When the Dallas Cowboys play their first home game at AT&T Stadium this season, there'll be plenty of eyes on their cheerleading squad.
It was recently announced that every member of "America's Sweethearts" will receive a 400 percent pay increase this season. Just for reference, former Cowboys cheerleader Jada McLean said she made $15 per hour and $500 for each appearance last season.
One cheerleader who'll benefit from this raise is Anna Kate Sundvold. She officially joined "America's Sweethearts" in 2023, making her the second member of her family to represent the franchise.
"I grew up always feeling that I was in her shadow, so I decided to go to a different college than she did to make my own path," Anna Kate said. "However, choosing a school about 45 minutes away from Dallas, I was able to see the love Caroline had for this organization and all the girls within. Each girl is so driven in life, and I knew I wanted to surround my years following college with a group of people like them and continue doing what I love most."
Prior to becoming a cheerleader for the Cowboys, she was on TCU's dance team.
Although the 2025 season is still over a month away, Anna Kate has reason to celebrate this weekend.
On Friday night, Anna Kate announced that she'll once again represent the Cowboys this fall. It'll mark her third season in Dallas.
"Year 3," she wrote for her Instagram caption. "Forever grateful for these girls and this team! Excited and honored to take on another year."
Countless members of the Cowboys' cheerleading squad had kind things to say about Anna Kate.
"Cannot wait to dance next to you all year long! Love you so much," Kayla Hayes wrote.
"Love you," rookie cheerleader Morgan Perschy commented. "So excited for this year together."
The Cowboys will host the New York Giants in their home opener on Sept. 14.'Excited & Honored' - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Celebrates Milestone first appeared on The Spun on Jul 26, 2025

Ex-NBA star Danilo Gallinari's pregnant wife bitten by shark in Puerto Rico

The pregnant wife of former NBA star Danilo Gallinari revealed on Friday that she had been attacked by a shark in Puerto Rico. Eleonora Boi posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed with her tongue sticking out on her Instagram page with an explanation of the terrifying event. She's expecting her third child with the former New York Knicks forward. She described it as the 'worst day of my life.' 'I never thought I could get attacked by a shark and I was near the shore and on a super crowded beach. Thankfully me and my baby are fine,' she wrote, according to a translation. 'I was rushed to the rescue and the surgery to fix my poor bruised leg went well. Now I just have to recover from the great scare. . . .' She joked that the shark would be hearing from her lawyer and thanked her husband for his 'courage' during the situation. She reportedly suffered a wound on her thigh. Department of Natural and Environmental Resources biologist Nilda Jiménez told El Nuevo Dia that officials were investigating the type of shark that bit Boi. 3 Eleonora Boi poses for a selfie from her hospital bed after the Puerto Rico shark attack.
