Saffron jetted out to Dubai along with her parents, as well as boyfriend Josh Miln.
In her latest YouTube vlog, she opened up to fans about an unfortunate mishap on the holiday.
Saffron surprised her parents with a yacht trip - which the whole group had been enjoying.
Disaster struck when Saffron's vlogging camera accidentally fell into the sea.
Speaking to viewers, Josh explained how a member of staff picked up a nearby towel - with the expensive tech slipping and falling overboard.
Earlier in the video, Saffron reiterated it was accidental and not the staff member's fault.
She said: "It means I've lost all my footage and camera which I've obviously just bought because I got it stolen in the US.
"So that's another £1000 camera just gone. But for me, I think I'm so upset because it's every I vlogged this trip, it's before this trip. It's basically all my footage."
A scuba team was dove down to try and recover the camera - in the hope its SD Card may be recoverable.
Josh later said: "The guy who went down, he saw the anchor and said it was dragging. So, we have moved since we docked.
Emotional moment Saffron Barker fights back tears as she opens up on armed car robbery that's left her stranded in America
"So the chances of getting the camera are very low."
Last month, Saffron had a nightmare experience while she and Josh were visiting the USA.
She shared her harrowing experience in a candid TikTok make-up tutorial, explaining the aftermath after men broke into her car.
Explaining these men were armed, Saffron said: 'I honestly can't leave the US right now and everything I had with me was completely stolen.
"If I'm being honest, this trip has just not gone to plan at all. I've suffered the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.'
What was meant to be a fresh start for Saffron and Josh quickly turned into a nightmare.
After a difficult period, the couple decided to try and salvage their trip with a road trip from Hollywood to Las Vegas.
Renting a Jeep, they set off vlogged their journey.
About two hours into the drive, the pair stopped at Peggy Sue's Diner, a nostalgic spot Saffron had visited with her parents many years ago.
She admitted: 'We were completely naive. There were lots of cars around, so we didn't think anything bad could happen.'
But when they returned to their car after just half an hour inside, they found it completely smashed up.
Every single item inside was stolen - including their passports and Saffron's medication.
She said tearfully: 'It's not just the material things. It's everything we needed. We had nothing left, no ID, no medication, nothing.'
The incident was made worse by the fact the area was busy and yet no one seemed to intervene.
Josh added: 'There were tourists everywhere, and apparently this happens almost every day. It's crazy that there are no warning signs.'
Despite their shock and devastation, the couple counted their blessings.
Saffron said: 'I'm so grateful to be alive. They have guns in America, and something much worse could have happened. We keep telling ourselves that we should be grateful we're still here.'

Strictly Come Dancing in talks with married reality TV star as BBC bosses back him to resist show's 'curse'
Strictly Come Dancing is reportedly in talks with a married reality TV star, as BBC bosses are convinced he won't fall victim to the show's infamous 'curse'. The so-called 'Strictly curse' has been a tabloid staple for over a decade - rooted in the idea that taking part in the show often spells trouble for contestants' relationships. Now, insiders reportedly claim producers are keen to sign none other than Paul Brunson. The clean-cut relationship expert is known for his roles on Channel 4 's hit shows Married At First Sight UK and Celebs Go Dating. The American star, who now lives in London, is seen as a safe option - and potentially just what Strictly needs following two drama-filled series. A source told The Sun: 'Paul would be the ideal tonic to the dark clouds over Strictly as he's clean-cut, very intelligent and has no scandals to worry about. 'They are now in discussion but he's met with producers a number of times. 'Everyone is hoping he'll sign on the dotted line and is keen to make it happen.' MailOnline has contacted the BBC and Paul's representatives for comment. It comes just days after a Gladiators star was rumoured to have signed up for this year's show after 'impressing' BBC producers on the Christmas special. The superhuman, 36, took part in last year's festive edition and was paired with professional dancer Nancy Xu. Nitro, whose real name is Harry Aikines Aryeetey, has reportedly agreed to appear on the regular series this autumn. A show insider told The Sun how the ex-Olympian had been on bosses' wish list for some time now. The said: 'Bosses have been desperate to get Nitro on the series for a while. 