The Galaxy Z Fold 7's price could jump from $2,000 to $3,500 like that
Image by PhoneArena If you're the kind of person who often drops things on the floor – and if the floor beneath you is a rough, concrete one – well, you might be in trouble.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 screen replacement prices have been revealed, and it's not pretty. We all know that foldable display panels are costly, but if you're eyeing Samsung's latest foldable monster, it's worth understanding the potential replacement costs… should the screen ever need repair. Let's hope it doesn't come to this, though.Replacement components for these devices come with high price tags, and paying out of pocket can feel impractical, especially given how quickly smartphones lose value over time. Yes, even foldables tend to do that!
According to a parts supplier in the EU that provides genuine Samsung components, a replacement foldable panel for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is priced at €761 (about $890 when directly converted), while the smaller cover display costs €525 (about $611 when directly converted).
So, if you somehow manage to crack both your inner and outer displays – and I'm sure that many among us will have no problem achieving this – it would cost you another $1,501 on top of the hefty $2,000 price tag. That equates to $3,500: the moral of the story is to be very, very careful with your foldable. With you non-foldable phone as well, since we're at it.
For the Galaxy Z Flip 7, the foldable panel is listed at €342 (~$400 when directly converted), and the Flex Window cover display is €207 (~$240 when directly converted). These figures do not include labor costs if the repair is carried out by a third-party service provider. Samsung's standard warranty does not cover screen replacements, as accidental damage is excluded. This is why many customers opt for Samsung Care+, an optional protection plan that offers coverage for accidental damage. For the Galaxy Z Fold 7 , Samsung Care+ costs $13 per month or $259 per year and includes unlimited same-day repairs for cracked screens or back glass at $29 per service. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is covered at $10 per month or $169 per year.
You do the math.

Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ in for review
When you think of Galaxy S25 Edge alternatives, your mind doesn't immediately jump to the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+, but maybe it should. This phone is a much closer match to the thin Galaxy than you'd think. At just 5.95mm, it's only slightly thicker than the S25 Edge (5.8mm). The Infinix is lighter, though, at just 155g, and it has a substantially larger 5,160mAh battery. What should sting Galaxy fans more is that the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ also has faster 45W charging. The Hot 60 Pro+ is also a more colorful phone, coming in at no less than seven colorways - Coral Tides, Misty Violet, Cyber Green, Sonic Yellow, as well as the more conservative Titanium Silver and Sleek Black. This green model has what Infinix calls a Scent Weave Leather finish. It's a textured surface with a grippy feel, and it feels excellent to the touch. The Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ feels like a blade in the hand. Its curved front and rear panels are joined by a thin frame, making the package feel very refined. A thin frame The Hot 60 Pro+ looks very similar to the Hot 60 Pro from the front and back. But it's the profile that distinguishes the two. While the Pro+ has curving front and rear panels and a thin frame with rounded corners, the Pro has flat panels and a wide, flat side frame. The Hot 60 Pro is also heavier at 170g and a bit thicker at 6.6mm. The Hot 60 Pro+ on the left, Hot 60 Pro on the right Before we get going, here's a quick unboxing of the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+. It ships with a 45W charger, a USB cable, a tempered glass protector, and a hard plastic case.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE full specs leak
Vlad, 01 August 2025 Samsung's Galaxy S25 FE has been in the rumors a lot lately, and today a full list of its most important specs has been outed. Let's dive right in. The phone is powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC, a slight upgrade from the Exynos 2400e in its predecessor. This is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of storage. Samsung Galaxy S24 FE The S25 FE comes with a 6.7-inch 1080x2340 AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus on top, a 50 MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a 12 MP f/2.2 ultrawide, an 8 MP f/2.4 telephoto with 3x optical zoom and OIS, a 12 MP f/2.2 selfie snapper, and a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. It measures 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4mm and weighs 190g. It's IP68 rated for dust and water resistance. It will launch running Android 16 with One UI 8 on top. So, compared to its predecessor, the S25 FE has a better chipset, a higher-res selfie camera, faster wired charging, and a smaller battery - the S24 FE has a 4,700 mAh cell. That wasn't a great size to begin with, but cutting it even further... we can't say we necessarily understand Samsung's logic here. Anyway, according to Samsung itself, the S25 FE will launch earlier in the year than the S24 FE did - and that one was unveiled at the end of September.
