The 18-person cast includes some headline-making names, most notably actor Jussie Smollett. Previous seasons have been physically punishing and emotionally raw—season 3 included Denise Richards sustaining a serious injury during a stunt. Season 4 promises the same level of intensity, as revealed in exclusive promotional images showing cast members bloodied and exhausted mid-challenge.
