Binky Felstead flaunts her washboard abs in a blue bikini top and beige shorts as she heads to the beach during her family summer holiday to France

Binky Felstead turned heads in an eye-catching bikini as she enjoyed a sun-soaked beach day with her family during their summer escape to France. The former Made in Chelsea star, 35, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a glimpse of her sizzling holiday style. She posed for a mirror selfie in a blue bikini top paired with a beige co-ord shirt and shorts, topped off with a chic basket Miu Miu hat. The reality star penned on top of the snap: 'Ready for another beach day.' Later, she ditched the shorts to reveal her toned physique in the striking two-piece, lounging on a beach bed as she soaked up the Mediterranean sunshine. The trip comes after Binky opened up about a post-birth health issue which left her 'freaking out' and convinced she would lose her teeth. She was diagnosed with gum disease recently, which was beginning to destroy her bones and needed urgent attention. Binky is a proud mother-of-three and last gave birth in 2023 to a son named Wilder, who is now one. Following her diagnosis, Binky decided to share her story online with her Instagram followers, to spread awareness with other mums. Speaking to The Sun, she said: 'I was really worried about it and I actually only learnt through social media. By the way, hundreds of messages I got from other parents, other women, saying they've got the same. 'I think the old wives tale is that you lose a tooth per child. I don't know, I'm freaking out, I'm not going to have a tooth in ten years.' She added that there's 'lots of not so glamorous things' that happen after giving birth and having children. Binky said she has started having to do her greys, admitting that 'the good outweighs the bad'. She said it's 'important' to have these conversations on social media to normalise it, and that the fact it is common made her feel a lot better about it. Eight years after leaving MIC, Binky says she is 'kind of getting her MOJO back'. Binky is super relatable online with her fans, and always keeps it real. In recent weeks, she made a 'revolting' confession that she hasn't washed her make-up brush in 10 years during a mother-daughter makeover clip. India can be seen unleashing her creative spark as she layered on the bronzer and lined her mother's lips with a pencil. In the clip Binky confessed: 'Do you know your godfather, Ollie Locke? This was his makeup brush from about ten years ago and I have never washed it since. How revolting is that and I still use it?' India appeared unphased by the revelation and continued to layer on the bronzer until the TV personality persuaded her to stop. Motherhood is a vital part of Binky's life now and along with husband Max she appears to have the perfect fairytale family. She started dating her husband Max Fin January 2019 after they met at Soho Farmhouse and the couple later married in September 2021.

Elephant tramples tourist 'who took its photo with flash on'

A tourist had to run for his life before being trampled by an elephant after apparently venturing too close for a selfie. The man reportedly trespassed in a restricted forest near the Bankapur temple in Karnataka, southwest India. He allegedly tried to take a selfie with the creature but had to flee when it turned on him after being startled by the flash. Footage taken by visitors driving through the reserve on Sunday shows the elephant shrieking as it thunders across the road to chase the tourist, identified by authorities as R. Basavaraju. As the animal bore down on him he tripped and fell, with his trousers sliding down his waist, before the elephant walked over him. The creature then returned to the wilderness, leaving him splayed out on the road having fortuitously escaped being crushed under its weight. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Witness Daniel Osorio said the elephant was eating carrots at the side of the road when the tourist approached it to take a selfie. The animal attacked him after being provoked by the sudden bright flash, according to the passer-by. Forest officials said they tracked down Basavaraju at his home in Nanjangud town, also in the state of Karnataka. He was fined 25,000 Rupees (£212) and made to record a video confession, admitting his actions stemmed from ignorance of wildlife safety rules. More Trending Basavaraju also warned other tourists not to make the same mistake. The Forest Department said: 'Such reckless stunts not only endanger human lives but also provoke unpredictable and dangerous animal behaviour.' The Indian sub-continent has at least 30,000 wild elephants – more than any other country and approximately 60 per cent of the world's entire Asian elephant population.
