SEC establishes Sharjah Cyber Security Centre

In addition, it offers technical help and advice on information security issues and partners with research groups to study topics related to online safety and security.
The Council also announced the appointment of Abdul Nasser Obaid Ibrahim Bu Khater as the new Director of the Sharjah Cyber Security Centre.
The Council examined a proposed law to oversee Sharjah's judicial system. This new law is designed to ensure that the judicial authority operates independently within the emirate. It clearly outlines the roles and responsibilities of various entities involved in the judicial process, including the Judicial Council, the Judicial Department, the courts, the prosecution, judicial inspections, and the regulations concerning judges.
The Council decided to send the proposed law about the judicial authority in Sharjah to the Sharjah Consultative Council to discuss and finalise it during their legislative session.

Sometimes, they say, the long waits turn out to be fruitless, as the rations are not enough to go around. However, as UAE aid started to flow in again, the situation took a turn for the better. The operation now continues, providing food supplies to the community. According to the video, the UAE has launched food kitchens in the north and south of the Gaza strip on June 30. Stirring huge pots of rice and lentils, and baking bread in traditional ovens on the ground, aid workers tirelessly ensuring the people of Gaza are cared for and fed. They also personally deliver food to the sick and injured in hospitals. These facilities prepare around 60,000 meals daily. Since July 10, bakeries have been open and running as well, to fulfill the needs of the population. There have also been air drops of water and medicines, bring essentials — and hope — to the people. Israel's air and ground war in densely populated Gaza has since killed more than 60,000 Palestinians, according to enclave health officials, reported Reuters. From then until March 31 this year, the UAE has marked 500 days of continuous humanitarian relief. The nation has provided the war-torn area with over 65,000 tonnes of food, medical, and relief aid — valued at more than US$1.2 billion — through land, sea, and air routes.

Whether it's a student-led climate solution, a neighbourhood coding programme, or a grassroots art initiative, these offer proof that innovation, when grounded in empathy, can transform entire systems from the ground up, she pointed out. She recalled how Sheikh Mohammed, who had placed unwavering belief in her own innate potential just as she saw the promise in the youth of the UAE, once said: 'Our value in life is defined by what we do.' Sheikha Latifa said she saw that same spirit reflected in the young people of the UAE, in their courage to act, their creativity to imagine, and their determination to build a better future, urging one and all to listen to them, invest in them, and walk alongside them, knowing that when the youth lead, the world will surely move forward.
