Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sana Saeed both began their journeys in Bollywood as child artists nearly 27 years ago. You may recall Sana Saeed as Shah Rukh Khan's daughter in the 1998 film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, while Fatima Sana Shaikh had a brief appearance in Aamir Khan's Ishq (1997).
Over the decades, their career paths have taken different turns. Today, Fatima Sana Shaikh is regarded as a prominent name in the film industry. She gained widespread acclaim for her portrayal in Aamir Khan's Dangal (2016), a film that brought her international recognition.
However, her career actually began earlier, with appearances in Chachi 420 (1997) and One Two Ka 4 (2001) as a child actor. Since Dangal, she has consistently featured in films and is now firmly established as one of Bollywood's notable talents.
Recently, she appeared opposite R Madhavan in Aap Jaisa Koi (2025), which premiered directly on Netflix. Fatima Sana Shaikh has also made a mark in the OTT space, with roles in Ludo (2020), Ajeeb Daastaans (2021), Modern Love Mumbai (2022), and most notably as Indira Gandhi in the 2023 biographical drama Sam Bahadur.
After her memorable debut in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Sana Saeed went on to act in other Bollywood films such as Badal (2000), Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega (2000), Student of the Year (2012), and Fugly (2014).
She also ventured into television, balancing roles across both mediums. However, she eventually stepped back from the film industry to focus primarily on TV. Despite her efforts, she did not achieve the level of success she had once hoped for and has since distanced herself from acting altogether.
In her personal life, Sana Saeed got engaged to her long-term boyfriend, Csaba Wagner, a Hungarian sound designer based in Los Angeles, in January 2023. Although she is no longer active in films or television, she maintains a presence on Instagram, where she shares glamorous photos and pictures with her fiancé.
At the age of 36, Sana Saeed remains in excellent shape and continues to connect with fans through her social media posts.

The hit romantic comedy series starring Lily Collins is returning with a brand-new chapter that takes Emily Cooper out of Paris and into Italy. The streamer unveiled first-look photos on Wednesday, August 20, giving fans a glimpse of Emily's new journey. Sharing the images on social media, Netflix wrote: 'Benvenuto! The first look images from Emily in Paris are here, and they're serving up a slice of la dolce vita! Season 5 returns on December 18.' The new season follows Emily as she leaves Paris to set up a fresh office for Agence Grateau in Rome. The official description promises plenty of ups and downs, revealing that 'work idea backfires, fallout cascades into heartbreak and career setbacks,' with a 'big secret' threatening one of her closest relationships. Emily in Paris Season 5 first look teases Italy romance and drama The first-look images showcase Emily embracing Italian culture, from sailing on a boat in a chic polka-dot outfit to soaking up the sun and even horseback riding with Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini. This keeps the show's long-running romantic tension alive. Season 4 ended with Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) promoting Emily to head the Rome office of Agence Grateau. While Emily appeared happy with Marcello, Gabriel realised he still had feelings for her, setting the stage for a complicated love triangle in the upcoming season. Here's what to expect in Emily in Paris Season 5 The cast for Season 5 includes familiar faces such as Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, Ashley Park, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, Lucien Laviscount, Thalia Besson, Paul Forman, and Arnaud Binard. New additions include Bryan Greenberg as Jake, Michèle Laroque as Yvette, and Minnie Driver as Princess Jane. The show is created by Darren Star, best known for Sex and the City, Beverly Hills, 90210, and Melrose Place, with Lily Collins also serving as a producer. With its mix of romance, fashion, and workplace drama, Emily in Paris Season 5 is set to deliver a fresh chapter against the backdrop of Rome and Venice.

Jacob Elordi reveals he skipped meals, sat overnight in makeup chair to transform into the creature in Frankenstein

Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The adaptation will star Oscar Issac as Victor and Jacob Elordi as the Creature. Ahead of the film's release later this year, the actors sat down to talk about the film with Variety, where Jacob opened up about the process of transforming into the Creature, which demanded a total surrender from him. (Photo by Ronny HARTMANN / AFP)(AFP) How Jacob transformed into the Creature During the interaction, Jacob shared that he would arrive at the makeup trailer as early as 10 p.m. on the previous day. He would stay up all night to undergo the time-consuming transformation into the Creature. During the free moments in between, Jacob would practice the unsteady walk and gestures of the Creature in front of the mirror in his hotel room. He said, "You throw time away when you make a film like this. I stopped having a clock, and I would just wait till the SUV arrived. That meant it was time to go. I didn't do breakfast, lunch or dinner, or think in terms of morning, afternoon, night. It was just one time.' Why Jacob was cast Guillermo also revealed that Jacob was the last cast member to join the film after Andrew Garfield dropped out before shooting was set to begin. The Academy Award-winning director said that Jacob was cast for his eyes, sharing that they were 'full of humanity.' The film also stars Mia Goth, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley and Charles Dance. The film's official logline reads, 'A brilliant but egotistical scientist brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation." Frankenstein will have a three-week theatrical release starting on October 17, before premiering on Netflix on November 7.

Television actor Nausheen Ali Sardar reveals Netflix's 'Indian Matchmaking' fame Sima Taparia rejected her for her religion: 'I was born a Muslim and...'

The actress revealed, 'So basically, my sister approached her because her show was a hit. I think this was during COVID. My sister told me, 'The way you're going about finding a life partner is not right.' Television actor Nausheen Ali Sardar in an interview with Siddharth Kanan, slammed Netflix's 'Indian Matchmaking' fame Sima Taparia for rejecting her due to her religion. The actress revealed, 'So basically, my sister approached her because her show was a hit. I think this was during COVID. My sister told me, 'The way you're going about finding a life partner is not right. At least let us help you.' So I said, 'Go ahead, I don't have a problem.' STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD She added, 'If I like someone, I'll settle down.' Then she saw this show and said, 'Let's confront her now.' My problem is that I was born Muslim, but I don't follow Islam. So 'what exactly is the right match for me?' The girl asked me and I said I want to marry a Catholic, or a Sikh, or a Punjabi—that's my preference.' Sardar added, 'She was like, 'No, we can't find you someone because you're Muslim.' She said that. I used to laugh at her character, because according to her, a girl should always stay quiet, and a girl should always keep her eyes down. The way her on-screen character was, it felt like a real-life version. I found it so funny. I told her, 'Look at this, she's telling me she can't find me someone because of religion.'" Sima Taparia on divorce rates Sima Taparia , known for her controversial comments, has often been targeted for her contentious remarks and problematic perspectives in the past. While demonstrating the same in a recent interview, the OTT star engaged in discussions on various subjects including 'divorce', where she branded people seeking separation as 'egoistic' and lacking patience. She further stated, 'Those I have matched haven't divorced yet. But if it happens, it is because they lack patience, flexibility, are egoistic, and don't want to adjust. That's how problems are created. They lack values of giving, sharing and caring.' On highly educated women Sima Taparia went on to criticise the 'highly educated and independent women' for refusing to conform to others' expectations. She continued that people are getting separated 'because there is no patience, no adjustment, egoism, ladkiya itna padh likh lete hai toh they say why should I listen to anybody (Highly educated girls don't listen to anybody)'.
