Lady Eliza Spencer, one of Princess Diana's glamorous nieces, is officially off the market — and her spectaculary Greek island engagement is the stuff royal-adjacent fairytales are made of.
Eliza, 33, announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Channing Millerd on Instagram, revealing that he popped the question in picture-perfect Santorini. The romantic seaside proposal included a flower- and candle-covered table overlooking the water, and, of course, the ring — a dazzling sparkler that immediately caught fans' attention when Eliza flashed it in the first photo of the carousel.
In the slideshow, Eliza beams with joy as she shows off her new ring, shares a kiss with her new fiancé, and kneels beside him in a playful, emotional moment. Her caption was just three words (and a heart emoji): 'Forever and ever."
Millerd, for his part, reshared the photos on his Instagram Stories, set to an instrumental version of 'Stand By Me.'
Among the first to comment was Eliza's twin sister, Lady Amelia Spencer, who wrote, 'The best news everrrrrrrr.' She quickly added a second comment: 'I couldn't be happier for you both! The BEST NEWS IN THE WORLD. I love you both with all my heart! The perfect couple and dream engagement.'
It's a romantic full-circle moment for the Spencer sisters. Eliza's twin, Amelia, married longtime love Greg Mallett in 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa. Now Eliza — the last of the Spencer sisters to get engaged — is likely next to walk down the aisle.
Lady Eliza is the youngest daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer — Princess Diana's brother — and the sister of Lady Kitty Spencer, who wed billionaire Michael Lewis in a lavish Italian ceremony in 2021.
