In the images, she showed her fans how much her physique had changed, particularly her pert derrière.
The social media star lifted up her top to reveal just how toned her abs and shrunken her waist were, while wearing tiny booty shorts to emphasise her behind.
'I've been the girl who didn't know where to start. I've been the girl who felt uncomfortable in her own skin,' she penned.
'I've been the girl who stopped and started a million times. And I've also been the girl who stuck it out… and saw her strength come to life.'
She went on to say that no matter what stage you are at in your fitness journey, 'it's never too late to show up for yourself.'
The 'fave challenge' includes a full-body workout, with an emphasis on glute exercises, Tammy informed her fans.

It comes after Tammy revealed she 'didn't recognise herself' during her marriage to Love Island star Matt, 29.
The influencer revealed on Sunday that she has toned up her body and lost weight since leaving the marriage.
She shared a video on Instagram that featured her look during and after her time with Matt, with Tammy having visibly trimmed down and gained muscle in recent weeks.
'Guys I'm starting to feel like myself again. I don't even recognise myself in those first videos, to be honest,' Tammy wrote in her caption.
'You won't always feel motivated, but you will never regret starting and investing in YOU,' she added, while also promoting her fitness app.

Vatican turns to ‘hot priests' to spread faith in the digital age
If it weren't for the dog collar, the robes and occasional background of a church, one would be forgiven for thinking, judging by his Instagram profile, that Father Ambrogio Mazzai was a fitness influencer rather than a man of faith. Pictures of him playing the guitar or biking in the mountains have animated a following who are presumably just as interested in the good word as they are in his good looks. 'What a beautiful guy our Father is!' wrote one follower on Father Mazzai's account. 'You are very beautiful and very elegant!' said another. While some puritans might sniff at the idea that religion needs to be made cool to have modern appeal, a group of priests including Father Mazzai are using social media to make a powerful case to the contrary. He shares photos and videos with his 460,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram almost every day and counts Matteo Salvini, Italy's deputy prime minister, among his fans. 'It started by chance in 2021 on the suggestion of a young man in my parish. I didn't think it was a good idea,' said Father Mazzai. 'I never imagined that it could have such a big impact.' Next week, a thousand digital missionaries and influencers from around the world will meet in Rome (July 28-29) to discuss the role of social media in the church as part of the Vatican's jubilee year. The missionaries will look at TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, apps and blogs, and how social media can promote outreach and ensure the survival of a church suffering from declining numbers. Francis X Rocca, the Vatican editor of EWTN News, said social media is vital for the church's future and stressed that young Catholics would continue to drive change. 'It's not going to be the Vatican office of communications or some diocese that is going to generate the most innovation in this area,' he said. 'But there are a lot of young people, some of whom are coming to Rome, who are experimenting and they will be the vanguard.' It was Pope Francis who saw social media as an essential communication tool and made it a priority for the church in the 21st century. In 2020 alone, the late pope's social media content was viewed over 27 billion times. His successor Pope Leo XIV, an avid user of social media, has 14 million Instagram followers and more than 52 million followers across nine languages on his @Pontifex X account. Yet, for other members of the clergy whose names don't carry the same star power, a handsome photo goes a long way. Father Giuseppe Fusari is a rugged-looking 58-year old priest in the northern city of Brescia with a bulging set of muscles and 60,000 followers on Instagram. Dubbed 'the bodybuilder priest', Father Fusari gets his fair share of love heart emojis – and compliments about his sermons. He said most of his followers were aged between 25 and 55, and many were disillusioned with religion. 'I hope it will bring people closer to the church, there is a lot of curiosity and I am convinced that social media is one way to attract people,' he said. Although some priests have had pushback from their superiors against publishing photos of them at the beach or the gym and have their fair share of critics, the response from other church members has been largely positive, those interviewed for this article said. It's even opened debate about whether today's fashion can exist with the church's traditional conservatism. One follower of Father Fusari asks: 'Without any judgment, aren't you against tattoos? I have one, I really regret having done it 30 years ago, because the Lord said 'you shall not tattoo your skin'.... What do you think? God bless you.' Father Fusari replies: 'There's no dogma, I'm sorry. And it's no different: the church has never spoken out against tattoos, neither with documents nor with dogmas. But you're free to think as you wish.' While there's no official data yet on whether the online push has translated to church visitor numbers, Father Cosimo Schena from the San Francesco parish in Brindisi, told the Italian daily Corriere della Sera the numbers in his church had doubled since he started using Facebook and TikTok.

Maura Higgins sparks concern as she asks for help with painful health issue
Love Island star Maura Higgins asked her fans for their help as she admitted she was suffering severe pain and couldn't find the time to see a specialist Maura Higgins sparked concerns with her fans after admitting she was struggling with a health condition. The reality TV star took to Instagram to seek advice from her followers after admitting that her knee is "killing her" and that it felt like it was pulsing. Maura, 34, was seen posing for a selfie with no makeup on and clutching what appeared to be a matcha drink in her hand as he sought assistance from her fans. The Love Island star wrote, "Don't have the time right now to see a specialist, but if anyone has any recommendations for something I can buy to stop my knee from KILLING please DM me. It feels like there's a pulse inside of it & it's also on running around with the house move has not helped it. (yes my greys are out too, no time for that either." The update comes after Maura has had a busy week after moving into her £1.25million five-bedroom dream home in Essex. Maura has earned an estimated £3.2 million in the years since she found fame on the ITV dating show back in 2019. And she has splashed the cash on a luxury new home - snapping up a five-bedroom property in the south east of England. The semi-detached house boasts an impressive garden and has huge, floor to ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood in. But it seems Maura will need to splash a little more money - as it appears she has little to no furniture in her grand new home. Nonetheless, the TV star shared news that she has moved into the dream home this weekend. On Sunday, the reality star took to Instagram Stories to share a couple of snaps from inside her new pad. She shared a photo from her kitchen looking out to her garden with a vase of flowers, candles, and a bottle of wine visible in the foreground. She wrote alongside the image: "After the busiest few months.... she's finally in." She added a house emoji and a padlock and key emoji - showing she is now a proud home owner. She shared a second snap showing professional hairdresser Carl Bembridge perched on the top of a kitchen surface and scrolling on his phone. Maura captioned this image, writing: "No chairs yet but he always finds something to sit on." Maura's happy home photos come just a couple of months after she was caught kissing married pop star Danny Jones at an afterparty for the 2025 Brit Awards. The Love Island star and the McFly guitarist sparked controversy as their flirty behaviour was captured despite the fact he has been married to model Georgia Horsley since 2014. Fans blasted Maura and Danny over the scandal and Danny eventually addressed the controversy, issuing a grovelling public apology online. He wrote: "Hello everyone, sorry it's taken me a while to post this but I've taken some time out to be with those closest to me. "I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we'll continue to deal with this privately. I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny." Meanwhile, Maura has remained silent on the matter.
