Machine Gun Kelly Admits He Doesn't Know His Age: 'Don't Know Many Facts About My Life'
Machine Gun Kelly is unsure about his age.
The rapper appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Sunday night, where Cohen mentioned how young he looked, before politely asking how old he was.
"It's a weird thing dude. I don't know if my age... I don't know if it exists," the "Bloody Valentine" star -- whose real name is Colson Baker -- replied. A Google search showed he is currently 35 years old.
"I just don't know many facts about my life," he continued. "Like my skin, if it rips open, it heals really quick. There's just things where I'm starting to be like, 'It was my Dad.'"
MGK has opened up about his father in the Aug. 5 episode of Bunnie Xo's Dumb Blonde podcast, recalling how the latter -- who died in July 2019 -- once had to stand trial at age 9 for the murder of his own father.
"The story that was always told to me was that their dad dropped the gun, and his head essentially blew off," MGK shared. "All happened in the room with my dad at 9 years old. So him and my grandmother were tried for the murder. They were both acquitted," he said at the time.
During WWHL Cohen asked if MGK thinks he could possibly be "other worldly."
"I've asked my mom, 'Was there any period of time you went missing, ever like a tall slender creature...,'" he hinted. "She told me she felt like she got abducted at one point."
Elsewhere in the show, he was put on the spot during a fan Q&A portion.
"MGK, Kyle P. wants to know if there's any truth to the rumor that you and Sydney Sweeney were more than just friends?"
To which the rapper said in response, "Kyle P., shut up dude," before Cohen erupted with laughter.
The pair were spotted partying at the opening of Palm Tree Beach Club at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas in May this year. The two were photographed in an intimate embrace and she posted a photo with MGK and fellow actor, Patrick Schwarzenegger. It made headlines, as the Euphoria actress had just ended her engagement to longtime partner, Jonathan Davino.
The late-night show shared the clip on their official TikTok, where fans were quick to notice MGK hadn't actually answered the question, causing them to speculate even more.
"He never answered the question tho (sic)," one user wrote on TikTok, while another added "So… that's a yes."
MGK is the father of two daughters; Saga Blade, 5 months, who, he shares with Megan Fox ... and 16-year-old Casie Colson, his child with ex Emma Cannon.

What Does It Mean to Be a Black Cat Girlfriend?
In typical attention-loving fashion, 'golden retriever boyfriends' have been making the rounds online for a few years now. But more recently, the GRBF's darker, more mysterious counterpart has crept into the spotlight. Enter: the 'black cat girlfriend.' Originating from the same cultural wellspring that gave us the golden retriever boyfriend (TikTok, obviously), the black cat girlfriend is what she sounds like, 'a partner who mirrors the classic personality traits we often associate with black cats: mysterious, independent, and selectively affectionate,' explains relationship coach Amie Leadingham. But don't let the seemingly standoffish vibes fool you. There's much more to the black cat girlfriend archetype than her withdrawn, slightly witchy exterior lets on (and that's part of her magic). Embedded within the black cat's cool, unattached personality is the potential for fierce loyalty and vulnerability—with the right person, of course. And whether you suspect you may fall into this category or are seeking a black cat girlfriend of your own, the experts I spoke to for this story agree that BCGF energy can actually be an incredibly healthy and rewarding thing to bring to a relationship. Below, dating experts weigh in on everything you need to know about black cat girlfriends, from what it really means to be one to whether black cat girlfriends and golden retrievers are actually compatible. 'A black cat girlfriend is the walking embodiment of 'I'm good either way' energy,' says Sabrina Bendory, a relationship coach for and author of the forthcoming book Detached: How to Let Go, Heal, and Become Irresistible. 