A NETFLIX star has urged anyone who loved his 'murdered' mum not to attend her husband's funeral - after cops suspect he killed her before taking his own life.
Dawn Kerr and Andrew Searle, who were in their 60s, were found dead at their idyllic French hamlet of Les Pesquies, near Villefranche-de-Rouergue in February this year.

Police initially believed the deaths could have been linked to Andrew's former job as an organised crime fraud investigator - but all the evidence now points to a murder-suicide.
Dawn's son Callum Kerr, who played PC George Kiss in soap opera Hollyoaks and appeared in Netflix's Virgin River, today issued a plea for any friends of his mum not to attend her 'killer's funeral.
The Scots actor had proudly walked his mother down the aisle during her marriage to Andrew in September 2023.
But writing on Instagram, he said: 'In the absence of any evidence suggesting third-party involvement in the tragic death of our mother, Dawn Kerr, the prevailing hypothesis remains that of a murder-suicide.
'Our mother was killed by multiple blows to the head, and Andrew was found deceased by hanging.
'His injuries are consistent with self-hanging, and no defensive wounds were found on his body.
'There is also no evidence whatsoever of any third party's involvement at this stage.
'While the official investigation is still ongoing, we cannot ignore the circumstances as they stand.
'For this reason, we must respectfully but firmly request that our mother not be included in any way in the funeral arrangements being made for Andrew.
'Please do not share photographs of them together. Please do not attend Andrew's service if you were a friend of our mother.
'Fun-loving' family of four found dead in their home as cops confirm chilling reason they were called
'It would be inappropriate for her memory to be associated with a service honouring the man who, based on all available evidence, may have been responsible for her death.
'We ask for understanding, privacy and respect as we continue to grieve and seek justice for our mum.'
Dawn was found lying in front of her house, partly undressed, while Andrew was found hanged from a radiator.
French prosecutors revealed in February: 'A box containing jewellery was found near to her, but no item or weapon which could have caused the injuries were located.'
They also said: 'Mr Searle, who was found hanged… did not show any visible defensive injuries.'
Cash was found in the couple's bedroom and their home appeared to have been 'roughly searched'.
Police also considered the possibility of a hitman linked to Andrew's anti-fraud work in the financial crime sector - or a botched burglary.

Andrew Searle is suspected of killing his wife
His 21-year career at British banks Standard Life and Barclays included spotting accounting irregularities linked to organised crime groups.
Investigators found his mobile device proved 'particularly helpful', after he was spotted making animated calls in previous days.
An investigating source said in February: 'There is a mine of information and recent calls made by Mr Searle which are providing vital clues.'
Andrew and Dawn were labelled by local friends as being a 'popular' and 'happy couple'.
The British expats had been living in Aveyron for five years, according to French prosecutors.

Where is Brookside's Heather Huntington now? Actress Amanda Burton's glittering career revealed

