Naidu felicitates Narayanites for bagging top ranks in JEE Advanced 2025

Hyderabad / Vijayawada: The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, extended his warm congratulations to Vadlamudi Lokesh, a student of Vijayawada Narayana College, for securing an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 10 in the Open Category of JEE Advanced 2025.
During a felicitation ceremony held at the Chief Minister's camp office in Undavalli, Chandrababu Naidu also congratulated other outstanding performers from the institution, Bhanu Charan Reddy (AIR 51), Thorati Bharadwaj (AIR 82), and Jaswanth Venkata Raghuveer (AIR 98), along with their proud parents.
To mark the occasion, the Chief Minister personally presented shawls to the top-performing students as a token of recognition.
The event was graced by the presence of the directors of Narayana Educational Institutions – Dr P Sindhura Narayana, Sharani Narayana, and also Prem Ponguru, who expressed their gratitude and reaffirmed their commitment to nurturing academic brilliance across the country.

The Chief Minister expressed his awareness of the performance of individual MLAs and stressed the importance of being accessible to the public. He aimed to inform citizens about the prevailing conditions in Andhra Pradesh under the NDA alliance, particularly as the state grapples with a significant financial crisis leading up to June 2024. Reflecting on his experience as a four-time Chief Minister, Naidu remarked that he had never encountered such challenging circumstances. Nonetheless, he is focused on improving the state's financial situation while continuing with welfare and development programmes. He expressed frustration over the disruptive actions of certain individuals, stating that there is a need to take a firm stance against such elements. Naidu also noted the historical context of issues like drug availability, particularly ganja, asserting that significant progress has been made in controlling these problems. He assured a strong crackdown on lawlessness, drug trafficking, and organised crime in the state. On a positive note, the Chief Minister mentioned the success of the recent Mahanadu event and confirmed that the establishment of all committees and state bodies would be finalised by next month. He encouraged party members to actively participate in Yoga Day celebrations, promoting the benefits of yoga for their health and well-being.

Haryana minister Mahipal Dhanda credits Super-100 scheme for JEE Advanced results

Haryana education minister Mahipal Dhanda has praised the impressive performance of government school students in the JEE Advanced 2025, highlighting that these institutions have become powerful platforms for success. In a statement, Dhanda said that 193 students from government schools across the state under the Super-100 programme appeared for the JEE exam, with 72 successfully qualifying for JEE Advanced. The minister credited the success to Haryana's Super-100 programme, designed to prepare underprivileged students for national-level competitive exams like IIT and JEE. The initiative, Dhanda said, has provided a new ray of hope for poor students aspiring to excel in the competitive field of education. The minister said that the most notable achievement was the success of 24 girls in the also mentioned Ravinder, a student from Unchana block in Jind district, who secured AIR 212 in the OBC category and overall AIR 1,267. He completed his Class 10 from Government Senior Secondary School, Gurana, Hisar. Dhanda further pointed out that students from several districts performed well, including eight from Faridabad, seven each from Gurugram and Hisar, and six each from Bhiwani and Jind.
