OLEKSANDR USYK'S fame and fortune is a 'curse' while his friends and countrymen are lying dead in trenches and bomb sites.

The heavyweight heroes meet at a Ukrainian sauna when the Brit-basher visits London, and they speak regularly on the phone, when the 41-year-Londoner can hear missiles and rockets raging over his roof.
Del Boy was ringside to watch Usyk's latest four-belt crowning over Daniel Dubois on Saturday night at Wembley, cementing his place as a generational talent and a multi-millionaire.
But he told our Split Decision YouTube show that all the belts and cash in the world are wasted on the devout 38-year-old, while Vladimir Putin lays siege to his home and slaughters his nation.
Chisora explained: 'He has made so much money but he can't enjoy it because his country is at war.

SOR LOSER Chisora claims Dubois quit against Usyk - but offers to turn him into a 'killer'
'He can't go around driving a Lamborghini while his friends are having their houses destroyed and they are dying. He is cursed.
'He can't go on holiday in St Tropez and sunbathe and drink tequila because his friends are in the trenches.
'He can't enjoy his money. He can't because he is all Ukraine has right now."
Since the 2022 invasion, Usyk has scythed through British boxing's best big men.

After Chisora was outpointed, the gap-toothed southpaw did almost faultless doubles over Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury and now 27-year-old Dubois.
And the Englishman reckons the sickening onslaught his people are facing is inspiring him in a way that transcends sport.
Oleksandr Usyk has press conference in stitches as he NAMES the left hook that floored Daniel Dubois at Wembley
He said: 'The population is going down because so many people, young men, are dying.
'It's so difficult for him but it's also why he is so dedicated, he is doing it for his whole nation.
'If it's your destiny then it's your destiny. If God says it's your path then nothing will take you away from it.'
Arguments about cross-generation fantasy fights will rage on in pubs and online forums.
But Chisora tries to keep it short and sweet.
He added: 'Usyk is 100 per cent a top-10 heavyweight and he is in my top-five.
'European amateur champion, Olympic gold medalist, undisputed cruiserweight world champion and two-time undisputed heavyweight champion.
'What more else can he do? He has whooped us all. He has taken the p***!'

James Guy hopes to make a splash at another Olympic Games
James Guy is targeting a trip to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles after admitting he has never been happier in his swimming career. The 29-year-old, a six-times Olympic medallist, will head into the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore with one eye firmly on LA and retirement currently far from his thoughts. Guy said: 'Yes, 100 per cent LA is in the plan. Obviously I'll be 32, turning 33, but I don't look like I'm going to change much in the next couple of years unless something drastically goes wrong.' A member of the Great Britain 4×200 metres freestyle team which retained its Olympic title in Paris last summer after taking gold at the 2023 World Championships in Fukuoka, Guy is one of the nation's most decorated swimmers. Asked what he still had to tick off, he replied: 'Nothing really. I would say just in terms of where I am right now, I'm the happiest I've probably ever been in terms of my swimming career. 'That's why I'm still going, obviously, back on my best again, hitting personal best times. 'I think in terms of athletes of my age, it doesn't really happen that often, so to be where I am right now, really enjoying the sport, I'll try to do for as long as I can.' The British quartet of Guy, Tom Dean, Duncan Scott and Matt Richards face stern competition for top spot on the podium in Singapore with the Americans in impressive form at their trials. They will walk out having been lauded by the crowds at Wimbledon having been invited along with their partners into the Royal Box for the middle Sunday of the tournament. Guy said: 'We had a really good day, had some great seats. The food was fantastic – we ate scones and food all day and had lunch with the chairwoman of the club. I was talking to her and she said that Tom Cruise was in my seat the day before, so it was actually really, really cool.' Asked if he and his team-mates should have been eating scones as they prepares for the World Championships, he replied with a smile: 'I know. I only had a couple. Matt had more than me – he probably didn't tell you that, did he? I had two or three.'

