Rumours surrounding BLACKPINK's LISA's (리사) high-profile relationship have taken the internet by storm, with netizens speculating on the validity. For over a year, the alleged couple have not made it public on their status; however, we might just be catching hints on a big reveal soon.
In a recent Instagram post posted on Saturday (26th July 2025), Michelle Yeoh drops a big hint at LISA's relationship to LVMH Watches' CEO, Frédéric Arnault. The picture taken at an event in Paris shows the 62-year-old actress next to Frédéric with her caption, 'Love and congratulations to my dearest Diego, and hope to meet u soon Lisa'.
The carousel of pictures posted by Yeoh sparked flurries of comments from netizens as her caption seemingly takes a jab at the couple's relationship. Most netizens show support for the two renowned Asian artists. However, questions remain whether this confirms that their relationship. Instagram user @/lilianquezadac comments, 'When I saw it on the internet, I thought it was an edit.. But now it's real, so does this confirm Lisa and Frederic's relationship?'.
Other netizens have also come out to express their dislike over the rumours of LISA's partner, with Instagram user (@/woyoyoursan_) commenting, 'For what? I feel like it's really rude to mention LISA's name when she's not there'. At the same time, LISA has been posting more frequently about her lavish lifestyle, mainly featuring her array of sports cars that have had fans speculating whether it could be sourced from her billionaire boyfriend.
Do you think Michelle Yeoh could be confirming the relationship of what would be K-pop's most high-profile couple?

Grasshopper's Remus Choy returns to stage for first time since brain surgery

Photo: Kelly Chen/Instagram Singer Remus Choy of Hong Kong pop group Grasshopper has returned to the stage on July 27, performing for the first time since his brain surgery in October 2024. Grasshopper was the guest performers at Hong Kong singer Kelly Chen's concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum. The Cantopop trio comprise, Remus Choy, 58, his brother Calvin Choy, 60, and Edmond So, 59. The Grasshopper members and Chen, who all dressed in white, performed the fast-paced songs Beat The Heat Wou Bom Ba (1993) and Open The Sky (1995). Calvin looked to be in great shape as he sang and danced on stage. Chen's concert on July 27 was the final night of her 10-show Season 2 Live In Hong Kong 2025 concert series. The show was originally scheduled to be held on July 20, but it was postponed by a week due to Typhoon Wipha. Remus said on stage that Chen, 52, was the first person to message him after he dropped a bombshell in October 2024, when he disclosed on social media that he had gone for an operation to remove a brain tumour. His post then was accompanied by two photos: a selfie of himself with a shaved head and a close-up shot of the long surgery scar on his scalp. 'Kelly said she was very worried about me and the large scar on my head broke her heart,' Remus said. 'She hoped I would recover soon and cheered me on, even complimenting me on how good I looked with a bald head.' Remus said Grasshopper has watched Chen's career progress since her debut in 1995. He added that their last collaboration was about 10 years ago, when she was a guest performer at Grasshopper's concert. The Cantopop trio also performed its new song, Lou Dik Lat (which means Old Is Spicy in Cantonese), at Chen's concert. Remus also took the opportunity to announce that they would be holding a concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum in April 2026, and would invite Chen to be its guest performer. Remus has been charting his recovery on social media since his surgery. He has shared videos of himself working out in the gym in recent months. He posted on July 22 a photo of himself in the recording studio, writing that a new song was coming soon. – The Straits Times/Asia News Network

