Britain's Got Talent finalists revealed after 'incredible' live semi-finals
Two more Britain's Got Talent finalists have been revealed after another round of live semi-finals.
Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli are on the hunt for the next winner of the ITV talent show, and judged eight acts tonight in the second round of semi-finals.
Last week saw singer Vinnie McKee and LED dance act The Blackouts make it through, with two more joining them after tonight's show.
With the power handed to Simon to deliver a Golden Buzzer to one of the eight acts, and the help of the public vote to pick another, viewers discovered who would be going through.
11-year-old schoolboy Olly Pearson was the first, after rocking the stage with his guitar skills.

'That was the coolest thing in my life,' the young musician said after Simon pressed the Golden Buzzer before any of the judges could even comment.
When asked why he decided to press the life-changing Golden Buzzer, Simon replied: 'He's bloody brilliant, and he's so small, talented and charismatic.'
He added: 'I probably went a little bit early in hindsight but I was so excited, that was just so brilliant, you're so talented, really, really, really talented.'
'You've got a double Golden Buzzer, you're going through to the final, I cannot wait, you've smashed this performance, I'm so proud of you' Amanda praised, having given Olly his first Golden Buzzer in the auditions stage, sailing him through to tonight's show.
'You have an amazing future in front of you, don't forget it,' Bruno meanwhile praised, while Alesha added: 'You'll be playing stadiums in no time!'
Viewers were just as impressed with X user Darren writing: 'What a star The next Bon Jovi!!!! Wow.'
'Olly the rockstar on #BGT has got me in tears, he is amazing!!!!' Ellie added.
Ryan shared: 'Olly Pearson:- Olly is off the scale incredible! What a talent! Rock guitar is probably one of the hardest instruments to learn but Olly is acing it!'
After the excitement of Olly's performance, it was up to the public to decide who to vote through to the finals with him.
And following Ant and Dec running through the results of the votes, it was revealed singer Stacey Leadbeatter.
'I can't even explain it, thank you so much, I don't have the words!' the supermarket worker said.
'Thank you so much for believing in me, it means everything to me, this is my dream, thank you,' she told voters.
Tonight's semi-finals elsewhere saw teacher John Pierce battle his nerves to give an operatic rendition of Susan Boyle's Wild Horses, Lil M bring their mischief to the stage with their Minions act and magician Alexandra shock the nation with her latest trick.
Jannick Holste brought his high-energy magic act to the stage too, followed by comedian Will Burns and Japanese group Cheer Re Man's acrobatics.
Concluding the show was Stacey, who had earlier shared fears she'd be forced to miss the live show due to a health condition.
'My voice is only just coming back,' she recently told The Mirror.
'I am still actually on antibiotics. I haven't been able to sing properly. More Trending
'I have been a bit concerned about this weekend but, hopefully, I'll be able to do it,' she added.
Thankfully, Stacey was able to take to the stage and perform tonight, securing her place in the final after winning over the public vote.
With Britain's Got Talent extended and airing until May, this year, the semi-finals will air live each Saturday night for six weeks, instead of happening nightly over the course of one week as they previously did.

The spectacular Nagaoka Fireworks Festival to be broadcast live in cinemas across Japan
Fireworks are an essential Japanese summer tradition, with pyrotechnic festivals held across the country from July to September. Among them, the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival in Niigata prefecture is considered one of Japan's top three. It's renowned not only for launching some of the largest shells and fireworks, but also for its grand finale, which spans an impressive two kilometres along the riverbank, making it one of the widest fireworks displays in the world. Now held annually on August 2 and 3, this roughly two-hour-long spectacle was first launched in 1946 to commemorate the lives lost in the World War II air raids the previous year. The festival's signature five-minute-long Reconstruction Phoenix Fireworks, synchronised with Ayaka Hirahara's song 'Jupiter', were introduced in 2005 and have since become an annual highlight. Serving as the emotional centrepiece of the event, the segment was created as a symbol of recovery for the Chuetsu area following the devastating 2004 Niigata Earthquake. Nagaoka is an