'She's independent, confident, and just a little mysterious. Think: 'I have my own life, but you're welcome to orbit it.'' The female counterpart of (and in many ways the antithesis to) the golden retriever boyfriend—the endlessly doing partner who lives to adore and be adored—the black cat girlfriend is more reserved, self-sufficient, and, crucially, more selective. While the golden retriever boyfriend may be characterized as 'just happy to be there,' Bendory explains, black cat girlfriends choose to be there. 'And when we do, it's because we genuinely want you, not because we're trying to fill a void,' Bendory adds. A black cat girlfriend 'is highly selective about where they invest their social energy, values their alone time, tends to be more introverted, and has a slightly aloof yet intimidating quality about them that draws people in,' says Leadingham. But once you've earned their trust, 'they become fiercely loyal and affectionate.' A golden retriever boyfriend, by comparison, 'is stereotypically social, confident, friendly, warm, outgoing and eager to please,' adds relationship coach and psychotherapist Samantha Burns. 'Whereas someone who is a black cat may be a bit more cautious and wary of giving their love and attention freely. With a black cat girlfriend you have to initially 'earn it,' but once you prove yourself, they are loving and affectionate.' It's easy to mistake black cat girlfriend energy as cold, avoidant, or even 'pick-me'–coded, hence why some might interpret the BCGF label as negative. But the thing that makes the black cat girlfriend so compelling is that she's not any of those things. Her confidence and independence come from a place of authenticity, not fear or performance. 'It's the opposite of performing for male approval; she's magnetic because she's good on her own,' Bendory explains. 'She's not trying to be the 'cool girl' in order to get the guy, she just is who she is—and there is nothing sexier than that.' And while many may mistake the black cat's independent, slow-to-warm approach to relationships for fear-based avoidance, Bendory says the true black cat girlfriend 'isn't afraid to be vulnerable, be present, and actually connect' with the right person. 'Being a black cat girlfriend is actually a sign of emotional maturity and strong boundaries,' adds Leadingham. 'They know their worth, and they're not going to give their energy away to just anyone.' Far from the cold, calculating femme fatales black cats are sometimes made out to be, a black cat mentality is actually 'one of the most powerful dating mindsets you can have,' says Bendory. 'A black cat doesn't chase, she attracts. If she's giving you her time, it's because she wants to, not because she's trying to prove something.' Social media wisdom commonly holds that 'every relationship has a golden retriever boyfriend and a black cat girlfriend.' And while we're told opposites attract, is golden retriever energy really a match for your typical black cat? In short, it can be! 'They can be a great match—as long as both are coming from a healthy place. If the black cat is just dissociating and afraid to be vulnerable, that's not mysterious, that's avoidance,' says Bendory. 'And if the golden retriever is insecure, desperate, and willing to be her loyal servant no matter how she treats him, that's not devotion, that's a doormat.' Basically, black cat on golden retriever compatibility all depends on whether both parties are able to 'understand and appreciate their differences rather than trying to change each other,' says Leadingham. If they can do that, then black cats and golden retrievers may even be able to learn from each other and establish a kind of ying-yang harmony in a relationship. 'I like to say that golden retriever boyfriends have a secure attachment style, which means they are comfortable with closeness and intimacy, they communicate well, they are reliable, and confident in expressing their feelings,' says Burns. 'A black cat girlfriend may be a bit more reserved, skeptical, or slower to warm up initially. But once that connection is created they also model this security, confidence, affection, and loyalty towards their partner.' Ultimately, whether or not a golden retriever is the right partner for you, as the prospective black cat girlfriend, is up to you to decide. Because, as Burns notes, the most defining feature of the BCGF is that she 'is comfortable with her independence and is proactive in getting her needs met. She knows what she wants and doesn't feel the need to constantly be on or people please.'

