Four people are dead following an early morning collision between an all-terrain vehicle and a commercial vehicle near Moonbeam, Ont. The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) James Bay detachment said the collision happened on Highway 11 at approximately 3:20 a.m. ET on Saturday. All four victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Dauphin RCMP is looking for a missing 34-year-old woman. On Thursday evening, Dauphin RCMP received a report that 34-year-old Jacqueline Head was missing. She was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, and yet to return. Head is described as five-foot-four with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen with a black long-sleeve shirt and plaid pants.
