Woman involved in head-on crash in Wilmington dies, another remains hospitalized, DA says
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office says that 41-year-old Eric Mastropietro was driving her Lexus RX 330 westbound on Route 62 just after 9 p.m. Wednesday when her car crossed over the center line and struck a Jeep Grand Cherokee travelling eastbound.
Mastropietro was transported to Lahey Hospital in Burling where she was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the Jeep, who was the sole occupant, was also transported to Lahey Hospital where she remains hospitalized. Her condition is unknown at this time.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, the Wilmington Police Department and the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section of the Massachusetts State Police.

Boston police looking to identify man wanted in connection with car dealership robbery
Police are asking for the public's help identifying the man who allegedly stole electric bikes and registration plates from a car dealership in Boston last Saturday. Police responded to the dealership on Commonwealth Avenue in Allston around 2:22 a.m. on Saturday. A police department spokesperson said the bald white man had unlawfully entered the premises and stole several e-bikes worth thousands of dollars and two dealer registration plates. Police say the suspect drove away from the scene in a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck bearing a cursive 'LM' on the side. 'The vehicle appears to be a work truck and was equipped with a small shop vacuum and toolbox in the bed, possibly indicating affiliation with a property management company,' Boston police said. Man gets prison in deadly Ottawa County road rage case
GRAND HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) — A man is heading to prison for a minimum of about eight years for his role in a road rage incident last year near Allendale that killed an uninvolved party. Ethan Luke Oosterhouse, 24, earlier to involuntary manslaughter stemming from the August 2024 crash on Lake Michigan Drive. An Ottawa County judge on Monday sentenced Oosterhouse to between 100 months and 15 years in prison. His driver's license was also forfeited. Court docs: Men admit to 'road rage' in deadly crash The case against his co-defendant, , 43, is pending, with a court appearance scheduled in two weeks. The pair were charged last August with second-degree murder, manslaughter and reckless driving causing death. According to court documents, on June 25, 2024, a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Oosterhouse and a Dodge Charger driven by Perez were engaged in aggressive 'road rage style driving' while traveling eastbound on Lake Michigan Drive. A eventually occurred between Perez and Oosterhouse, who are accused of driving well over the posted speed limit. That collision caused Perez's vehicle to hit a car in the westbound lanes near Trillium Drive. The head-on crash killed 27-year-old Sha-Tera Coleman of Grand Rapids. Members of the victim's family addressed the court Monday prior to sentencing. During an earlier hearing, an Ottawa County deputy said both men to engaging in a road rage incident for several miles.
