Two major games to stop working on some PlayStation and Xbox consoles – it'll cost fans a fortune to keep playing
TWO popular games are winding down this month as they lose compatibility with older consoles. To keep playing, fans will have to upgrade to the newer PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S - costing as much as £499. After nearly a decade of service, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the Black Desert Online will be shutting down on 26 June. The creators at developer Pearl Abyss said they were shifting focus to the existing PC version of the game and the all-new PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.
