The 28-year-old's wife, Caroline Hjelle, would post on the social media platform TikTok on Friday with a caption that spoke about
'When my MLB husband abandons us on Mother's Day a week after this (video was taken), once I finally found about his affairs and stopped putting up with his abuse, so I've been raising two boys alone,' Hjelle posted.
After Saturday's game which San Francisco beat the Boston Red Sox, 3-2, the relief pitcher wouldn't have a specific comment about the accusations, saying that he and his wife are in the process of finalizing a divorce, according to MLB.com.
'I don't have an official comment right now,' Hjelle said. 'I would like to talk to my agent, my lawyer. This has been something that has been going on for over a year now in terms of our relationship, our divorce, our separation, and everything. I don't have any official comment right now, I just want to talk to the appropriate people to figure out what the steps are.'

'I'm just taking it in stride right now,' Hjelle continued. 'No official comment right now. I feel confident saying that I will have one eventually. I don't have an exact timeline on that, but I would like to actually get with the people that are handling the situation with me and for me before I actually make an official statement.'

Plus, Giants manager Bob Melvin would echo the same sentiments, via ESPN.
'We talked to MLB. At this point, it's in their jurisdiction right now, so I really can't comment on it further,' Melvin said.
It remains to be seen if any action will be taken against Hjelle.

Jaire Alexander's dad reveals the rift behind the Packers exit
Had the Green Bay Packers offered a contract comparable to what Jaire Alexander received from the Baltimore Ravens, the two-time Pro Bowler/Second-Team All-Pro is still rolling with the Cheeseheads. That's what Landis Alexander, Jaire's father, said during a recent appearance on KBN ESPN Milwaukee's Kyle, Brust, & Nortman show. It still seems surreal (or unreal). After seven seasons and some back and forth, Jaire was released by the only NFL team he had ever played for up until that point on June 9. He put pen to paper and agreed to a one-year deal in Baltimore that would pay him up to $6 million with incentives. That arrangement came nine days later. Advertisement The deal is done. Both sides have parted ways. Still, whenever a name as big as the one belonging to Jaire is tied to stories where contract negotiations seemingly spiral, questions are sometimes answered, and those were exactly the questions asked of Jaire's father during a 13-minute chat that has since seen a ton of discussion. Jaire Alexander's father offers some behind-the-scenes access to his son's exit from Green Bay and his arrival in Baltimore. What went wrong? Is it possible cooler heads could have prevailed? What exactly happened? Landis Alexander was gracious in answering all of the questions. In terms of the train veering off its tracks, it sounds like the culprit is what some might expect. Advertisement Jaire's team understood his injury history would impair negotiations, but they still hoped he'd be offered guaranteed money. Green Bay wasn't willing to offer any, and the rest, as they say, is history. Landis believes, based on the contract's structure, that a 'sign and trade' was what The Pack was attempting. He believes his son's teammates wanted to see him back in the fold. He also believes Green Bay believed they had given Jaire so much and that they were disappointed because he wasn't playing very often. "I get that part, but I don't like that narrative that was put out there (saying) we didn't want to take a pay cut. That's just ridiculous because, in business, you have to be available, not half the season. (The signing team wants) you out there. Injuries happen, and he's not able to do that. We get the fact that you don't want to pay ($17 million in guarantees), but we definitely don't want zero." Here's how we make long stories shorter. Often, these conversations come down to money. It was no different in this instance, but there is another twist here. Jaire may have been given some misinformation about his injury. The Ravens visit the Packers in Week 17. Naturally, the guys asked Landis if Jaire has that game circled on his calendar. The response was classy: "No... We love those guys. We love that team. We love that city"... Fair enough... But, something tells us Jaire absolutely has that game vs. his former team circled. How could he not, right? DHS defends viral video of CBP agents detaining undocumented landscaper wielding weed whacker in California
Print Close By Christina Shaw Published June 25, 2025 A video has now gone viral showing a landscaper in Santa Ana appearing to be panicking and swinging a weed whacker before being tackled by CBP officers. The immigration enforcement officers in the video can be seen appearing to tackle and strike Narciso Barranco, a husband and father of three sons who are United States Marines, while he was doing his landscaping job outside an IHOP on Edinger and Ritchey in Santa Ana, CA. The video is sparking outrage as questions are being raised about the alleged use of force by agents and whether Barranco, who is undocumented, was allegedly trying to mow down officers attempting to detain him or simply trying to run away. FAMILY OF MARINE VETERAN ALLEGEDLY SHOT BY ILLEGAL MIGRANT SLAMS DEM DA FOR 'SOFT'-ON-CRIME APPROACH Santa Ana Mayor Valerie Amezcua posted her reaction video on Instagram after seeing what she described as the "horrendous video." "Now, this gentleman is being arrested by ICE agents and all I have to tell you is that I am deeply upset the way they handled our community. The way they are handling our community. This arrest looked so unprofessional and just wrong in so many ways. They are not here to protect us and serve these agents right here are here to hurt us," Amezcua said. The Department of Homeland Security has accused the media of misportraying the incident, writing on X that the man was attempting to run away from law enforcement and allegedly began to swing the weed whacker directly at a border patrol agent's face. FEDERAL AGENTS CAPTURE ALIEN ACCUSED OF RAPE, ASSAULT WHILE LA POLITICIANS CONDEMN ICE OPERATIONS "He ASSAULTED federal law enforcement with a WEED WHACKER. Perhaps the mainstream media would like our officers to stand there and be mowed down instead of defending themselves? What a completely slanted portrayal of what actually happened," the post stated. In a statement to FOX 11, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin claims they took the appropriate steps. "The agents took appropriate action and following their training to use the minimum amount of force necessary to resolve the situation in a manner that prioritizes the safety of the public and our officers," the statement read. However, Immigration Council senior fellow Aaron Reichlin-Melnick said he disagreed about what the video supposedly depicts. "The video shows him vaguely waving a weed whacker at someone far outside his reach, as he runs away from people he says didn't identify themselves or even say anything as they ran at him. That is not assault under any definition of the term. And it doesn't merit BEING BEATEN," Reichlin-Melnick responded in a repost of the video. A GoFundMe set up by Jacqueline Vasquez says the way immigration officials handled Barranco was "disgusting." CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP "He is a good, hard working man. He has raised his family here and has established himself here. What we ALL saw today was disgusting and heart wrenching. Time after time we are seeing stories like this one," it stated. According to the page, Barranco had gone over 24 hours without medical attention and was still wearing the bloody clothes he was detained in. It also states he is in a cell with about 70 people and only receives water once a day. Fox News Digital has reached out to Jacqueline Vasquez for comment. Print Close URL
