The nine-city tour will span the U.S. and Europe with the grand finale taking place in Las Vegas on July 26. Beyoncé has already made history with her scheduled tour dates, including by playing the most dates at SoFi Stadium of any artist.

Tapper, who usually hosts his two-hour program "The Lead" from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. EST from Washington, D.C., was live Friday in Alaska, when his colleague Anderson Cooper attempted to throw it back to him. "I'm fine, just give me my show back," Tapper said, seemingly expressing his frustration while failing to realize he was live. The hot mic moment was shared on X by conservative NewsBusters managing editor Curtis Houck. A smiling Cooper then quipped, "Show's back!" 'Allison Cooper': Trump calls CNN anchor Anderson Cooper 'Allison' in rant After the awkward exchange, Tapper welcomed Sen. Adam Schiff to the show, but the California Democrat couldn't hear the CNN host. "I think I lost you," Schiff said. Tapper then told the audience that "we're having real comms problems today. I'm sorry about that. If anybody can hear me, let's go throw it back to New York." At that point, Cooper again took over, saying "Okay, Jake, thanks very much." USA TODAY reached out to reps for Cooper, Tapper and CNN for comment. Troy Aikman reacts to Lamar Jackson dropping trademark challenge over the use of No. 8
Earlier this week, Lamar Jackson finally put an end to a narrative that had long since become tedious. Well, almost, as it appears there is one more story to be covered on this topic. A couple of days ago, we learned that Jackson withdrew his lawsuit that challenged the number eight trademark, which belongs to Dallas Cowboys legend Troy Aikman. Jackson made the withdrawal in a legal manner known as "with prejudice," and that means he can never file this lawsuit again. So this means the not-so-great eight debate, which started a little over a year ago when Jackson filed the suit, is now over. Aikman won this battle, and after officially doing so, finally broke his public silence on the topic. The legendary Super Bowl-winning quarterback and FOX broadcaster took to Instagram, where he shared a screenshot of an article about Jackson's withdrawal on Instagram's Stories. The Pro Football Hall of Famer included a short comment on his IG story: "From day one, this lawsuit had no merit, a fact underscored by its with-prejudice withdrawal." It is doubtful that Lamar will respond to Aikman's comment. It is also very doubtful that we see the Ravens QB comment on his decision to withdraw the lawsuit/challenge. In other words, I think we can put this story to bed now.

Billie Eilish Leaps Up The Billboard Charts
Billie Eilish is wrapping the latest leg of her Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour. In August, she only has two dates scheduled in Japan, then several weeks off before she picks back up again in the United States for another venture around the country. Excitement seems to be building among her American fans as Eilish's entire catalog of albums grows in the U.S., and she rises on almost every tally on which she appears. Hit Me Hard and Soft Lives Inside the Top 40 Of course, Hit Me Hard and Soft is her biggest project at the moment. The Grammy-nominated set is her most recent release, and the one that's still being promoted by multiple singles. Hit Me Hard and Soft appears inside the top 40 on every ranking, as it jumps from No. 48 to No. 37 on the Top Album Sales chart. The set can also be found at No. 20 on the Billboard 200, and it almost reconquers the Top Rock & Alternative Albums list as it climbs from No. 3 to the runner-up spot. Hit Me Hard and Soft is a non-mover on the Top Streaming Albums roster, where it sits at No. 18, and it is once again in charge of the Top Alternative Albums ranking. When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and Happier Than Ever Eilish's first two full-lengths, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and Happier Than Ever, live on a trio of tallies — and the same three at that. When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? appears in lower spots, but it manages to break back onto the Top Alternative Albums chart, coming in at No. 23. Happier Than Ever gains quite a bit of ground on the Billboard 200, as last time around it sat only a few spaces ahead of When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? at No. 193. Now it surges almost 40 spaces to make a home at No. 153. Consumption of Billie Eilish's Music is Up – Mostly Luminate reports that both Happier Than Ever and When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? gained in terms of total consumption from one frame to the next. Happier Than Ever moved 10,000 units last week, up 12.5% from the period before. When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? managed just under 9,200 equivalent units, a growth of almost 4%. While Hit Me Hard and Soft may be Eilish's top performer, it actually sees its total number of units moved decline by a little more than 3%, though it still managed 23,300 equivalent copies in the U.S. in the most recent tracking period.
