Meeting of Foreign Ministry Leadership reaffirms full support for Military Front in confronting aggression
A meeting was held in Sana'a today, chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Jamal Amer, and attended by the leadership of the political and consular sectors.
The meeting discussed diplomatic and administrative issues, focusing on elevating the level of political engagement to confront aggression through a strong diplomatic front. Diplomacy, it was noted, should serve as a solid support and complement to the armed forces led by Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, which have proven to be a deterrent force and an unignorable strategic actor. This strength has granted Yemen's political role increased effectiveness in negotiations and consultations with various international powers to confront military escalation.
Minister Amer stressed that the diplomatic front must exhibit the same strength and clarity as the Yemeni armed forces.
He stated:
'The next stage does not allow for half-solutions or neutrality. One must choose either the national liberation path that rejects hegemony and foreign dependency, or align with those who have betrayed their homeland and become mere tools and mercenaries for regional and international powers of dominance.'
He emphasized the need to keep pace with the current transformative stage, which leaves no room for ambiguity or indecision.
Amer reiterated:
'Sana'a clearly declares that peace is its strategic choice and war is the exception,'
affirming Yemen's readiness to confront any imposed aggression.
The minister praised the growing military capability and the popular unity around the leadership, stressing the continued role of the diplomatic front in defending Yemen's grievances and those of the Palestinian people in Gaza on the international stage.
Regarding the Red Sea situation, Amer affirmed Sana'a's clear and unwavering stance. He underscored Yemen's commitment to the safety and security of international maritime navigation in the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, and the Suez Canal.
He clarified that the decision to prevent the passage of Israeli ships is a temporary measure, directly linked to ending the aggression on Gaza and allowing unrestricted humanitarian aid. He described this stance as humanitarian, religious, and moral, especially in light of international and regional silence on the Zionist crimes in Gaza.
The minister also called for continued efforts to develop and improve diplomatic performance in line with local, regional, and global developments.
He announced the completion of procedures to adopt the financial bylaw for the diplomatic corps, in accordance with Law No. (5) amending certain provisions of the Diplomatic Corps Law, which is supported by the President of the Supreme Political Council.
Participants in the meeting affirmed their commitment to keeping pace with ongoing developments and standing by the leadership until victory and stability are achieved.
Several issues related to strengthening diplomatic efforts and countering external conspiracies were discussed during the meeting.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Ambassador Mohammed Hajer, as well as heads of departments and general directors from the political and consular sectors of the ministry.

PM launches school bag project for children of martyrs, missing persons
Sana'a - Saba: Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi on Wednesday launched the school bag project for the children of martyrs and missing persons in the capital Sana'a and various governorates. This annual initiative is implemented by the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families. During the inauguration, the Prime Minister emphasized that this project is a yearly commitment and duty to those who sacrificed their lives defending the nation's land, honor, and sovereignty. He stated, "Today, we live in an atmosphere of freedom and dignity thanks to the sacrifices of the righteous martyrs who watered the soil of the homeland with their blood in defense of its security, sovereignty, and independence." Al-Rahawi highlighted that the martyrs' sacrifices have brought dignity, honor, stability, and freedom. He affirmed that, thanks to the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and the Supreme Political Council, Yemen is moving "from victory to victory" and fulfilling its brotherly, religious, and moral duty to support the oppressed in Gaza. Euro-Mediterranean HR monitor: 85% of Gaza Strip under Israeli control
Geneva – Saba: The Geneva-based Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor accused Israeli entity on Wednesday of continuing to commit the crime of forced displacement against the population of the Gaza Strip, as part of a declared and systematic policy aimed at emptying the Strip of its indigenous population. The monitor said in a statement that Israeli entity is using multiple tools to achieve this goal, including widespread bombing, bulldozing, starvation, destruction of infrastructure, forced expulsion by military force, and forced eviction orders. It stated that Israeli entity has transformed most of the Gaza Strip into devastated and uninhabitable lands, forcing hundreds of thousands of residents to forcibly regroup in a small area of no more than 15% of the Strip's area, in preparation for mass displacement outside Gaza. This is a direct extension of the genocide committed against Palestinians for nearly 21 months, according to Quds Press Agency. The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor revealed that between June 28 and 30, Israeli forces issued three new military evacuation orders covering large areas east and south of Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip, displacing tens of thousands of civilians without any safe haven or possibility of return. The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor noted that these orders bring the number of evacuation orders issued by Israel since March 18, the date on which it reneged on the temporary ceasefire agreement, to 51. Some are new orders, others are renewals of previous orders, amid ongoing military escalation. It explained that more than 85% of the Gaza Strip is now under direct military control or subject to forced displacement orders, effectively systematically erasing the Palestinian presence on the ground and a blatant attempt to effect permanent demographic change. The Observatory reported that displacement orders since last March have displaced at least one million Palestinians, many of whom were forced to flee to destroyed or open areas or to the streets, amid a lack of food, water, and services, and amidst the spread of disease, under extremely harsh humanitarian conditions. The Observatory noted that Israeli enemy forces are not content with expelling residents, but are systematically destroying the neighborhoods they are displacing through aerial bombardment, explosive robot bombing, and demolition and bulldozing, in one of the largest campaigns of urban and residential destruction in modern times. It confirmed that Israeli bombardment even targets areas to which civilians have been forced to flee, including tents, schools, and shelters. On Tuesday, July 1, five civilians, including a woman and two children, were killed when their tents were targeted in al-Mawasi area west of Khan Yunis, despite it being one of the areas to which the enemy had previously directed displaced persons. With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has continued to commit genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 57,012 Palestinian citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 134,592 others.
