Saffron jetted out to Dubai along with her parents, as well as boyfriend Josh Miln.
In her latest YouTube vlog, she opened up to fans about an unfortunate mishap on the holiday.
Saffron surprised her parents with a yacht trip - which the whole group had been enjoying.
Disaster struck when Saffron's vlogging camera accidentally fell into the sea.
Speaking to viewers, Josh explained how a member of staff picked up a nearby towel - with the expensive tech slipping and falling overboard.
Earlier in the video, Saffron reiterated it was accidental and not the staff member's fault.
She said: "It means I've lost all my footage and camera which I've obviously just bought because I got it stolen in the US.
"So that's another £1000 camera just gone. But for me, I think I'm so upset because it's every I vlogged this trip, it's before this trip. It's basically all my footage."
A scuba team was dove down to try and recover the camera - in the hope its SD Card may be recoverable.
Josh later said: "The guy who went down, he saw the anchor and said it was dragging. So, we have moved since we docked.
Emotional moment Saffron Barker fights back tears as she opens up on armed car robbery that's left her stranded in America
"So the chances of getting the camera are very low."
Last month, Saffron had a nightmare experience while she and Josh were visiting the USA.
She shared her harrowing experience in a candid TikTok make-up tutorial, explaining the aftermath after men broke into her car.
Explaining these men were armed, Saffron said: 'I honestly can't leave the US right now and everything I had with me was completely stolen.
"If I'm being honest, this trip has just not gone to plan at all. I've suffered the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.'
What was meant to be a fresh start for Saffron and Josh quickly turned into a nightmare.
After a difficult period, the couple decided to try and salvage their trip with a road trip from Hollywood to Las Vegas.
Renting a Jeep, they set off vlogged their journey.
About two hours into the drive, the pair stopped at Peggy Sue's Diner, a nostalgic spot Saffron had visited with her parents many years ago.
She admitted: 'We were completely naive. There were lots of cars around, so we didn't think anything bad could happen.'
But when they returned to their car after just half an hour inside, they found it completely smashed up.
Every single item inside was stolen - including their passports and Saffron's medication.
She said tearfully: 'It's not just the material things. It's everything we needed. We had nothing left, no ID, no medication, nothing.'
The incident was made worse by the fact the area was busy and yet no one seemed to intervene.
Josh added: 'There were tourists everywhere, and apparently this happens almost every day. It's crazy that there are no warning signs.'
Despite their shock and devastation, the couple counted their blessings.
Saffron said: 'I'm so grateful to be alive. They have guns in America, and something much worse could have happened. We keep telling ourselves that we should be grateful we're still here.'

TikTok star John Crawley dead at 47 days after being rushed to ICU
TikTok star John Crawley has died at the age of 47. Crawley, who was known as KingBeardX and Pimpmunkx on social media and became famous for his hilarious reactions to people eating food, died at the hospital on Monday following a cardiac arrest, according to TMZ. Crawley had been in the hospital for at least two weeks, according to James Steele, the funeral director at Glenfield Funeral Home in New Albany, Mississippi. Crawley's friend and former podcast cohost, Anthony Caruso, started a GoFundMe page for the star, after he went to North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo due to breathing issues. The comedian was later put on a ventilator and stopped breathing, so doctors moved him to the ICU, where a tube was placed in his chest prior to his passing. Crawley had amassed over 2.5 million followers on TikTok and 996K followers on Instagram. Friends of Crawley set up a GoFundMe to help his family. According to the page, Crawley didn't have medical insurance and was the primary provider for his family. The money raised will cover his funeral expenses and help support his family. 'Knowing him personally, John was a good guy. He lit up a lot of people's worlds,' Steele told TMZ. 'I just left his house and was with his mother, we prayed together. She's torn up right now but she's going to make it.' On August 4 a family member gave an update on Crawley's condition via the GoFundMe page, writing: 'He went to the hospital; he was having trouble breathing. Doctors put him on a ventilator… we went past 66% (O2 levels) and he stopped breathing. They (put him into the ICU and) brought it back up to 100% (O2 levels). He just had a tube placed in his chest… his breathing condition is still very bad.' However on Tuesday Caruso updated the page with the news of Crawley's passing. 'I'm really sorry to tell everyone the bad news but Pimpmunkx (KingBeardx) passed away yesterday,' he wrote. 'Thank you to everyone that has supported the fundraiser so far. His mother says told me to thank you all.' 'The fundraiser will continue to go on to support fundraising a funeral/helping John's mother.' The fundraiser has currently raised $2,228 of its $9,000 goal. Friends of Crawley set up a GoFundMe to help his family. BBC axes Survivor UK after one season, Joel Dommett reveals
Survivor UK returned to television screens, via the BBC, for the first time in more than 20 years in 2023 after first airing with ITV back in 2001/02. The reboot was hosted by Joel Dommett and saw contestants "marooned in a tropical location where they are divided into two tribes, competing against each other in a range of physical and mental challenges" in an attempt to be crowned the sole survivor. The BBC spent £30 million making the new Survivor series, according to The Sun, which was filmed in the Dominican Republic during the summer of 2023. Top 10 best British TV series Survivor axed after just one season in 'TV's most expensive flop' The final of the BBC's first series of Survivor UK aired back in December 2023, with Matthew emerging victorious and winning the £100,000 prize, alongside the title of sole survivor. Now, nearly two years later, host Joel Dommett has revealed the reality show will not be returning for a second season. Dommett, speaking to The Sun, said: 'It just shows you how nothing is a given in telly. 'I thought Survivor would be huge. I thought that would be my job for the next 20 years. 'I've done shows and thought that's not coming back and it keeps coming back and then you do something like Survivor, which you think is guaranteed and it doesn't come back.' Survivor only attracted an average of 2.6 million viewers, the news outlet reported, despite being given a prime slot straight after Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One. RECOMMENDED READING: A source, speaking in The Sun, commented: 'Survivor was given a plum spot in the schedule right after Strictly Come Dancing but totally tanked. 'Execs just can't get their head around why the UK just can't find any love for a format which is beloved around the globe. 'After a year of speculation that the BBC's remake was facing the chop, it's now official. 'It's looking like TV's most expensive flop ever.' The BBC was contacted, but refused to comment.
