India Vs India A Live Streaming: When & Where To Watch Intra-Squad Game?

Shubman Gill-led India face Abhimanyu Easwaran's India A in a crucial intra-squad game ahead of the England tour.
India vs India A Intra-Squad Match Live Streaming Details: Shubman Gill-led India will take on Abhimanyu Easwaran's India A in the final match of the visitors' preparation ahead of the tour of England, as Gill & Co. look to make a mark with a new-look Indian team.
The game will be the senior side's sole simulation match before the first Test against England in Leeds from June 20.
The intra-squad match acts like a precursor to the Test. The Indian side, under head coach Gautam Gambhir, chose a 'closed door' session to prevent England from getting any ideas on the tactical front.
India had done the same thing during the tour of Australia earlier this year, although that didn't pay off.
As bowling coach Morne Morkel said on Wednesday, building the stamina to bowl and field for an entire day is very different from normal net sessions.
The four-day match, which does not have the official first-class status, gives batters a second go if someone is dismissed early.
With 360 overs of game simulation available over four days, it will allow the management to permit the bowling unit to get enough overs under their belt.
That would be handy in ensuring that the bowlers, be it a spinner or a pacer, have the requisite rhythm in an actual game. Gambhir will have some work to do in terms of zeroing in on a lone specialist spinner for Headingley.
There is Ravindra Jadeja, whose superior batting becomes a massive factor in SENA nations but against England's hard-hitters, Kuldeep Yadav's versatility could complement ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah if India look to pick 20 wickets.

'Feels really special,' Nair told (I'm) Very grateful and fortunate to be able to get this opportunity again. Looking forward to grabbing this opportunity with both hands,' he added. Nair, India's second-ever Test triple centurion, was welcomed to the side by head coach Gautam Gambhir. 'Comebacks are never easy. The amount of runs you've got, the never-give-up attitude — it's inspiring for the entire team. Welcome back, Karun Nair,' the coach was seen saying in the video. His longtime statemate KL Rahul, with whom he has played since his U-14 days spoke about his resilience when chips were down. A comeback story with Karun Nair 🔝 P.S. – A special message from KL Rahul 👌#TeamIndia | #ENGvIND | @karun126 | @klrahul — BCCI (@BCCI) June 12, 2025 'I've known him for a very long time,' Rahul said. 'The months he has spent here in the UK playing cricket and how hard and how lonely it was. 'For him to be able to do all of that and come back into the Indian team is special for him and his family, and friends like us who've seen his journey.' Rahul termed the journey inspirational for one and all. 'It's very inspiring as well. Hopefully his experience and learnings from County cricket here will hold him in good stead when he plays the Test matches.' For Karun, it still feels surreal that he is back in the Indian dressing room. 'I'll have to experience that feeling myself, just go out there and feel it for myself. I'm sure there'll be a lot of feelings, ones that I can't express right now. It'll be a surreal feeling.' The last of Nair's six Test appearances came in March 2017. It is during this run that he famously scored an unbeaten triple century against England in December 2016 in Chennai. However, he scored just 71 runs across his six other innings before and after that knock which led to him losing his spot in Indian team. (With agency inputs)

AIFF to take call on coach Manolo Marquez's future in EC meeting on June 29: president Kalyan Chaubey
It isn't for the first time that Indian football is embroiled in a state of crisis. The latest has been triggered by the national men's team's 0-1 defeat to Hong Kong, situated 26 places below India in the FIFA rankings, in an Asian Cup qualifying third-round match at Kai Tak Sports Park on Tuesday. It has severely hampered India's chances of sealing a berth in the 2027 Asian Cup — it is bottom of Group C after two rounds — and led to uncertainty over the future of head coach Manolo Marquez. Marquez, who was appointed as coach last July, has notched up just one win in eight matches in his tenure. Having been FC Goa manager at the time of his appointment by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), he continued donning both roles till May 31. While his contract as India coach runs till May 2026, AIFF president Kalyan Chaubey said in a press conference on Friday that a decision will be taken on the Spaniard in an Executive Committee (EC) meeting on June 29. 'I have received several calls about whether the chief coach will continue or not. We have an Executive Committee meeting on June 29. We will discuss this matter internally with the committee members and will also take the opinion of the members of the AIFF technical committee,' Chaubey told the media. With the national team's performances continuing to plummet, Chaubey said that the AIFF is exploring the possibility of Indian-origin players who hold Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cards turning out for the country. 'The AIFF has proactively initiated communication with the relevant departments of various ministries of the Indian government regarding OCI players. And I must say the initial response has been encouraging. We are in communication with 33 players who fall into the category of OCI. Some of them have got OCI cards and some of them are in the process of applying. We are assisting them in this process,' he said.
