Use AI for crowd management
We should use AI (precautionary - smart - innovative) management to stop the regular over-crowding related stampede deaths in India. AI experts together must give a solution to prevent these deaths. The capacity of Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru is 32,000. 10 times crowd (of 3 lakhs) had arrived on 4 Jun 2025 (Thu) to watch the IPL-2025 victory celebrations of RCB team. In any event, setting up of big screens (both) inside and outside the venue (stadium), for watching the show live with clarity could have nullified stampede deaths. List of stampede deaths in the recent past in India include: Hathras (Baba ashram: UP), Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanam (TTD hill top: AP), Kumbh Mela (UP), Delhi Railway Station, Goa temple ... now, Bengaluru stadium.

Discuss 'Operation Sindoor' honourably
Sixteen opposition parties have stepped up pressure on the Modi government demanding a special Parliamentary session in the wake of Operation Sindoor. The demand is not without merit as the entire nation would like to ascertain from their representatives about the daring Operation undertaken to uphold national honour. Following the request, the Centre has called for the Monsoon Session from July 21 to August 12. The onus is now entirely on the elected representatives belonging to the ruling front and opposition to engage in the parliamentary proceedings with utmost decorum and etiquette, much different from the bedlam and slugfest usually witnessed in Parliamentary sessions these days. That will be the most honourable method for elected representatives to pay respects to victims of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism at Pahalgam.

The feeling of patriotism is important for the freedom of a country. A patriotic person will always be ready to sacrifice his/her life for the love for his/her country. We must love our country and at the same time we must not hate others. Wars break out between two nations for want of love for other countries. We should, therefore, love our country as well as those of others.

I would like to congratulate the incredible team behind the Chenab Rail Bridge, being inaugurated by PM Modi on June 6. It is a marvel that stands taller than the Eiffel Tower. With its impressive height of 359 m and a length of 1315 m, 3000 tonnes of steel used, this engineering feat showcases India's innovation. Kudos to all involved!

This has reference to the article on 'Plastic' . Since 1957, plastic has been promoted ,sold and it is still used in day -to day life . There are several colleges offering various courses, from Diploma to PG related to plastic. Our country has around 50,000 processing units employing thousands. .Union Minister of Commerce and Industry mentioned that the domestic plastic sector in our country has tremendous potential to grow .Thus the plastic is everywhere . So far no one has found an equivalent material which can replace the plastic in total .As long as the plastic prospers ,it's so called ill effects too become uncontrollable.

Set free undertrials from prisons
As per NCRB data nearly three fourth of the prisoners are undertrials, and many among them are eligible for release on default/regular bails or just by paying a fine. Due to their poor financial condition, they rot in jail indefinitely. it is agonizing to know that the states are not showing initiative to use funds of 2023 central scheme to secure release of eligible poor prisoners. As it is the jails are overcrowded, and the state spends considerably on each prisoner. Will it not be a win-win for both the state and eligible prisoner, if they are released?

BJP at Shaheen Bagh: Muslim girls should aim for the Army
In a move aimed at expanding its outreach into the Muslim-dominated areas of the national capital, the BJP's Minority Morcha held a 'minority chaupal' in Shaheen Bagh on Tuesday. The main purpose of this chaupal was to encourage young Muslim girls to consider careers in the Indian Army, it said. Colonel Sofiya Qureshi, an Indian Army officer who garnered attention during Operation Sindoor, was repeatedly cited as a role model throughout the event. This was the BJP's first such chaupal in the Capital under a broader national campaign celebrating the first-year anniversary of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government's third term in office. The event was held in a modest hotel room in the heart of the neighbourhood that rose to national prominence during the 2020 anti-CAA protests. 'Our daughter should become strong, she should be educated, she should be independent…,' said Jamal Siddiqui, National President of the BJP Minority Morcha and chief guest at the event. 'If anyone tries to harass, scare, or intimidate her, she should be able to give a befitting reply. We have to take our daughters out of their homes and into society. They should also go to the border… and show the strength of Indian women.' 'To teach Pakistan a lesson, the leadership of (explaining) air strikes on terrorist bases was handed over to two daughters, Colonel Sophia and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, and the world has been introduced to the courage, valour and bravery of Indian women,' he added. The chaupal featured a small but engaged gathering of two women and 20 party workers, and sought to familiarise attendees with the Agniveer recruitment scheme and other opportunities in the Armed Forces. Organisers also distributed copies of the Constitution and announced a one-stop camp for registrations under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. 'This is not just about Army recruitment,' said Ashu Chaudhary, Delhi State Executive Member of the Minority Morcha and the event's coordinator. 'It's about rights, awareness, and helping women from our community imagine a future where they are leaders.' Attendees were also handed 'data books' — kits detailing key government schemes across sectors such as education, employment, and health — with instructions to imitate similar minority chaupals in their localities and to share the data with other members of the Muslim community. The BJP's choice of Shaheen Bagh for the pilot chaupal carries political weight. Once the epicentre of the months-long protests, led largely by Muslim women against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, the neighbourhood had become a symbol of resistance — and now, as the BJP frames it, potential transformation. 'We all are sons of India. We all are citizens of India. These 11 years of the Modi government have brought light where there was darkness,' Siddiqui declared. Launching a scathing attack against the BJP's political rivals, he added, 'The Congress and AAP created that darkness. Now, it is our duty to spread awareness, take the government's message and schemes to the people.'