(Video) 'Who Is Who?': PSY Shares The Stage With 'Twin' Comedian Lee Soo Ji

It's not a rare occurrence to have spotted your doppleganger, and trust us, you won't get sucked into an abyssal void when you do meet them. But what happens when your doppleganger is one of Korea's biggest entertainers? Recently, PSY shared a series of videos with his 'twin', comedian Lee Soo Ji (이수지), during his '2025 Summer Swag' festival. His most recent post shows the unmistakable duo dancing in matching outfits and hairstyles with the caption, 'Which is me?'. The feature came about after fans started pointing out the uncanny semblance of the two sometime last year. This year, PSY invited the 40-year-old comedian to take part in a special guest appearance for his '2025 Summer Swag' festival. The two also shot the opening sequence of the festival, known to have featured famous actors in the past. The resemblance broke the internet, with netizens pouring in surprised comments at how similar the two of them looked. After the interaction, Lee Soo Ji appeared on JTBC's 'Let's Eat Dinner Together' on 25th July 2025, where she talked about her experience filming the opening intro with PSY. Soo Ji states, 'I was filming a music video and was watching the monitor. I thought I was watching myself until I realised I was looking at PSY'. Host and actress Kim Hee Sun (김희선) also asked her if she had to put on any special makeup to look like PSY, to which she replied, 'I didn't have to do anything. I just needed to tie my hair back'. The iconic duo is set to reunite in PSY's '2025 Summer Swag' finale on 25th August 2025. Maybe PSY should invite little PSY from his 'Gangnam Style' MV for his next feature. Can you do the Nicki Minaj TikTok challenge?

(From left) Singer Ciara, professional circus artist Brianna Kalisch and TikToker Francesca Pagan doing the Nicki Minaj challenge. Photos: Ciara/Instagram, Brianna Kalisch/Instagram, Francesca Pagan/Instagram If you have a few seconds, social media has a new exercise for you to try. First, do a single-legged squat and cross the other leg over. Then try that in the highest pair of heels you can find. Once you have that figured out, do the same pose, in those heels, on top of two cooking pots stacked on the kitchen counter – or on top of the monkey bars at a playground jungle gym or on top of a single soda can. The pretzel-like pose is called the Nicki Minaj because – in what feels like ancient history by social media standards – the Trinidadian rapper and singer did it beside a swimming pool in the music video for her 2013 track High School . A clip from that video has resurfaced on TikTok in the past week, seemingly at random, and has taken on a life of its own as users have tried to recreate the pose in increasingly precarious locations, while challenging one another to come up with more difficult versions. The hashtag #nickiminajchallenge has been viewed more than 1.3 billion times. And the challenge has drawn celebrity participants, such as American comedienne Christina Kirkman (balancing on a cooking pot and a can of soup) and American singer Ciara (balancing on a stack of dumbbells). The pretzel-like pose is called the Nicki Minaj because the rapper did it for her 2013 music video 'High School'. Photo: YouTube screengrab 'The idea is, how could we make this tougher? How could we make this more tricky?' said Francesca Pagan, 27, who posted a video of herself doing the Nicki on top of three books, one cooking pot and an aluminium can while balancing a book on her head. 'The riskier it is, the more amazed people are.' It is also essential to look calm and collected while doing the pose. Having done gymnastics and cheerleading as a kid certainly helped, Pagan added. 'I'm not going to say I recommend everyone do it because that's just in bad faith,' she said. 'I think you have to have a certain level of confidence in your ability to balance.' Some commenters questioned whether her version of the pose was real, Pagan said, because of its difficulty. So, she posted bloopers showing her losing her balance and the book falling off her head. She then posted a second video of the Nicki, in which she posed on top of even more stacked pots. For some, the challenge has become a way to showcase their businesses or passions. A video posted on Fenty Beauty's account, for example, features a woman doing the Nicki on top of a stack of the cosmetic brand's products in a Sephora store. Mothers shown perched atop a stack of toys, surrounded by their tumbling children, seem to project uncanny calmness amid the chaos of parenting. Professional circus artist Brianna Kalisch received a message from her friend a few days ago. 'He was like, 'You should do this,'' she said. Until participating in the challenge, TikTok videos of her bottle walking and balancing feats, which had once been flagged as 'dangerous activities', had not gained much traction on the platform, Kalisch said. But she thought she would give the Nicki a shot anyway. She created a pyramid of 12 champagne bottles, climbed on top, and then assumed the pose. Her sister handed her another bottle that she placed on her head. In two days, the video received more than two million views. 'I actually tried juggling,' Kalisch said, 'but my knees were in the way. It didn't work.' – ©2025 The New York Times Company