Denise Welch takes a pop at son Matty Healy's ex Taylor Swift
Denise Welch, the mother of The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, took a shocking dig at his ex Taylor Swift. During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, the British actress and TV personality earned gasps from the audience after a cheeky comment about the pop star. The Loose Women presenter was finally making her Bravo debut after a previous on-air promise from Cohen, before what started as a light-hearted interview took a more pointed turn when the conversation shifted to Swift's 2024 album The Tortured Poets Department. The album is widely believed to contain several songs inspired by Healy, with whom Swift had a brief but high-profile relationship the previous year. When Cohen asked Welch how she felt about the record, her answer earned a huge reaction. 'Obviously, on pain of death can I talk about that episode,' she said, before adding with a laugh, 'but being her mother-in-law is a role that I am glad that I lost.' As the crowd reacted, Welch quickly tried to soften the moment: 'Not that I have anything against her at all,' she insisted, 'It was just—it was tricky.' The 67-year-old presenter continued: 'Listen, you're not allowed to say anything, and then she writes a whole album about it.' Still, she emphasised that her son had taken the public attention in stride, saying Healy handled the aftermath 'all in completely good grace.' She also confirmed that Healy is now engaged to model and singer Gabbriette Bechtel, describing her as 'gorgeous' and adding, 'He's very happy with his amazing fiancée… so we've moved on.' Swift and Healy's relationship was short but intensely scrutinised. After reconnecting in early 2023, the pair confirmed their romance in May, just weeks after Swift's split from longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn. Healy was spotted at several of her Eras Tour stops and seen entering recording studios with her, prompting speculation about musical collaborations. But by June, the relationship had ended. Swift released The Tortured Poets Department in April 2024, and while she hasn't confirmed the identity of the songs' subjects, fans widely interpreted tracks like The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived and I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can) as reflections on her time with Healy. More Trending Welch's comments are among the most direct public acknowledgments from someone close to Healy about the strain of being involved with a global superstar who mines her personal life for creative material. For now, both parties appear to have moved on. Swift is now in a high-profile relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce, with marriage rumours routinely swirling around the pair. Healy, for his part, is engaged and keeping his music and personal life comparatively low-key. But as Welch's appearance reminded viewers, even when the world forgives and forgets, a mother remembers. Got a story? My bargain Shein haul if you're struggling this wedding season & the dress you couldn't pay me to expose my cleavage in
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) WEDDING season is officially in full swing - but finding the perfect frock can often prove to be a real challenge. Searching through thousands of results on numerous websites for a stunning wedding guest dress can often feel like a full-time job and when you're a tall girl, it's even harder. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 8 With a wedding to attend right around the corner, here, Abby Wilson shares her honest thoughts on six dresses from Shein Credit: Abigail Wilson 8 Not only did she get candid on the biggest loser of them all, but she also revealed the dress fashionistas will need to race to nab Not only do you want a frock that will fit nicely and be bloat-friendly as well as suitable for hours of dancing, but many of us are after something that won't burn a hole in our purse. As a result, Abby Wilson, a Senior Digital Writer, who is a size 12 and 5ft7, ordered six wedding guest dresses from Shein, on a mission to find the best bargain buy that is not only the right length and fit, but is affordable too. Here, the Shein shopper shares her honest thoughts on her recent haul, including the best dress you won't want to miss. As well as this, the bargain hunter also got candid on the biggest let down of all, that left very little to the imagination… Dress #1, Floral Strapless Maxi Dress When I saw this Strapless Maxi Dress on the Shein website, I instantly knew I had to have it. 8 This dress scored a 4/5 Credit: Abigail Wilson As well as being super trendy, it's also not too tight, which is great for a post-wedding meal and endless glasses of Prosecco. While it was originally £24.99, I managed to get it for just £15.49, which I think is a real steal. As well as being purse-friendly, it immediately left me really impressed when I tried it on. It's pretty, floaty and in my books, is perfect for a summer wedding. My rating: 4/5 Frankie Bridge slammed by fans again for SHEER wedding guest dress that's 'too much' and will 'upstage the bridge' Dress #2, Lavishia Solid Color Mini Dress My hopes were incredibly high for this Solid Color Mini Dress, which had been slashed from £15.99 to £8.27. 