Injured WWE star returns after 6 months to join 'unstoppable' group
WWE fans were stunned when Bronson Reed returned at Saturday Night's Main Event and aligned himself with Seth Rollins.
The 36-year-old Australian superstar has been out of action for six months after suffering a broken foot when he jumped off the top of the WarGames cage at Survivor Series in November 2024.
This weekend he made his presence felt as he attacked CM Punk, costing the Second City Saint and his partner Sami Zayn the match against Rollins and Bron Breakker.
After the bell, he got the ring and hugged the Visionary before unleashing another attack – and a brutal Tsunami – on Punk

Michael Cole pointed out he has joined the 'unstoppable' group led by Rollins, which already featured former International Champion Breakker, and Hall of Famer Paul Heyman.

Jonathan Joss' murder investigation takes turn as police backtrack on statement
Police have backtracked on a previous statement about Jonathan Joss' death as they state they were 'premature' in dismissing claims his murder was because of his sexual orientation. On Sunday night, Joss, 59, was shot and killed in San Antonio, Texas, with Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja, 56, since charged with murder. Since Joss' death, his husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, shared a lengthy statement on Facebook, claiming the actor had been killed in a homophobic attack. A previous statement from a San Antonio PD spokesman claimed they did not believe Joss' death was related to homophobia 'Despite online claims of this being a hate crime, currently the investigation has found no evidence to indicate that Mr. Joss's murder was related to his sexual orientation.' In a press conference on Thursday, San Antonio's Police Department Chief William McManus retracted the statement, commenting that it had been released 'way too prematurely.' 'We shouldn't have done that, it was way too early to make a statement of that nature, we didn't have information to make that statement,' he said. Tom Hanks reacts after daughter reveals childhood of 'violence and deprivation'
Tom Hanks has spoken about his daughter's recent comments about 'violence and deprivation' while on the red carpet. On Thursday, the actor was on the red carpet for Wes Anderson's The Phoenician Scheme and was asked about his daughter E.A Hanks, short for Elizabeth Anne, and her memoir. In the tell-all titled The 10: A Memoir of Family and The Open Road, EA opened up about her turbulent early years, and revealed she had a childhood of 'violence and deprivation' with her mother. The interviewer asked Tom how proud he felt of his only daughter, given her recent success with her novel. 'There is a pride because she shares it with me,' he said in an interview with Access Hollywood. 'She's very open about what the process is.' 'As a dad, if you've had kids you realise that you see who they are when they're about 6 weeks old. Their personality is on display right there, their temper, the way they see the world is demonstrated in their body language and on their face,' he said. 'I'm not surprised that my daughter had the wherewithal as well as the curiosity as well as I'm going to say perhaps shoot herself in the foot kind of wherewithal in order to examine this thing. 'That I think she was incredibly honest about.' He then praised her work and said she was proud of her mind. 'We all come from checkered, cracked lives, all of us. Despite the fact that part of it would seem as though she worked for some international, well-known firm with a copyrighted last name. 'She knows that and she leans into absolutely everything. I think anybody who does that is a bold journalistic, literate mind, and I'm just thrilled I can say the same thing about my daughter.' The book is an account of the six-month road trip she took in 2019 from Los Angeles to book follows EA as she seeks to know more about her late mother's troubled life. EA's mother, Susan Dillingham, died in 2002 from lung cancer at the age of 49. EA was just 19 at the time. In her memoir, EA claims she and her brother, Colin Hanks, were physically abused and neglected by Dillingham. She also claimed that they lived with her until their custody arrangement changed after their mother got violent. 'One night, her emotional violence became physical violence, and in the aftermath, I moved to Los Angeles, right smack in the middle of the seventh grade,' she wrote in an excerpt published by People. More Trending 'My custody arrangement basically switched — now I lived in L.A. and visited Sacramento on the weekends and in the summer.' The writer also claimed that her actor father once had to 'track her down' after she was taken out of school. 'My dad came to pick us up from school and we're not there,' she said. Samuel L Jackson has recalled the terrifying moment he was convinced he was going to die after a freak accident on the subway. In a candid new interview, the Pulp Fiction actor opened up about the moment he was 'dragged by a subway train' when he was younger, sharing that he never got the sensation of his life flashing before his eyes. During an appearance on Paloma Faith's Mad Sad Bad podcast, the 76-year-old unpacked his ordeal, declaring: 'That whole thing about your life passing before you, it's like, 'Eh, not really,'. Everything does slow down, though. 'I got dragged by a subway train in New York in 1990. I got dragged by the A train. Fortunately, I was in the middle door of the last car, and it was a long-ass train station. 'When the door closed on my foot, train took off. I'm sitting there thinking, 'Oh, f**k, I'm going to die.' 'I could see the tunnel coming, and I couldn't figure out anything that I could grab or hold on to and get close to the train so I wouldn't get killed in the tunnel. 'It just slowed down really, really slow until all of a sudden the train stopped.' Shedding light on his mindset during that moment, Samuel admitted that he was focused on the incident ruining Christmas for his loved ones – including wife LaTonya Richardson and their daughter, Zoe. 'When I was being dragged, all I could think of was, it was going to be a really sad Christmas, because it was like a few days before Christmas,' the Marvel legend continued. 'So I was going to miss my birthday and all that. I was like, 'Damn, it's going to be f**ked up. It's going to be a f**ked up Christmas this year.'' The Django Unchained star was heavily injured in the accident, and tore his ACL and meniscus – he was in physical therapy for over a year and spent 10 months on crutches. He later took legal action and sued the transit system, and was eventually awarded $540k. More Trending It was only when he got to court for a hearing that he learned what happened that day, and that a man rushed to action and saved his life. 'I was a car-and-a-half from the tunnel when it stopped,' he added to Paloma. 'The guy who pulled the emergency cord was on crutches. 'Everybody else in there was trying to open the door, get my foot out the door, push and push and pull and try and take my shoe off. And he was going to the emergency cord, and he finally pulled it and stopped it. 'Things slow down when you're looking at death. I've been in car accidents and if I see them, it's almost like everything is slowing down and you know there's nothing you can do to get out of the way.' Got a story?
