Awkward moment Robert Irwin DROPS Katy Perry on the ground after the pop star asked him for a dance

Katy Perry made fast friends with Robert Irwin. The son of late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin took the American pop star on a tour around his Australia Zoo. During the outing, Katy got up close and personal with a variety of Aussie wildlife including a kangaroo, koala and wombat. The 40-year-old then charmed Robert, 21, by engaging him in a little dance, with the two sharing a waltz in videos shared to social media. 'I heard Robert Irwin was going to be on Dancing With The Stars so I thought maybe we should do a practise run here at the Australia Zoo' Katy said. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'I love it! I'm ready!' Robert said, before taking Katy's hands so they could do a turn around the room. Katy then suggested a dip, but Robert dropped her, with Katy sprawled on the floor as she joked, 'Maybe stick to the animals'. It comes after news that Orlando Bloom has joined Katy and their daughter Daisy Dove, five, in Australia amid rumours of trouble in their relationship. The actor, 48, was spotted spending time with his little girl Daisy in Perth on Sunday. Father and daughter were joined by members of his entourage, including a man who appeared to be a security guard. Katy, who performed at the Perth RAC Arena that night, did not join the group. Ever the doting dad, Orlando carried Daisy on his shoulders as they took at a stroll around the city's CBD. Orlando's trip Down Under comes after reports that Katy and Orlando are set to have serious conversations about the state of their relationship. From her controversial Blue Origin space flight to her absence from their Montecito, California, home due to her world tour – things have been a bit rough for the longtime couple lately. And while rumours may be circulating about the demise of their nearly decade-long relationship, an insider told The Sun 'no one has decided it's definitely the end of the road for Katy and Orlando.' 'They both love each other, but they have been living different lives for at least a year and in different mindsets,' a source told the publication. 'But Katy especially doesn't want to just give up,' the source continued. Katy has been in Australia for the entire month of June, with the last performance of her Lifetimes Tour Down Under on June 30 in Adelaide. Her tour has caused the 'biggest disruption' in her home life with the Lord of the Rings star. The source said: 'Katy and Orlando have been disconnected for a while now, and with their work commitments have been living separate lives. 'She has mentioned jetting back from Australia to spend time with Orlando, Daisy, her sister Angela and her kids. 'I heard Robert Irwin was going to be on Dancing With The Stars so I thought maybe we should do a practise run here at the Australia Zoo' Katy said 'They have barely been together for a decent amount of time, without distractions, for many, many months. 'It has been "go, go, go" and they thrived when they enjoyed a more settled life, being together in the same place for a length of time. But that has just not happened.' Additionally, Orlando wasn't in favour of Katy's Blue Origin space flight. However, in spite of their disagreements and obstacles, the source insisted it isn't all over for the couple. 'It is quite a lot more complicated than that. They have been apart for their longest amount of time since they have been together. 'But there is still a huge amount of love between them, and there is still hope that they can ride out this rough patch. 'Anyone in long-term relationships goes through challenges, and many times when things appear to be done, couples reconnect and make things work.' Despite recent tensions, the source remains optimistic: 'The type of people they are, there still remains a lot of hope. Katy has never been happier in her life than with Orlando.' 'If this reunion can revive those times, then they could come through this.' It is unknown if Katy is also set to fly to Venice, Italy for the wedding of Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos. The guest list is thought to have fewer than 200 people, with suspected guests including A-listers like Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Katy and Orlando and members of the Trump family. The Amazon boss has booked the Scuola Grande della Misericordia, one of the largest and grandest buildings in the historical center of Venice, as part of the multi-day-long extravaganza of celebrations.

