World/Road Rules Challenge.' Scott and Kelley share three children.

Jonathan Bailey Is Ready For "Slutty Little Glasses" Summer, And It's A Trend I Never Want To End
When the trailer was released for Jonathan Bailey's new movie, Jurassic World Rebirth, fans could not stop talking about his character's appearance, particularly the frames sitting upon his face. He kept the conversation going when he wore these shades on Tuesday at the world premiere of the sci-fi action film at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London, England. Well, it turns out there's a trendy name for this eyewear: slutty little glasses. Yep, you read that right. During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight at the premiere, Jonathan was asked, "What do you think of fans' reactions to your slutty little glasses?" Jonathan responded, "Slutty little glasses? Are you allowed to say the 'S' word?" "Listen, Blakely Thornton came up with that. So, copyright, where copyright is due." Jonathan was referring to Blakely, the internet personality who describes himself as a "pop culture anthropologist." He coined the term "slutty little glasses" and even created an Instagram page dedicated to sharing images and videos of men wearing them. The term typically (but not exclusively) refers to trendy thin, wire-frame glasses that give the person wearing them personality. The social media page was filled with a range of male heartthrobs like Pedro Pascal, Ryan Coogler, Chris Evans, Keith Powers, Eric Dane, Jonathan, of course, and more. "But, I think, yeah, glasses can go a long way. So, let's have the summer of slutty little glasses." But that wasn't the only thing he was hoping to see more of this season. Jonathan is also a big supporter of flip-flops and hats, noting he wears "a cap every day of the year." "I believe feeling confident, feeling cool, is about wearing what you love. I'll just wear my little glasses." Related: Here Are 10 Celebs Who've Publicly Admitted The Reasons Why They Regret Ending Their Marriages Amen!