8 But this frock was a big loser Credit: Abigail Wilson It looked gorgeous in the pictures, but was somewhat of a horror show when it arrived. Yes, beggars can't be choosers when spending less than a tenner on a dress, but unfortunately, there was not much right and a lot wrong with this frock. The material of the dress, particularly the skirt part, felt very cheap and rather than chic, how it appeared online, it instead looked a bit of a flop on my figure. I liked the colour and neck scarf, but the material of the bodice didn't do me any favours, making this dress something I couldn't force myself to wear out of the house, let alone to someone's special day. My rating: 2/5 Dress #3, Plunging Back A-Line Dress I imagined I would feel out of this world in this A-Line Dress, but the plunge neckline was not appropriate for any event, let alone a wedding. 8 This dress left very little to the imagination Credit: Abigail Wilson The saving was impressive - while it was once £24.99, it had been reduced down to only £11.68 - but you couldn't pay me to bare my cleavage in this. The colour was nice and the material was great for the price, but when it says plunge, this dress really means plunge. Wedding Guest Outfit Etiquette If you're struggling to decided on a dress to see you through wedding season, here's a few rules on what not to wear so you don't get in trouble. Folklore says that wearing red at a wedding means you slept with the groom. Casual attire like jeans and flip flops should always be avoided. Any colour that could be picked up as white or cream - even if it's not. Most would agree that your cleavage needs to be covered. Wearing white is a massive no-no if you're not the bride. My entire chest, literally everything, was on show with this maxi dress, which made me feel more exposed than ever before. If you're not afraid to get your assets out, it might not be a total loser, but for me, it's a definite no go. My rating: 1/5 Dress #4, Sleeveless Ruffle Tiered Spaghetti Strap Dress Yellow is super on trend at the moment and what perfect colour for a destination wedding on a sunny day? 8 If you're searching for something flattering, this could be your best bet Credit: Abigail Wilson I'm a huge fan of ruffle dresses, which are super flattering for those who are self-conscious of their tummy. This Spaghetti Strap Dress, which I got for just £19.49, after it was reduced from £31.49, left me beaming. Not only is the shade gorgeous, but it's super comfy and a great length too. To top it off, it's also got a lovely tie back detail and for less than £20, is a win win in my books. My rating: 4/5 Dress #5, Halter Tiered Chiffon Maxi Dress With a 48% off saving, bringing this Chiffon Maxi Dress from £29.49 to £15.38, it was a great price, but not so great a dress. 8 This dress comes up very large and is super heavy Credit: Abigail Wilson As well as being incredibly heavy, it didn't look anything like the picture and barely covered my side boob. It comes up big and if you want something that looks like a sack, then it might be for you, but for me, I'll be sending it straight back. While it is described in the listing as 'elegant', in my opinion, it's the total opposite. Yes, it arrived quickly thanks to the fast posting of Shein Club, but it left me not very disappointed with the unflattering, oversized fit. My rating: 2/5 Dress #6, Asymmetrical Neck Ruched Ruffle Hem Dress Last, but certainly not least, this Ruched Ruffle Hem Dress is the star of the show for me. 8 This frock took the top spot, with a five out of five rating Credit: Abigail Wilson Not only is the colour great, but it's super flattering too. While I thought it might be somewhat uncomfortable, this £13.49 frock, which had been reduced from £28.49, proved me very wrong (in the best way). If you're searching for a last-minute wedding guest dress, you'll want to nab this, and fast Abby Wilson My partner gasped when he saw it and not only is it sure to turn heads, but even better, it's really comfortable too. I'm normally more of a flowy dress kind of girl, but now I'm not surprised this beautiful, bold frock is a Shein bestseller. If you're searching for a last-minute wedding guest dress, you'll want to nab this, and fast.