'They were in talks last year but couldn't get the timings to marry up with his work. 'He was a huge hit at Christmas prancing around in lycra and showing off his biceps. Producers were also impressed with his dancing. 'The Gladiators' fanbase is growing and kids love them so he'll be a hit with younger viewers, too.' MailOnline has contacted Nitro's rep and the BBC. Nitro previously hinted at a role in the main series when he revealed he would be taking part in the Christmas special with an injury. He told The Mirror: 'I am carrying an injury to some degree. It's been quite tough. I'm not my full self. Hopefully that's taken into consideration. But at the same time, I'm just here for a good time. I can dance, I can enjoy myself, that's the most important thing. 'Although I think we're going to do well and although I think we're going to have fun with it, it would be nice to do myself 100% justice by competing another time on the main series. 'It would be good to be in a position where I can show my ultimate self. I've got the bug. If the opportunity arises… it's obeing in an arena and learning a new skill. If the opportunity arises, I would jump at it, literally because I'll be able to jump by then.' Earlier this year Strictly Come Dancing confirmed the professional lineup for 2025. Dianne Buswell, who lifted the glitter ball in December with Chris McCausland, will be joining Nadiya Bychkova, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk and Jowita Przystal in returning to the dance floor this September. Amy Dowden, who pulled out in the opening weeks of last year's show due to a foot injury, will also be back on Strictly for 2025, as will Carlos Gu and Kai Widdrington, who didn't have a celebrity partner last year. Despite rumours that he might be making a return after missing out on last year's series, Giovanni Pernice will not be heading back to the ballroom this time around. Sarah James, Executive Producer, BBC Studios said : 'The excitement is already building ahead of the new series and in addition to welcoming back our fantastic returning Pros, we are looking forward to welcoming two brand new Professional Dancers to the line up who will help bring another unforgettable series of dazzling dance and loads more besides to viewers later in 2025.'

Chaotic moment busker PUNCHES yob who slapped him across the face as chaotic brawl breaks out
A BUSKER has shared footage of him appearing to bravely defend himself against a group of yobs trying to disrupt his act. James Allan, who has more than 1.3m followers on TikTok, confronted the gang of thugs as they attempted to tamper with his equipment in Leeds city centre. 4 4 4 4 One hooded youth in a light blue body warmer even gives the impression that he is carrying a knife. In the video's on-screen captions, James wrote: "A gang of lads kept touching my guitar. "So I thought I'd put them on camera to stop them doing it again." As one of the boys approaches again, James tells him: "You can touch if you want. "I'll go on the TikTok Live and show everyone what you're doing." He then turns the camera to the group, who beat a hasty retreat once they realise they are being filmed. As they slink off, James asks the group: "Why are you hioding your faces? Do you want to touch my stuff again or what?" James' friend Brad then tips him off that one of the boys, wearing a jeans and a sleeveless pukka jacket that partially covers his face, is coming back. The intrepid busker goes to intercept the intruder - but it was only when reviewing the footage afterwards that he realised that the boy appeared to be reaching for what could be a knife. As James writes in the caption: "It's only upon watching this back do I realise he's reaching for his pocket. "Luckily I was able to grab his arms." Glasgow man appears to take money from buskers before teeth fall out in bizarre viral video The boy then slaps James with what appears to be an open palm, before James wades in and clobbers the attacker, plus several of his friends who also try to defend their mate. Several bystanders then step in to try and cool tensions. As James wrote: "People step in to break it up, which is good for me because there was about five of them. "People think they can just absue buskers and we won't defend ourselves." The boy in the puffa jacket then aims a kick at James, who catches his foot and pulls him to the ground. He then goes back to the mic and tells shoppers: 'I'm just trying to make a living, man. Do you know what I mean?' West Yorkshire Police have been contacted for comment. James posted the video on his social media accounts with the question: 'Was I right to defend myself?" One Facebook user said: 'Sometimes gotta stand up to bullies.' Another added said: 'Nice jabs mate…be careful though those little scabs will be back with knives.'
