Conor McGregor's fiancee speaks out after UFC star kissed mystery woman
Dee Devlin, the fiancee of UFC superstar Conor McGregor, has spoken out after her partner was seen kissing a mystery woman on a Florida beach.
The former two-weight UFC champion was spotted enjoying a jet ski ride before he was seen cuddling up to a brunette who was not his fiancee on a Fort Lauderdale beach. The Sun reported that the 'Notorious' appeared to be relishing the attention from female beachgoers. McGregor and Devlin have been engaged since 2020 and share four children.
Devlin, 37, responded by sharing a post from a fan account on Instagram which read: "Happy Birthday to the person who always keeps Dee entertained and makes her smile." She followed this up with a series of photos featuring herself and McGregor.
Despite the recent scandal, it seems Devlin is standing by her man of 16 years. Notably, she supported McGregor when he faced allegations of "brutally raping and battering" in a civil case, accusations which McGregor, 37, has consistently denied, reports All Out Fighting.
Former hairdresser Nikita Hand, 35, won a lawsuit against McGregor over the incident, which allegedly took place in a penthouse at the Beacon Hotel in 2018. During the three-week trial at the High Court in Dublin last November, McGregor maintained that he had consensual sex with Ms Hand.
After a marathon six-hour and ten-minute deliberation, the jury found Conor McGregor civilly liable for assault. Nikita Ni Laimhin, also known as Ms Hand, was awarded a substantial €248,603.60 in damages after the verdict by the panel of eight women and four men.
Additionally, the Irish fighter has been directed to pay an initial sum of €100,000 towards the damages and €200,000 as part of the projected €1.3million legal fees before any appeal.
McGregor is now appealing the decision, which was initially set to introduce fresh evidence. Yet, this month the Dublin Court of Appeal was informed that McGregor would no longer be presenting new evidence that wasn't available during the first trial.
Speculation about when Conor McGregor will return to the octagon continues. His last fight saw him defeated by long-standing adversary Dustin Poirier in 2021.
A bout against Michael Chandler was on the cards last year, but McGregor had to pull out due to an injury sustained while training. Recently, the 37 year old stoked anticipation among fans by stating he plans to fight at the UFC's White House event next year.
Despite some supporters losing hope for his return, McGregor once more dropped hints about a comeback. At a press conference for Bare Knuckle FC, where he holds co-ownership, the Dublin native made an exhilarating announcement, saying: "It's looking like I'm headed to the Oval Office again. That's where I'm headed next."

Olivia Attwood hits back at backlash over surprise This Morning role after cruel trolls said they'll ‘stop watching'
OLIVIA Attwood has hit back at trolls who reacted cruelly to her inclusion in This Morning's line-up of summer presenters. The Love Island favourite, who has built a successful career fronting documentaries and as a Loose Women panellist, is one of a number of stars filling in for regular hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard over the summer break. Though she's not the first reality star to host the show, with fellow summer star and X Factor icon Rylan Clark having already proven a dab hand on the set, Olivia's villa background hasn't gone down well with some traditionalists who have gone so far as to say they'll "definitely stop watching'. But Olivia, 34, is confident in her abilities and feels she's earned her stripes to become ITV's new golden girl. She exclusively told The Sun: "Those who know me understand the hard work I've put in to get where I am today. "I'm forever grateful to Love Island for being the springboard to my career, but I'm excited to show there's so much more to me beyond the villa." She continued: "It's been a lot of hard work, but I've always stayed focused on my goals and believed in myself and I'm very thankful for ITV in believing me." As someone who grew up watching the show as a child, she knows what it's about and the position it has in the national consciousness. She said: "When I got the gig, I was over the moon! I grew up watching the show, and to be a part of it feels like such a huge achievement!" Olivia will turn to an old motto when it is her time in front of the camera, telling us her ultimate piece of advice is: "Stay true to who you are, no matter how much your world changes." Other stars fronting the show this summer include Sian Welby, Dermot O'Leary, Emma Willis, Josie Gibson, Rochelle Humes, Joel Dommett, Craig Doyle, and Andi Peters. We recently revealed how This Morning bosses will ensure Olivia and her ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes, who is a roving reporter on the show, won't have to interact. Chris is said to be unhappy with a number of comments Olivia made about him and his now girlfriend JoJo Siwa while they were in the Celebrity Big Brother house. However, a friend of Olivia's told us, she hasn't even thought about it. They said: 'To be honest, it hadn't even crossed her mind when she took the This Morning gig. 'Of course, she wouldn't relish having to interact with Chris on camera, but she's a professional at the end of the day. 'She's focused on making the most of the summer hosting slot and doing her job well - who else is on the rota doesn't concern her. When you work in telly, not everyone you work with is going to be your best mate.' When her first This Morning gig does roll around, Olivia will be fuelled up with Costa Coffee Latte, which she calls her "the "perfect pick-me-up for those busy days". 5 5 Ahead of then, she's teamed up with Roman Kemp to launch the Costa Hypeline - WhatsApp line to get the nation motivated. Fans can WhatsApp +44 7763 218 600 before this Thursday, letting Roman or Olivia know what they need hyping for and they could get a voice note back, tailored to their moment of need. Olivia said: 'Motivation is an important thing as most of us hit a wall way before lunchtime. A little hype can go a long way. "I'm buzzing to be on the other end of the line with Costa, handing out some words of encouragement. "We'll be managing the Costa Hypeline for one day only on the 17 th July to help give out those much-needed boosts of productivity – message in for a hype!'

John Torode sacked from MasterChef after racist language allegation
It has been announced that John Torode will not be returning to MasterChef. This week, it emerged that Torode had been accused of using racist language in the review regarding his former co-host, Gregg Wallace. The BBC and MasterChef production company Banijay UK have now confirmed that his contract with the cooking series will not be renewed. A Banijay spokesperson said: 'In response to John Torode's statement, it is important to stress that Banijay UK takes this matter incredibly seriously. 'The legal team at Lewis Silkin that investigated the allegations relating to Gregg Wallace also substantiated an accusation of highly offensive racist language against John Torode which occurred in 2018. 'This matter has been formally discussed with John Torode by Banijay UK, and whilst we note that John says he does not recall the incident, Lewis Silkin have upheld the very serious complaint. 'Banijay UK and the BBC are agreed that we will not renew his contract on MasterChef.' A BBC spokesperson added: 'John Torode denies the allegation. He has stated he has no recollection of the alleged incident and does not believe that it happened. 'He also says that any racial language is wholly unacceptable in any environment. 'The BBC takes this upheld finding extremely seriously. We will not tolerate racist language of any kind and, as we have already said, we told Banijay UK, the makers of MasterChef, that action must be taken. John Torode's contract on MasterChef will not be renewed.' It was reported that last week, the BBC and Banijay asked Torode to resign and claim he had mental health problems. The Sun said Torode refused the request and has issued a statement addressing the racist language allegation on his Instagram. Torode has not yet commented on this announcement, but yesterday made a statement following the release of the report. More Trending The TV chef said on social media that he was the individual 'who is alleged to have used racist language on one occasion', telling fans for the 'sake of transparency' after speculation. He continued: 'The allegation is that I did so sometime in 2018 or 2019, in a social situation, and that the person I was speaking with did not believe that it was intended in a malicious way and that I apologised immediately afterwards. 'I have absolutely no recollection of any of this, and I do not believe that it happened. However, I want to be clear that I've always had the view that any racial language is wholly unacceptable in any environment.
