Police have confirmed they were called to an address in Deane as part of a' Hitler party' probe.
As reported in The Bolton News yesterday, officers investigating reports that a group of people who celebrated Hitler's birthday with Nazi memorabilia at a pub in Royton last month raided addresses Rochdale, Bolton, Trafford, Stockport, and Southport yesterday morning.
One of those addresses included Addington Road in Deane.

Officers said that following the recovery of a suspected grenade at a property in Bolton, the bomb squad were deployed.
The item was later declared safe, with officers reassuring people that there was no risk to the wider public.
In total nine people were arrested as part of yesterday morning's operation in Greater Manchester and Southport.
They have been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 Public Order Act offences, which includes allegedly displaying written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting, intended to stir up racial hatred.
Officers say they recovered imitation firearms, weapons including swords and a crossbow, and Nazi memorabilia and materials in the raids.
Police have been in contact with officers from the Counter Terrorism Policing North West (CTPNW) who have offered advice on some of the materials which have been seized.
Officers say that residents may see an increased presence of police officers in the community. They are there to assist with enquiries and offer reassurance to residents.
Assistant chief constable Steph Parker of Greater Manchester Police said: 'Due to the nature of the materials we [allegedly] recovered at the warrants today, we have liaised with colleagues at CTPNW. This is a matter of course, and it very much remains a GMP led investigation.
'It's important that all avenues are explored to establish the extent of the criminal offences which have been committed, and whilst our investigation is still in its early stages, we do not believe there to be a risk to the wider public.
'This group clearly has a deep fascination with ideas that we know are unsettling for communities across Greater Manchester. We must take action when concerns are raised, and where weapons are suspected, to ensure people are free to live without fear of intimidation or harm.
'Public safety is at the forefront of our investigation, and as always, we ask that you remain vigilant, and if you have any information or concerns, then to contact us.'
Residents on Addington Street said police were at the scene until into the evening. They described a huge presence on the street.

Paul Weller sues former accountants after being dropped over Gaza statements

Musician Paul Weller is suing his former accountants after they stopped working with the singer after public statements alleging Israel was committing genocide in Gaza, according to a legal letter. The former frontman of The Jam has filed a discrimination claim against Harris and Trotter after the firm ended their professional relationship after more than 30 years. In a pre-action letter seen by the PA news agency, lawyers for Weller say the singer-songwriter was told in March that the accountants and tax advisers would no longer work with the 67-year-old or his companies. According to the letter, a WhatsApp message from a partner at the firm included: 'It's well known what your political views are in relation to Israel, the Palestinians and Gaza, but we as a firm are offended at the assertions that Israel is committing any type of genocide. 'Everyone is entitled to their own views, but you are alleging such anti-Israel views that we as a firm with Jewish roots and many Jewish partners are not prepared to work with someone who holds these views.' Lawyers for Weller claim that by ending their services, the firm unlawfully discriminated against the singer's protected philosophical beliefs including that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza and that Palestine should be recognised as a nation state. Weller said: 'I've always spoken out against injustice, whether it's apartheid, ethnic cleansing, or genocide. What's happening to the Palestinian people in Gaza is a humanitarian catastrophe. 'I believe they have the right to self-determination, dignity, and protection under international law, and I believe Israel is committing genocide against them. That must be called out. 'Silencing those who speak this truth is not just censorship – it's complicity. 'I'm taking legal action not just for myself, but to help ensure that others are not similarly punished for expressing their beliefs about the rights of the Palestinian people.' Weller will donate any damages he receives to humanitarian relief efforts in Gaza, the legal letter also states. Cormac McDonough, a lawyer at Hodge Jones and Allen, representing Weller, said that his case 'reflects a wider pattern of attempts to silence artists and public figures who speak out in support of Palestinian rights'. Mr McDonough added: 'Within the music industry especially, we are seeing increasing efforts to marginalise those who express solidarity with the people of Gaza.' Harris and Trotter have been contacted for comment.

Eighth suspect charged in viral Cincinnati street brawl has surprising involvement in case

An eighth person allegedly involved in the violent street brawl in Cincinnati, Ohio that left several people injured last month has been charged, police said. The unidentified 45-year-old White man is charged with disorderly conduct, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, for his alleged role in the July 26 melee in the city's downtown. The man is also considered by police to be a victim of the brawl, which prevents authorities from releasing his name under Marsy's Law, which gives crime victims the option to have their names withheld from public release. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 26. The fight broke out in the early morning hours on the corner of Fourth and Elm streets. Footage of the brawl quickly went viral. Last week, a seventh suspect, Gregory Wright, 32, was charged with alleged aggravated riot and aggravated robbery. Police allege Wright "did by force rip the necklace off the victim while he was being assaulted by four or more co-defendants attempting to cause serious physical harm," according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 19. Wright allegedly snatched the victim's necklace during the beating before proceeding "to film the rest of the events," the outlet reported. Earlier this month, six defendants were indicted by a grand jury for their alleged roles in the beatdown. Patrick Rosemond, 38, Jermaine Matthews, 39, Montianez Merriweather, 34, DeKyra Vernon, 24, Dominique Kittle, 37, and Aisha Devaughn, 25, are each charged with three counts of alleged felonious assault, three charges of assault and two charges of aggravated rioting, the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office confirmed to Fox News Digital.
