
Huge star YUNGBLUD announces 'personal' Glasgow Hydro show
The singer, from England, is returning to the city for his 'most personal and ambitious' show yet.
It's ahead of new album, IDOLS, and a world tour in 2026.
The venue announced the show, they said: "YUNGBLUD returns to Glasgow next year on 20 April with his most personal and ambitious project yet - IDOLS."
And fans won't have to wait long to secure tickets, as they go on sale next week.

The OVOLive presale will take place from 10am, Wednesday, June 11.
Fans can grab tickets in the SEC presale from 10am, Thursday, June 12.
And general sale tickets go online at 10am on Friday, June 13.

The star also posted to announce the tour, YUNGBLUD said: "It's been two years! I'm so excited to announce our biggest shows yet.
"Pre-order the album from my official store before Tuesday 10am for early access to tickets/ presale on Wednesday 10am. General tickets onsale 10am FRIDAY 13th. Let's go."

The world tour will kick off next month and take him across North America and then Europe. He will be performing at six gigs across Britain next April. YUNGBLUD will take to the stage in Leeds to kick off the tour on April 17. He will then head to Cardiff the next day for his fans in Wales. The singer will come north and perform at the OVO Hydro on April 20 2026. After his time in Scotland he will head south for shows in Birmingham, London and Manchester. Fans have been promised the "most personal and ambitious" show described as a "modern rock opera." A statement released by OVO Hydro read: "YUNGBLUD, the boundary-pushing artist from Doncaster, has taken the world by storm with two UK #1 albums, six billion global Spotify streams, and back-to-back entries in the Billboard Top 100. Train station renamed ahead of Kylie Minogue's Glasgow show
The station is on a busy Glasgow commuter line, and ScotRail has announced the temporary renaming to share fans' excitement for the gig. ScotRail announced that Barrhead station was to be known as 'Can't Get You Out Of My Barrhead' for the day. The train provider took to social media to share the funny update, saying: "Welcome back to bonnie Scotland, Kylie Minogue." One fan joked in the comments: " It would work better without the 'my' as that would fit the music… it could also then be used as a cancellation message."