immensely meaningful and symbolic fireworks display, and this year more so than ever – 2025 marks both the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War and the 20th anniversary of the Reconstruction Phoenix Fireworks. With this in mind, the festival is expected to draw particularly large crowds. Attending in person requires careful planning. While there are both paid and free seating areas, the free spots are often claimed very early. So, to allow more people to experience and share in the significance of the event, the organisers are also hosting a live broadcast in cinemas across Japan. In Tokyo, you can catch the live screening of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival at Shinjuku Piccadilly, Aeon Cinema Itabashi, Aeon Cinema Tama Center, Aeon Cinema Musashi Murayama and Aeon Cinema Hinode. In Osaka, Movix Sakai and Aeon Cinema Shijonawate will be participating in the event. Tickets are priced at ¥3,000 for general admission and ¥1,500 for high school students and younger children. The pre-reservation lottery is ongoing until July 21, with general sales commencing later from July 26 to July 31 – all online via Ticket Pia. Darkly comic samurai spaghetti western: Tornado reviewed
Tornado is a samurai spaghetti western starring Tim Roth, Jack Lowden and Takehiro Hira (among others). Samurai spaghetti westerns aren't anything new. In fact, we wouldn't have spaghetti westerns if it weren't for the samurai genre – Sergio Leone's Fistful of Dollars (1964) was, as Clint Eastwood conceded, an 'obvious rip-off'* of Akira Kurosawa's Yojimbo (1961) – yet this may be the first one set in 1790 and filmed in Scotland. It may also be the first one to feature thick woollens and tweed. That makes it sound twee which it isn't. It's a super-bloody revenge story filmed in just 25 days with a running time of 90 minutes. We love a 90-minute film, so I feel bad saying this, but it does feel as if it needed more time to cook. It comes flying out the gate flying, opening mid-chase with an adolescent girl (played by Koki, a famous Japanese singer-songwriter and model) running from the gang of outlaws who are on her trail. The outlaws are led by Sugarman (Roth) who would slit your throat at the drop of a hat. (The endless violence is darkly comic; expect chopped off limbs and geysers of spurting blood.) He has a resentful son, Little Sugar (Lowden), while the other woollen- and tweed-clad gang members have Guy Ritchie-esque names like Kitten (Rory McCann) or Squid Lips (Jack Morris). This is the sort of film Tom Hardy should be in but isn't. The gang pursue the girl through the forest into a mansion where she hides. What has she done? Questions are answered with a jump back in time to events earlier that day. (It turns out the opening 20 minutes come from the middle section of the story. We're doing middle, back, then forwards. I think chronological storytelling may well be over. I blame Christopher Nolan). The Japanese girl is not the Japanese girl with no name. She is called Tornado, and she and her father (Hira) are travelling puppeteers with a marionette act that stages samurai combat. It's an impoverished existence, not to her liking. She is bored and resists her father's attempt to teach her Japanese culture, honour and sword skills. Teenagers: when have they ever realised how boring they are? She wants a way out so when she crosses paths with Sugarman's gang she steals their bag of gold. She is not given to making good decisions, this wee lassie. She runs; they chase, and if you are awaiting a big twist, it doesn't come. It is light on story as well as dialogue. Thankfully, characters arrive fully formed in the hands of actors like Roth. Joanne Whalley pops up at one point and even though she only has two or three lines max, her character is fully formed. Koki, meanwhile, delivers a strong performance but Tornado may well be underwritten. Why is she so oblivious to the rising body count caused by her actions? Come the final act, which effectively turns into a superhero origins story, it turns out that she was listening to her father all along. We are meant to be rooting for her but I'm not sure I ever was. I wanted a lot more Kitten, as well as a conflict that wasn't solved by lopping someone's arm off. That said, the film is assured. It has a terrific soundtrack by Jed Kurzel, which is all pounding percussion and jagged strings with hints of Morricone, while the cinematography by Robbie Ryan delivers a beautiful yet bleak landscape beset by shimmering lochs. * When Fistful of Dollars was released Kurosawa wrote to Leone: 'It is a very fine film but it is my film… you must pay me.' He was awarded 15 per cent of all revenue.