Aussie heiress Emma 'Pills' Pillemer puts on a very busty display in Miami as she poses up a storm in wild bikini

Emma 'Pills' Pillemer has seriously raised temperatures after posting a slew of bikini snaps that left little to the imagination. The Aussie heiress, who appeared in the first and only season of Made in Bondi, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share pictures of herself scantily-clad on a beach in Miami. The bold snaps showed the 24-year-old in a skimpy, maroon-coloured bikini. The busty blonde poured out of her strappy top and turned around to show off her pert derrière in her G-string swimmers. The barely-there bikini, designed by Aussie swimsuit brand Bamba Swim, featured metallic circle details and ties on the chest and hips. She accessorised the ensemble with a gold shell necklace around her neck. Emma shared a number of different shots, including one surrounded by palm trees, and one in front of crashing waves. 'Miami,' she simply captioned the post, along with a film roll emoji. The Aussie socialite recently made headlines after her jewellery brand Emma Pills collaborated with swimwear and leisure line Leslie Amon at Miami Swim Week. Reflecting on the milestone moment, Emma posted a snap to Instagram of herself backstage at the fashion show while calling the opportunity a 'dream'. 'There's nothing I love more than bling & swim. Such a dream to be able to design an Emma Pills capsule collection and launch it at Miami swim week with the extremely talented @lesliecohenamon !!!! @leslieamonswim.' She added: 'I love you, thank you for trusting me and my vision!!!!!' Emma is the daughter of a high-profile fund manager who founded one of Sydney's most powerful investment firms along with former prime minister Malcolm Turnbull. She launched her own brand just a year after finishing high school and quickly earned her first million, while also making a name for herself as the socialite queen bee of Gen Z. Emma has business in her blood. Her father Russel Pillemer co-founded diversified funds management group Pengana in 2003, and with wife Carole raised their four children, including Emma, in New York City before making the move to Australia. Once in Sydney, Emma was enrolled at the prestigious Moriah College, a $45,000-per-year Jewish primary and secondary school located in ritzy Queens Park, her attendance ensuring impeccable society connections. But despite Emma's privileged upbringing, the bold young designer has blazed her own business trail - turning down the corporate lifestyle her father is known for in favour of the glitz and glamour of the world of fashion.

Karl Stefanovic shows off his significant weight loss at event in Sydney as friends say he is 'looking the best he's looked in years'

Karl Stefanovic looked unrecognisable as he stepped out in Sydney on Tuesday evening. The Today Show presenter, 50, showed off his significant weight loss as he posed up with Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh, 53, at an event. The TV star looked slender and dapper in a black sports coat worn over a white T-shirt, matching trousers and a pair of white trainers. The couple appeared chuffed to be in each other's company in the photo, with both Karl and Krissy beaming as they offered peace signs. Meanwhile, Krissy cut quite an elegant figure in a figure-hugging chocolate-coloured dress. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. It comes after Karl was the talk of Justin Hemmes' Silver Party last month. Fellow attendees thought the TV anchor was 'looking the best he's looked in years'. 'He didn't appear to be drinking and was being judicious with the canapés,' a source told Daily Mail Australia. Karl's new look comes after he revealed the moment he was told he needed to hit the gym by best mate James Packer. Appearing on The Kyle and Jackie O Show in November, he said he was left humbled after a picture of him revealing his 'dad bod' on the beach led the billionaire businessman to text him. 'There's a shot of me on Christmas Day or whatever coming out of the surf and it was bad,' Karl told hosts Jackie 'O' Henderson and Kyle Sandilands. 'James Packer sends me a note that says: "mate, you need to get your a**e to the gym".' Packer himself recently revealed he was still gaining weight despite admitting to being on Ozempic. If you're getting notes from Packer about that you know it's serious,' Kyle said. The photo in question was snapped in Byron Bay over the summer in 2019 when Karl was enjoying some downtime with Jasmine. Karl even shared the photo to Instagram, joking with followers he was pregnant. 'After a great deal of rumours are true,' Karl captioned the cheeky post. Jackie then asked Karl how he dealt with seeing such 'confronting images' and he said that while he was embarrassed, Jasmine had always been very supportive. 'I feel like it's a lot of embarrassment, but then my wife is always so good about it,' Karl said. Back in 2020, Karl pledged to lose 10 kilograms in 10 weeks on the Today show after tipping the scales at over 100kg. 'I started at 105kg, the heaviest I've ever been. It was incredibly embarrassing,' Karl said as he spoke to obesity expert Dr. Nick Fuller, who helped him on his fitness journey.