Taylor Swift's chat with the Kelces on ‘New Heights' marks a milestone moment for podcasts
Since nothing Taylor Swift ever does is small, her two-hour conversation with boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce on their 'New Heights' podcast is a watershed moment for a media format that has already outlived the device it was named for. By Thursday afternoon, Wednesday night's talk had already been seen more than 11.7 million times on YouTube. But that's only a fraction of its circulation — clips distributed on Instagram, TikTok, X and elsewhere have received more than 400 million views, and the episode was also available for streaming on audio platforms. Swift, who infrequently gives interviews to journalists, revealed key information about her upcoming album, 'The Life of a Showgirl,' and talked about her relationships with Travis Kelce and her family, and her joy of gaining full control of her past work — a yearslong quest. It was a revelation for fans with whom she's primarily communicated through her music and social media Easter eggs, a treasure hunt of clues about what she's doing professionally. 'We have not heard Taylor speak in like a long-form interview like that in about five years,' Alex Antonides, a superfan from Dallas, told The Associated Press. 'She's never been in that comfortable of a situation, either. It's always been like more professional, like a professional interviewer asking her questions. And then this is like with her boyfriend and his brother. So that was … an environment we've truly never seen her in before.' Celebrities like a friendly face for public talks Swift cemented a trend that's been seen in recent years among entertainers, sports figures and politicians who seek to deliver particular messages. A visit to friendly faces for a long-form conversation beats questions from nosy, prying journalists. In this case, Swift and Travis Kelce locked arms and cooed at each other between admiring queries. 'My boyfriend says,' Swift said in asides when Kelce laid things on too thick. 'The Kelce brothers have become the Barbara Walters of their generation,' said Nick Cicero, founder of Mondo Metrics, which studies the podcast industry. Fans ate it up. 'I think it's really nice and refreshing, especially for a woman whose primary fan base is young women, to see somebody that is so celebratory of their partner and also not self-deprecating in a bad way, but also really admires what they do, and they don't try to minimize that,' one fan, Britton Copeland, who goes by Britton Rae on TikTok, said in a Zoom interview. Swift interpreters immediately began online discussions about What It All Means. One fan discussed theories about the still-unheard song, 'The Fate of Ophelia,' listed as the new album's first cut. Others pointed out that the album release date of Oct. 3 coincided with National Plaid Day — apparently a Swift obsession — and National Boyfriend's Day. Such Easter eggs are likely to bring listeners back to the 'New Heights' interview again and again, meaning it could eventually stand as the most listened-to podcast episode on YouTube ever. 'It's got a chance,' Cicero said. Podcasts emerged in the 2000s as an audio-only programming format tied to Apple's now-defunct iPod. The New Oxford American Dictionary called 'podcast' its word of the year in 2005, even as many in the industry sought an alternative name almost as soon as it was coined. The well-regarded 'Serial' podcasts helped bring the format into the mainstream a decade ago. Particularly since the pandemic, and with the explosive growth of YouTube and personalities like Joe Rogan, video podcasts have become far more popular. Like most interview podcasts, 'New Heights' can also be enjoyed in an audio format — and it's background noise even for many who air it on YouTube — but being able to see Swift and the Kelces interact has its benefits. Will Swift outdraw President Trump's appearance with Rogan? Rogan's interview with President Donald Trump was a key moment in the 2024 presidential campaign, and has been seen 59 million times on YouTube in nine months. Certainly Swifties — and possibly Trump himself — will be eager to see if the 'New Heights' interview exceeds that number. Swift is among the celebrities who has drawn the president's ire. It has further to go to be a record-setter, though. The most-watched podcast episode ever on YouTube, and likely the most-consumed podcast ever, is Abdulrahman Abu Maleh's interview with relationship coach Yasser Hazimi for 'Secrets to Thriving Relationships' from the Saudi Arabian company Thmanyah. It has racked up 144 million views in two years. Swift's and the Kelces' teams were was particularly skillful in creating a huge demand for the interview with how its spread clips across various social media platforms, said Tom Webster, founder of Sounds Profitable, a firm that analyzes the podcast industry. By Thursday morning, Instagram highlights alone from the interview were viewed more than 350 million times, Cicero said. ___