Amanda Burton has become a staple of our television screens over the years, featuring in dozens of popular series Amanda Burton is one of many stars who have beloved soap Brookside to thank for launching her career. ‌ The series, shot in Liverpoool, is returning to our screens through a special crossover episode with Hollyoaks. It helped put the likes of Amanda on the map after she left her native Northern Ireland as a teen in hopes of pursuring an acting career. ‌ Since then, Burton has become a fixture on our television screens throughout the years, appearing in numerous series. She starred prominently in dramas such as Silent Witness and Waterloo Road, and has taken on roles in programmes including Midsomer Murders and more recently the crime series Marcella. ‌ Now 68, she has relished a diverse career and leads a peaceful existence by the seaside on England's south coast in Sussex. However, her life began with a humble start in a small town in Northern Ireland. Born in 1956 as the youngest of four daughters, Amanda was raised in Ballougry on the south-western edges of Derry City, where her family lived adjacent to Ballougry Primary School. Her father, Arthur Burton, worked as a headmaster at the school, which she attended throughout her youth. Her mother, of English heritage, was a descendant of Oscar Wilde. Being the youngest, she was constantly urged to embrace life's possibilities. "I had the most wonderful parents and the most idyllic childhood," she told the Express in 2016. "Both my mum and dad had an incredible zest for life and if that's your blueprint as you grow up, it's the way you tend to live your own life, too." At the tender age of 18, she relocated to England to pursue her studies at Manchester Polytechnic School of Film, TV and Theatre. Shortly after graduating, she joined the cast of Brookside, taking on the role of accountant Heather Huntington. ‌ Heather marked Amanda's debut in television, and she quickly became a fan favourite. The Northern Irish actress graced 143 episodes of the long-standing Channel 4 soap from 1982. Following the breakdown of her marriage, Heather was involved in unforgettable storylines including the death of her second husband Nicholas Black - prompting her to revert to her character's maiden name of Haversham. She bid farewell to the soap after a four-year run in 1986. ‌ After making guest appearances in shows like Inspector Morse and landing a leading role in Peak Practice over a decade, she assumed the main role of Professor Sam Ryan in the popular BBC drama Silent Witness. She remained on the show until 2004, but made a comeback in 2021. Much like her former Brookside co-star Anna Friel, Burton later featured on the detective series Marcella. The actress also played headteacher Karen Fisher in the school-based drama Waterloo Road for 28 episodes. In 1976, Burton tied the knot with theatre technician Jonathan Hartley, whom she met whilst studying at Manchester School of Theatre. They parted ways in 1982. In 1989, she wed professional photographer Sven Arnstein, with whom she had two daughters before their split in 2004. Burton now lives near Brighton - the filming location for her crime drama The Level.

I was on Love Is Blind UK and even got engaged on Netflix show - but here's why you'll NEVER see my romance on screens

A Love Is Blind UK star revealed that they got engaged on the popular Netflix show - however, viewers won't get the chance to witness their connection unfold on screen. The reality dating show returned last week with 15 men and 15 women entering the pods in a bid to find love and get engaged, all before meeting their match in person. Once engaged, the couples then jet off on romantic getaways together, live with one another, and even meet each others' loved ones. However, with so many connections forming, not everyone gets the chance to make it past the initial stages, even if they put a ring on it. During a Love Is Blind season, typically only up to five couples are followed past the early stages. And unfortunately for Ross Millington, 30, he was one of the unlucky ones who were halted from continuing the process. The reality dating show returned last week with 15 men and 15 women entering the pods in a bid to find love and get engaged, all before meeting their match in person After the first episode of the latest series aired, one fan on TikTok discussed Ross' brief appearance on the show. Ross was rarely seen in the pods; however, he was shown chatting with the other male contestants in the men's lounge as he went through the process. Ross, who owned a barber shop at the time the series was being filmed, jumped in on one fan's TikTok video - where they were asking more about him - to clear up why he only appeared on the show briefly. As she pointed him out, Ross noted: 'That was me, I didn't make it to Greece unfortunately. Reveal went well though.' Ross chose not to elaborate any further, but it is safe to assume he got engaged to his match as they made it through to the reveal stage. The comment was later posted on Reddit, and fans of the Netflix show shared their thoughts on producers not airing Ross's connection on TV. One joked: 'Good thing he didn't make it to Greece, as they went to Cyprus.'; 'I counted 2 guys and 2 gals during the "I'm engaged" scenes that had zero screen time.'; And unfortunately for Ross, he was one of the unlucky ones who were halted from continuing the process, as he revealed that he didn't make it to Greece, but his reveal 'went well' 'They are still around during those moments, and I would assume they may have ended up as a couple but were not picked to go to Cyprus.' 'Makes you wonder if their connection was boring/lack of drama to not be picked over Javen and Katisha...' 'I've never understood why they pick some and not the others and then don't edit it down more in post production if necessary.'
