Ali Larter, 49, shows off her jaw-dropping figure in tiny red string bikini
Ali Larter stunned in a new bikini-clad selfie shared to Instagram on Monday.
The 49-year-old Landman actress — who was spotted out with Freddie Prinze Jr. earlier this month — bared her washboard abs in a stringy red two-piece, laying out her health routine.
Larter portrays Angela Norris, the sex-crazed ex-wife of Billy Bob Thornton's Tommy Norris, in the Paramount+ show.
Engaging her audience of 907,000 followers, the blonde beauty wrote, 'I had to shoot a bikini scene for my show last week. Playing a character that is so comfortable in her body drives me.'
She then detailed 'how I prep and what I eat for a day on set.'

Ali revealed she's in bed by 11pm 'and I take magnesium and gaba, wake at 5:30am. Celery juice and coffee and hit the gym by 6.'
For her workouts, she said, 'I do a 30 minute intervals run and 10 minutes of core.'
Next, she wrote, 'Shower, dunk my face in ice water, slather with oil cause of my spray tan.'
And then she's off to film her hit series, which was renewed for a second season in March, with production kicking off in April.
Larter continued, 'Leave for work at 7am. Go through the works and blend out my tan. Another coffee, lemon water, eggs and Turkey bacon.'
She mentioned the particular piece of jewelry that's essential to her television character — '[I] put on Angela's diamond cross which is my suit of armor for this woman.'
Her swimsuit photo was snapped in her trailer, and the special pendant was dutifully draped around her neck, falling at the center of her tan cleavage.
Finally, the star noted, '10 minutes of deep breathing to break down the BS I tell myself and redirect my energy to a calm, confident, and creative state while I look over my material. And then go walk the walk!'
She urged her social media followers to 'let me know how you build yourself up to look and feel your best.'
In character as Angela, Ali often films scantily clad in lingerie or a bathing suit, and has even gone topless for a sex scene on the hit program.
In an interview with Good Morning America last year the actress talked about her role in the West Texas oil boom series.
'I get to work with an incredible cast and the entire crew is so gifted and talented that I just feel like I'm playing at the top of the game and so that's really exciting,' she gushed.
'And now to see the fans really love these characters and love the story that's unfolding is very exciting, because you never know when you're making something if it's gonna connect with an audience and this show obviously has,' she added.
She also praised the show's creator Taylor Sheridan: 'I just think he's an incredible storyteller and he loves to write these dynamic women and that's very very fun to play.'

Kate Ferdinand flaunts her incredible figure in a white spotted bikini as she and husband Rio enjoy 'fabulous' yacht day on sunny break to Portugal
She's been soaking up the sun with her husband Rio on another sunny getaway. And Kate Ferdinand showed off her incredible figure in a skimpy white spotted bikini as she enjoyed a 'fabulous' day on a yacht with her spouse in Portugal. The former TOWIE star, 34, shared a collection of Instagram snaps from her recent holiday with Rio after topping up her tan on the luxurious liner. Showing off her toned physique, Kate posed in her white string bikini with a black spotted print before heading into the ocean for a dip. She captioned her post: 'A fabulous day at sea.' Kate recently shared a selection of snaps from her half-term getaway with Rio and their children, after spending the week in a luxury villa. The podcast presenter is a stepmother to her husband Rio Ferdinand 's three children: Lorenz, 18, Tate, 16 and Tia, 14. And she also has two children with Rio: son Cree, born in December 2020, and daughter Shae, born in 2023. She penned in the caption of her post: 'Half term with the family, we've got Lorenz & Tate back for off season so this was a special one having all 5 kids together.' Other snaps saw her looking glamorous in a plunging dark red dress as she posed with Lorenz and Tia - whose face they don't yet show. Kate also shared a sweet video of Shae and Cree holding hands in a sunny garden as they wore matching swimwear. Kate is passionate about passing on her healthy lifestyle to her kids, who she shares with former footballer turned pundit husband Rio. Speaking to Women's Health recently Kate explained how the teenagers have followed the same fitness path as she did, after she developed a love for the gym whilst in secondary school. 'My school was far away enough that I'd have to take a bus or train to get there, but if I went to the gym with my mum in the morning, I'd get a lift to school with her afterwards,' she explained. 'I fell in love with swimming and training in the gym, and it's something I've done the rest of my life. I like the effects exercise has on my body, but I love the effects it has on my mind.' 'I suffer with anxiety, and feel overwhelmed at times, but exercise is a time for me to think of nothing else other than what I'm doing. And, for me, that doesn't really happen often during the day with lots of kids. I'm always thinking about something! Speaking about her new activewear range for Tesco 's F&F Kate has previously said: 'This is the perfect collection for someone who is on-the-go, whether it's a mum or just someone with a busy lifestyle. We've got everything from your gym clothes to your comfy trackies in there. 'Being with the kids so much, those are the things I wear the most pretty much every day. I literally couldn't live without leggings and a hoodie. And the quality is honestly just unbelievable – I think people will be quite shocked at how good it is.' After being announced as F&F's new Brand Ambassador, she said: 'I'm so excited to join F&F as their new brand ambassador and launching with activewear couldn't be more perfect for me! 'I live in workout clothing wherever I'm on the go, whether that's for a workout or just day to day family life.'

