Speaking on We Need To Talk podcast last month, Myleene said: "I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony.
"I've made peace with that situation now but for a long time it was very difficult to see their life… not that I would wish that on a family."
This Morning presenter Rochelle risked a feud with fellow ITV star Myleene when she posted a holiday round-up that included a snap of Graham in Ibiza.
She jetted to Ibiza with husband Marvin to celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary with "old friends".
Marvin posed with Myleene's ex at a dinner table, with the men flashing big smiles.
The Saturdays singer, 36, also revealed her close friendship with former bodyguard Graham.
Rochelle told her followers in the caption: "72 hours in Ibiza..sun, sea, belly laughing, questionable dance moves and spicy margs that tasted better than our decisions,
"Our annual non negotiable child free trip with old friends who remind you who you are. Sore heads all round today but ironically my battery feels recharged! Just what I needed, Happy 13 my love @marvinhumes what a way to celebrate."
It comes as Myleene opened up on her messy divorce from Graham who she dated for around six years before having their first child, Ava, in 2007.
Myleene spent her wedding day in 2011 in floods of tears, claiming he stopped her from "planning" a proper celebration.

They separated after she believed he had been cheating, and Myleene, who was worth £11million but hadn't signed a pre-nup, found out he had bought a house in secret.
She said: "They say you don't leave when you leave, you've gone already.
"He'd actually got a house. He had a secret house that he'd bought already.
"You don't just buy a house like that. When that came through I was reeling from it."
She added: "All I will say to you is I've raised my children single-handedly, financially, as a sole parent for 12 years."
Myleene is now engaged to Simon Motson, who she met four and a half years after her divorce.
On Valentine's Day, 2019, the television presenter revealed that she was pregnant with her third child - her first with Simon.
She gave birth to baby boy Apollo on August 1, 2019.
Myleene previously talked about her divorce from Graham in an interview with Woman magazine, where she said she felt "so betrayed and so crushed".

Teddi Mellencamp breaks down in tears asking if cancer diagnosis was 'payback' for her affair
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp finally broke her silence regarding the alleged affair with her horse trainer, Simon Schroeder. While appearing on Tuesday's episode of The Jamie Kern Lima Show podcast, the reality star, 44, opened up about the controversy that made headlines in late 2024. 'I've never talked about it at all, just because of the kids, and I've never wanted anybody to have a guarantee whether it happened or didn't happen,' Mellencamp explained. 'But what I can say is, did I do things that hurt other people? Yes.' As her eyes welled with tears, the mother-of-three reflected on how deeply the situation continues to affect her, without confirming or denying whether the cheating scandal occurred. 'To this day, does it still hurt my heart and I wonder if that's why I got cancer? Yes, like it was my payback,' she said, referencing her ongoing battle with stage 4 cancer after her melanoma spread to her brain and lungs. 'Nothing goes without payment,' she added. 'However long it was … it was all over the press, it was everywhere. You're trying to minimize everybody's pain. You end up maximizing it. Because now not only do you have yourself, you have your significant other, your kids, the other person's significant other, their kids.' Court records confirm that Schroeder's ex-wife, Karli Schroeder, filed for divorce on December 30, 2024, just months after rumors of an affair began circulating. The documents, obtained by People, cited irreconcilable differences and revealed that the couple had remarried on April 14, 2024, after annulling a prior marriage in February. They officially separated on September 22, 2024. The allegations involving Simon emerged while Mellencamp was also going through a difficult period in her personal life. She had filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, Edwin Arroyave, on November 1, 2024, also citing irreconcilable differences. Then, in February 2025, Mellencamp publicly revealed her cancer diagnosis, pausing the divorce proceedings. Despite everything, Mellencamp and Arroyave have remained close and have a amicable co-parenting relationship. The former couple share three children: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5. 'I always knew he'd do the right thing by me,' she said during the podcast. 'If he wanted to, he could still be filing and finishing this divorce off right now. But… it was like, 'Yeah, of course. No, we'll wait. We'll wait until she's better, and then we'll figure it out.' When asked directly about her role in the scandal, Mellencamp didn't shy away from the wreckage left behind. 'So many people are hurt in the wreckage,' she said. 'But I can say this from knowing — the wreckage doesn't happen on its own. It never had happened to me,' she said. She acknowledged she was in a dark place mentally and physically during that period. 'I think I was so broken as a human being during that part of my life that I did things out of my better judgment,' she admitted. 'I was so sick.' Mellencamp revealed she had been experiencing 'severe and debilitating headaches' for months before doctors discovered tumors. 'I was looking for comfort anywhere I can get it. I felt so much pain. I felt so sick. I didn't go to the doctors. I just felt some certain kind of way,' she said. 'The pain was so much that I had gotten to the point of like, almost hating waking up in the morning, which I had never been that kind of person.' Still, she emphasized that illness doesn't excuse her choices. 'I wasn't myself, but I'm not going to blame my alleged actions on the fact that I was sick,' Mellencamp said. 'But I do think a bunch of things happened in my life all around the same time, and I had zero control of any of them. Like I just was running around like a chicken with my head cut off.'