So when I heard from my source that the pin-up pairing had snuck away on Monday to spend the night in the private bedroom, I was gleeful. That's not because I get my kicks watching twenty-somethings frolic in a Majorcan villa - honest, Mr Cross. It's because it was the early sign of promise that sex might just be back on Love Island after years of celibacy. Bold choice too far Let me lead you astray, back to 2015 when the ITV dating series first plunged a group of youngsters into a luxury villa and encouraged them to find, ahem, love. The series' main characters were John Lee and Hannah Elizabeth, who weren't afraid to get down to it in the communal bedroom. Despite Michelle and Stuart, then Makosi and Anthony engaging in a public PDA on Big Brother in 2004 and 2005 respectively, such bold antics felt entirely new to TV viewers and split the nation. But nothing prepared the pearl clutchers for what happened a year on. The entire cast let rip, with eight couples going all the way - usually in the shared bedroom - which was all fun and games until ITV bosses took two specific editorial decisions too far. Love Island fans spot clue islander is 'faking' claim he has never shared a bed with a girl Beauty queen Zara Holland was stripped of her Miss GB title after having sex with Alex Bowen in the Hideaway in 2016. The judges were said to have been particularly offended by a scene which saw her visibly enjoying the act. Then, another late night scene showed Emma-Jane Woodham on top of Terry Walsh, above the bed covers. It was a bold choice too far - even after the 9pm watershed - and viewers rushed to Ofcom. That was the end of sex on Love Island as we knew it and from then on, execs took the decision to instead show a shaking bedside lamp or tangled pair of feet. And in recent years the Instagram career-focussed cast and media trained Islanders have abstained entirely. Abi Moores told The Sun that no one hooked up in the 2023 series until the penultimate night, when the cast are allowed to spend a night away from the cameras. 6 Dejon and Meg have also locked lips 6 Helena has a three way kiss with Conor and Harry Only TV personality Joey Essex and his girl Jessy Potts succumbed last summer - and the only clue was a wobbling champagne bucket, as they cemented their union, artfully off shot. But this lot don't seem to be as PR-focussed. Last night's episode, the third of this series, presented a lapdance, finger sucking, a string of snogs and even a three-way smooch. Tommy and Megan, Dejon and Meg, Shakira and Blu and throuple Helena, Harry and Conor have all locked lips. And the ep teased Helena and Harry's saucy sleepover, with them sharing an afternoon kiss on the Hideaway's swing and joking they would 'wait five minutes after everyone's gone to sleep then sneak in overnight.' Frankly, it's the green shoots of recovery the long-running series needs. The launch drew an audience of 1.4 million across all devices, which ITV proudly reported was ITV2's biggest show this year. But it represented a drop on last year's 1.6 million and was a far cry from its heyday when 6 million tuned in. As the series celebrates its tenth anniversary, there's still some love left for the format - all 11 series have been streamed a whopping 2billion times to date on ITVX. This year's up-for-it cast could prove to be the Viagra the series needs. 6 Harry and Helena were in the Hideaway boudoir just 56 hours after meeting 6 Love Island's Shakira and Blu sharing a kiss The dating show genre has upped its game in recent years, with Rylan Clark's Dating Naked asking its cast to find love entirely in the nude. And 12 innocents even explored popping their cherries on Channel 4's Virgin Island. But will Helena and Harry end up regretting their private night? Zara Holland, now 29, crown for being Love Island's most talked-about bonker after her beauty pageant scandal in 2016. After the series, she said: 'I regret massively having sex on the show. 'If I could turn back the clock, I would. 'I know I didn't do anything illegal, I was twenty at the time, there's nothing to be ashamed of but yes, you know, it was the biggest regret.' Montana Brown's relationship with Alex Beattie only lasted a couple of weeks when they left the villa. And Montana, now 29 and a mum of two, came to look back on their hour-long sex sessions during the 2017 series with regret. She said: 'In hindsight, having sex on TV wasn't the best idea. My advice to the new hopefuls is not to do it. 'If I could have done it differently, I wouldn't have had sex. 'It's all everyone wants to speak about now.' While some regret having sex on TV just once, Kem Cetinay's remorse comes from the fact he had so much. The 2017 series winner, now 29, spoke about his amorous stay in the villa with Amber Davies. He said: 'Maybe I shouldn't have had as much sex as I did – maybe once or twice would have been enough. 'Now I've got a business and I've got staff, and if new recruits search for me, some of the first articles that come up will be about me having sex on TV.' There's plenty of Islanders who still love the fact they for lusty on screen. It's as if people wanted me to be ashamed, but I'm not going to be. Megan Barton-Hanson Jess Shears, now 32, romped with Dom Lever on 2017's series and she reckons hooking up in the villa helped cement their relationship. They are now married with two children. She said: 'I don't regret having sex on TV as such, but it's a bit strange that the whole nation knows about it. 'No one normally knows about your sexual relations but then at the end of the day if that worked for Dom and I, I'm glad that we did because I'm still with him now.' Kady McDermott, now 29, also didn't regret her on-screen sex with boyfriend Scott Thomas in the 2016 series. The couple even stayed together for 18 months after leaving the villa. She said: 'I personally don't regret having sex because it was with someone I was actually with and loved.' And Megan Barton-Hanson is another who has vocally supported pursuing a physical connection on the show after hooking up with Wes Nelson in 2018. She said: 'There is still so much stigma around women even saying they enjoy sex, let alone doing it on national TV. 'When Wes and I were interviewed afterwards, I would always be asked if I regretted having sex on TV and if my parents were embarrassed. They didn't ask Wes. 'It's as if people wanted me to be ashamed, but I'm not going to be.' *Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
