Oppo Find X8 Ultra bend test doesn't end well
Oppo launched the Find X8 Ultra in April, and unfortunately it's a China-only device so most of the world will never see it. That hasn't stopped Zack from JerryRigEverything getting one in order to perform his famous durability testing on Oppo's latest flagship device.
And it's an interesting test to say the least. It starts off normally with the glass on top of the screen scratching at level 6 on the Mohs hardness scale, with deeper grooves showing up at level 7. The frame is metal, the screen takes an open flame for about 35 seconds, but no visible marks remain afterwards. Finally, the bend test is where things get bad.
When bending from the back, nothing happens, but when bending from the front, the frame separates along the antenna line that's right in between the power and volume buttons. It doesn't get damaged any further, however, which makes for a very weird test result - it hasn't categorically failed, but it definitely hasn't passed either. And it now has an odd shape, and the IP rating might be compromised.

Ever since Samsung launched the first Ultra tablet, the Galaxy Tab S8, it always included a 11,200 mAh battery. However, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra seems to feature a slightly larger battery. The folks at GalaxyClub found evidence that Samsung's next flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, will have a 11,700 - 12,000 mAh battery. The exact capacity will be announced by Samsung, but the rated capacity of Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is 11,374 mAh. In comparison, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a rated capacity of 10,880, although the advertised battery capacity of the tablet is 11,200 mAh. This will be the first time that Samsung upgrades the battery of its Ultra tablets. Even if that seems a minor improvement, it makes way for more improvements in future models.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is now available for purchase in the US
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge introduced a few weeks ago went on sale in South Korea first, but it is now available in other countries as well, including the US. Infinix Note 50x will get 90FPS gaming support for BGMI soon
Infinix has announced that it will roll out an OTA update starting June 2025 for the Note 50x, which will bring 90FPS gaming support for BGMI. Once the update is installed, Infinix Note 50x users can play BGMI at 90FPS by selecting the "Extreme+" option under the Settings > Graphics > Frame Rate menu of the game. With 90FPS gaming support for BGMI, Infinix claims that the Note 50x will be the only smartphone in the sub-INR12,000 ($140/€125) segment in India to play BGMI at 90FPS with the Extreme+ setting. The Infinix Note 50x was launched in India in March with two memory options - 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB, priced at INR11,499 ($135/€120) and INR12,999 ($150/€135), respectively.