Sharon Horgan breaks her silence on romance with co-star Barry Ward following split from The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess
Sharon Horgan has broken her silence on her rumoured romance with fellow actor and former co-star Barry Ward as she confirmed they are in a relationship. The Bad Sisters creator, 55, split from The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess earlier this year after two years together. She explained that she first met Barry, 44, in 2019 while filming the coming-of-age comedy Dating Amber, where they played a married couple. Sharon later cast the Irish actor as her co-star in the smash-hit Apple TV+ series Bad Sisters - though insists their on-screen reunion wasn't a calculated move. 'We met years ago doing a film together, and then became friendly,' Sharon said. 'And then a good few years later - and this wasn't on purpose, by the way - I cast him in Bad Sisters. Honestly, it wasn't on purpose!' Speaking on the Dinner's On Me podcast with Jesse Tyler Ferguson, she said of their relationship: 'It was unexpected... Being single again at my age is a whole thing.' Sharon Horgan has broken her silence on her rumoured romance with fellow actor and former co-star Barry Ward as she confirmed they are in a relationship (pictured in May) Sharon continued: 'And it just feels like so much fun just to meet someone who you can have a laugh with and connect with. It's surprising.' She also reflected on their nine-year age gap: 'I said ten years for a while, and it freaked me out too much. I don't know why I was rounding up. 'I think initially, I was like, oh, that's exotic - being ten years older. I sort of got off on it. Then I was like, oh no, that's not good.' Speculation that the pair were more than friends first surfaced in March, when Sharon was reportedly spotted visiting Barry on the set of his new drama Trespasses, a 1970s Northern Ireland-set series co-starring Gillian Anderson. Barry - known for his roles in Britannia, The Capture, and Jimmy's Hall - played Garda detective Fergal Loftus in Bad Sisters, a shrewd officer with a complicated love life that including dating Sharon's on-screen sister. Off-screen, insiders claimed their chemistry was hard to miss. 'Everyone around them has commented on their chemistry,' a source told The Sun. 'Sharon and Barry certainly seem to be enjoying spending time together.' Sharon was previously married to property developer Jeremy Rainbird for 14 years. The pair met in 2004, and she fell pregnant just six months later. Their real-life whirlwind inspired Catastrophe, her BAFTA-winning sitcom co-starring Rob Delaney. The couple split in 2019 and share two daughters. Sharon later began dating Tim Burgess, but the relationship ended earlier this year. She has spoken candidly about the toll of divorce - and the freedom that followed. 'There came a point where it was so clear that it wasn't right for either of us,' she said on the How to Fail podcast. 'You get one life, and that's an awful lot of time to spend on something that's not working.' In an interview with Red magazine, she added: 'I feel more in control and more independent. I certainly feel happier than I have been in the last few years.'

Khloe Kardashian accidentally reveals a naughty habit in throwback photo with sister Kim in Italy
Khloe Kardashian accidentally revealed a naughty habit while in Venice from throwback photos shared on Monday. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians veteran was snacking on junk food. The beauty was all made up to the nines with perfect hair and makeup before hitting an event in Italy when she stuck her hand into a bag of Ruffles potato chips. A 1-ounce (28g) serving of Ruffles Original Potato Chips contains approximately 160 calories. The mother-of-two was also in a very tight evening gown with high heels as she sat on a chair next to a bed. With the darling from Calabasas was her mother Kris Jenner and older sister Kim Kardashian. They were at the Gritti Palace Hotel ahead of the wedding of Amazon's founder Jeff Bezos with Lauren Sanchez in Venice on June 26. Celebrities in superyachts sail into Venice for the three-day wedding party of Bezos and Sanchez, despite irate locals who say the UNESCO city is no billionaire's playground. The tech magnate and journalist invited about 200 guests to their multi-million dollar nuptials in the Italian city, which kicked off on June 26. This comes after Khloe talked cancer. Kardashian hid her first melanoma diagnosis from her family following her dad Robert Kardashian's death. Attorney and businessman Robert - who was also father to Kourtney Kardashian, 46, and Kim Kardashian, 44, and Rob Kardashian, 38, whom he had with ex-wife Kris Jenner, 69 - died in September 2003, aged 59, two months after he was diagnosed with cancer in his esophagus, when Khloé was aged 19. Shortly after Robert's sudden death, Khloé found out she had melanoma - the most dangerous type of skin cancer, which is primarily caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun or sunbeds - but she kept it a secret because she 'didn't want to worry anyone' amidst her family's grief. Speaking on the latest episode of her Khloé in Wonderland podcast, the media personality recalled: 'My first bout of skin cancer, I was 19 years old. When you're 19, you don't really think about how scary things can be, so I don't remember a lot. 'I know my dad died when I was 19 of esophageal cancer, and then months later, I found out I had skin cancer on my back. 'I literally didn't even tell my family because I knew I just had to get this removed, and I'll be fine. 'I knew I was fine. Cancer is a really scary word. I was also 19, and you're nuts at 19 years old. 'I literally drove myself to the doctor, got all this skin removed, and that was it. [I] didn't think much about it.' In October 2022, Khloé noticed she had a 'bump' on her face, and she initially thought it was 'cystic acne'. The Kardashians star recounted: 'I was convinced it was that cystic pimple. It would not go away. I was trying to pick it, all these things. 'I think I messed around with it for over a year. I got facials. I would ask this person, that person, no one thought it was weird, it was my same skin color. 'I do have a lot of beauty marks all over me, but they're brown. So I was like, 'Gosh, maybe this is a skin color mole.' I didn't know what it was.' Khloé got a biopsy to check it out before it turned out to be melanoma again. She added: 'So we cut it out, and within days they found out it was melanoma. I sent it to my other dermatologist, they analyzed it, because it's on my face … where my cheek line is, they have to remove the tumor that's there. You also have to take enough skin, like healthy skin, around it to make sure the cells didn't spread.' And Khloé got a 'family friend' - who is a plastic surgeon - to treat it. She said: 'He removed the tumor, and the scary part is you don't know how much they need to remove until they start cutting into you. They think they're getting all the borders, but then they have to test it. 'We did it. Everything was perfect. He got all they needed the first time. So now I don't have skin cancer.'