I'm an older mum and don't think women should have kids over 40 – a school gate comment floored me, don't do it
MOTHERHOOD is often painted as a picture-perfect experience, but for one woman who became a mum in her 40s, the reality has been far more complicated. Sharing her story on TikTok, she opened up about how a comment at the school gates from the other mums left her feeling deeply uncomfortable. 3 3 Sheena, who is known as ' sheena_tiktokreviews ' on TikTok, captioned the video: 'Don't do it…. Don't even think about it…. #kids #kidsafter40 #over40 #over50.' Reflecting on the early days of motherhood, she explained that 'when you have kids' at the age of 40 'it's lovely'. However, as her children grew older, she began to face unexpected challenges - and one moment stands out above the rest. Now she is at the age when she will head to the school playground to pick up her kids and other parents will ask how old she is, to which she will reply 48. But she then reveals that other parents will then end up saying that she is the same age as their mum. Sheena says: 'Do you think that makes me feel good about myself? I'm going to tell you now, it doesn't. I'm the same age as your kid's grandma.' Her honesty has sparked a debate online, with some praising her for speaking out while others argue that age shouldn't determine a woman's ability to be a good parent. Within 24 hours her video gained 84,000 views and 483 comments. One wrote: 'I am 45 and my kids are middle school age. I am exhausted. Have kids when you are young and have energy!' A second added: 'Ummm I had my son at 41, I'm turning 44 in a couple of weeks and about to start trying for a second! …. Just lie, they won't know!' The Playdate Payment Debate: Fair or Bonkers? While a third commented: 'I didn't plan on having my second at 44. It happened. 'My body believed it could do it. I wouldn't change my younger years.' But someone else said: 'Agree. My mom had me at 41. It isn't a good idea.' To which another person responded: 'My parents had me when they were older. 3 'Never had any problems. 'It is a more personal thing where you might feel older than other parents at your children's school. "And I agree, 41 now is different to 41 back in the days. 'We are entering an ageing population, low birth rates due to cost of living and people choosing to have kids later on in life.' Secrets of a school headteacher By the Secret Schoolteacher I STARTED working in schools in 1996, when parents respected teachers and left us alone to do our jobs. Not any more. Nowadays parents think nothing of barging into schools to read teachers the riot act if their precious child has been told off, or they'll send angry emails in the middle of the night. Warning — it doesn't make you popular. I've worked in all manner of schools across the south west of England, from state schools to private, and I can tell you that right now many teachers are dreading the start of the new school year. They're braced for tears and tantrums, not just from their pupils but from their parents too. Believe me, if you are an annoying parent it will spread round the staff room like wildfire. So whether it's your kid's first day at a new school, or they're moving up a year, these are the things you do that drive teachers crazy . . . Parents often turn up at the school gates complaining how frazzled they are, moaning that teachers must have had a nice long holiday while their six weeks stuck with the kids was the worst. Nothing could be further from the truth. For the first two weeks I'll almost certainly have been struck down by a lurgy which always seems to strike on the first day of the holiday. The next two weeks might have been an actual holiday, just like the average Brit takes in the summer, followed by two weeks of frantic lesson planning and administration. Also, consider that I've probably been working over 50 hours per week during term time. Contrary to popular opinion, we don't clock off at 3pm. Instead, we're roped into all manner of after-school activities and meetings before going home to do marking and more lesson planning. Please don't turn up and make sarcastic remarks about our 'six weeks off'. We won't be happy.
