Adding to the backlash, a new controversy has emerged following the circulation of a video from his Gauri Gopal Ashram in Vrindavan, Mathura, further intensifying public outrage.
The clip surfacing online depicts an old man living in the ashram, claiming himself to be Aniruddhacharaya's father, Ram Naresh Tiwari. He makes some serious allegations of harassment, hostage and land-grabbing in his son's Ashram.
As the video progressed, Tiwari alleged that he is not being treated correctly by the staff members and requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the Mathura administration to assist him.

According to Navbharat Times, Ram Naresh Tiwari has now claimed that his video, which allegedly accused him of harassment in Aniruddhacharya's ashram, is old and has been edited by AI and circulated incorrectly.
Tiwari has filed a complaint against the video at the Vrindavan Police Station and alleged that an attempt is being made to tarnish the image of his son (Aniruddhacharya). He has also requested the Police to take strict action.
On the other hand, Gauri Gopal Ashram has also mentioned that the video is old, dated 29 August 2024, and now an attempt is being made to spoil the atmosphere by making it viral again.
