Jordan Armed Forces evacuate new batch of child patients from Gaza - Jordan News
The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army on Wednesday implemented the sixth medical evacuation operation for child patients from Gaza, which included 23 patients, along with 47 family members, as part of the Jordan Medical Corridor initiative. اضافة اعلان Nineteen of the children will be receiving treatment at Jordanian private hospitals, accompanied by 40 from their families, while four patients will be evacuated to Türkiye for treatment, alongside seven family members, within international collaboration with Jordan's humanitarian efforts. The patients and their accompanying family members were evacuated in cooperation with Jordan's Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO). A total of 77 children and 169 family members have been medically evacuated by land and air to Jordan since the medical corridor initiative was launched. Jordan is keen to evacuate more child patients from Gaza and to expedite the process, but there are limitations due to technical and logistical challenges facing the WHO, as well as Israeli restrictions. 142 Martyrs in Gaza in the Past 24 Hours - Jordan News
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 142 martyrs and 487 injuries were received at hospitals across the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours. اضافة اعلان In its daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the ministry noted that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them. The ministry confirmed that the total death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 57,012 martyrs and 134,592 injuries since October 7, 2023. It added that 39 martyrs and over 210 injuries were among those brought to hospitals in the past 24 hours from areas where people were seeking sustenance. This brings the total number of martyrs who died while trying to earn a living to 640, with more than 4,488 injuries.

Grant worth $7.5 million to support Jordan Reform Management Project
Ammon News - The Cabinet, in its session held Wednesday, headed by Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan, approved a €5.5 million cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Health and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation to improve access to non-communicable disease care in Zarqa Governorate. The four-year grant will fund the rehabilitation of health centers, procurement of medical and IT equipment, and support public health awareness campaigns. Additionally, the Cabinet approved a second additional financing agreement worth $7.5 million with the World Bank to support the Jordan Reform Management Project. The funding will help strengthen implementation of economic and structural reforms, improve the national investment registry, and enhance the public-private partnership framework.