CM lauds PM for BJP's 11 yrs, lists 100-day log
Chief minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday credited the Narendra Modi-led Union government for a series of welfare and infrastructure gains in Delhi, while accusing the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) administration of leaving the city to 'suffer' over the last 11 years. Flanked by Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Virendra Sachdeva, Gupta listed projects and welfare schemes implemented with central support, and claimed the city was now seeing results of 'real governance' after years of neglect. Earlier in the day, Gupta met Prime Minister Modi and briefed him on the work done by her government in the first 100 days. Targeting the AAP government's handling of the Covid-19 crisis, Gupta said it had officially recorded only 97 deaths even as crematoriums overflowed. 'It is regrettable that the Delhi government failed to even count the dead. It was the Modi government that extended a helping hand,' she said. Gupta added that while the state has its own health infrastructure, the Centre's facilities, such as AIIMS, which handles nearly 5 lakh OPD visits annually, continue to reduce the burden on city hospitals. The CM said her government had permanently appointed 1,500 nurses to plug staff shortages and had seen over 1,000 people benefit under the Ayushman Bharat scheme so far. She also announced that 1,100 new health centres were being built, of which 34 are nearing completion and set to be inaugurated on June 14. Gupta claimed the Centre had invested ₹1.25 lakh crore in infrastructure projects in the Capital. The first phase of road development projects worth ₹35,000 crore has been completed, she said, while phase two worth ₹64,000 crore is close to wrapping up. Work on phase three—covering projects worth ₹24,000 crore—is set to begin shortly. 'This expanding road network, along with the metro, is fast becoming Delhi's lifeline,' she said. On the welfare front, Gupta said nearly 300,000 pregnant women in Delhi had received ₹5,000 monthly assistance under the Prime Minister Matru Vandana Yojana, while 250,000 women were given free gas cylinders under the Ujjwala Yojana. Loans worth ₹20,000 crore had been disbursed under the Mudra scheme, and free ration was being provided to 7.5 million residents under the PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. Gupta also cited the regularisation of 1,731 colonies and a ₹960 crore plan under the Delhi Gramodaya Yojana for rural development. She added that 12,000 farmers in the Capital had received annual honorariums of ₹6,000, and 200,000 street vendors had been given loans amounting to ₹300 crore. Cleaning the Yamuna and fixing the water-sewer system were among her government's immediate priorities and ₹9,000 crore had been allocated for these efforts, she said, adding that new sewer and water pipelines were being laid alongside decentralised systems. 'We are reviving 38 sewage treatment plants, of which 16 are already functional. A visible difference in water quality will soon follow,' Gupta said. Sachdeva said the Centre had taken historic decisions such as scrapping Article 370, banning triple talaq, enacting the Wakf law, and hosting the G20 summit in India. He also credited the government for passing the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) to aid persecuted Hindus in neighbouring Islamic countries, and for introducing 33% reservation for women in Parliament. Drawing a contrast with the previous AAP administration, Sachdeva accused former CM Arvind Kejriwal of obstructing central schemes and resorting to 'negative politics.' 'While Kejriwal abandoned the city during COVID, the Modi government delivered. From Central Vista and Bharat Mandapam to FAME electric buses, expressways, and the War Memorial—Delhi's transformation is being steered by the Centre,' he said. Sachdeva said the BJP government in Delhi had completed 100 days of 'effective governance' and would now ensure that all central schemes reach the city's residents without obstruction.
