Dune Awakening Patch 1.1.10.00 out now; here's everything you need to know about the major update to the multiplayer title
Dune Awakening is based on the characters and universe created by Frank Herbert during the 1960s, with the original Dune novel first published in 1965. Frank Herbert would write five sequels to the science fiction phenomenon prior to his death, with his final novel, Chapterhouse: Dune, releasing in 1985.
Dune Awakening comes on the heels of Denis Villeneuve's acclaimed duology of films that adapted the original novel. The game's new patch introduces a number of quality-of-life improvements to the title, although some of the fandom's complaints about the endgame may go unaddressed.
Dune Awakening Patch 1.1.10.00 fixes exploits and rebalances the game
The servers are now coming back online and patch notes for 1.1.10.0 are available.https://t.co/d54WJe3RnzRemember to restart your Steam client if the download does not appear! https://t.co/fGLjilm9vU
Dune Awakening's new patch adjusts the difficulty of certain missions and activities, smoothens out vehicle interactions, and fixes numerous exploits that had the potential to be game breakers.
The exact details of Dune Awakening's patch changes are as follows:
Sandworms will now linger on recently harvested spice fields.
Hagga Basin has reduced the frequency of Harkonnen attacks on select Atriedes bases, and vice versa.
The 'Play Now' option from the main menu will filter out private servers.
Activating streamer mode will hide certain details from public view, such as the map creator's name if the streamer is creating a sinkchart. Streamer mode will also conceal the sector name in Deep Desert.
Items traded on the exchange can be directly transferred to the Ornithopter's vehicle inventory.
Vehicle interaction has been smoothed out, making it easier to enter vehicles from different angles.
Several vulnerabilities that could increase combat damage have been closed.
Several exploits have been fixed, including: repairing items to full durability, duplicating resources, and unauthorized vehicles passing through Pentashields.
Dune Awakening still has endgame issues

While these patch notes will be a welcome development for the Dune Awakening player base, these updates still don't fully address several endgame concerns that have been brought up. These include griefing incidents where players have landed their own Ornithopters on those of other players to prevent them from farming resources.

How to disable Adaptive Triggers in Battlefield 6?
(Image via Battlefield Studios) If you've ever been mid-gunfight in Battlefield 6 and felt like your trigger finger just hit leg day, you've experienced adaptive triggers in action. On PS5, these haptic features add resistance for immersion, but sometimes, that split-second delay can cost you the match. If you want to get the best reaction times possible, then here's how you can turn it off. How to Turn Off Adaptive Triggers on PS5? Battlefield 6 doesn't hide this setting, but it's tucked away in your console menus, not the in-game settings. Head to PS5 Settings (from your console's main menu, not the game). Scroll to Accessibility → Controllers . Find Trigger Effect Intensity and set it to Off . Boom. No more unexpected resistance when firing. Now your L2/R2 will feel feather-light and ready for action. Battlefield 6 Beta How To Turn Off Adaptive Triggers PS5/PC Ultimate Guide! How to Turn Off Adaptive Triggers on PC? Even if you're using a PS5 controller on PC, adaptive triggers can still kick in. You'll have to tweak Steam settings. Here's the fastest route to turn them off: Open Steam → click Steam in the top-left → Settings . Go to Controller → enable Steam Input for PlayStation Controllers. Connect your controller via USB or Bluetooth. In your Steam Library , right-click Battlefield 6 → Properties . Under Controller, set ' Override for Battlefield 6 ' to Enable Steam Input. If you still feel resistance, head back to Steam's Controller settings, edit the layout, and turn off any trigger force/intensity options. Once saved, your triggers will respond instantly. No more mid-gunfight tension. Should You Actually Turn Off Adaptive Triggers in Battlefield 6? Adaptive triggers are cool for single-player moments where pulling the trigger of a sniper rifle feels weighty and satisfying. But in competitive Battlefield 6 matches? That millisecond of resistance can be the difference between clutching a kill or watching the respawn screen. Most pros prefer the instant response of regular triggers for faster shooting and aiming. If you want the smoothest possible trigger action, turning them off is a two-minute job and might just win you your next firefight. These steps will give you back that instant trigger pull. Try it for a few matches, and you might notice a big difference in your performance. Catch Rani Rampal's inspiring story on Game On, Episode 4. Watch Here!
