Caitlyn Jenner attends son Brody's Malibu wedding nearly 2 weeks after death of close friend Sophia Hutchins
The former Olympian was one of several guests who witnessed the 'Hills' alum and the pro surfer tie the knot in a romantic ceremony at Brody's mom Linda Thompson's home in Malibu, Calif., on Saturday, according to TMZ.
The outlet reported that around 60 to 70 guests were present for the nuptials.
Caitlyn, 75, welcomed Brody, 41, and son Brandon Jenner, 44, with her second ex-wife, Thompson, also 75.
The Olympic gold medalist also shares son Burt Jenner, 46, and daughter Cassandra Marino, 45, with her first wife, Chrystie Scott; and daughters Kendall Jenner, 29, and Kylie Jenner, 27, with her third ex-wife, Kris Jenner.
Brody and Caitlyn have had a strained relationship over the years.
In January, the 'Bromance' alum revealed he received a 'real, sincere apology' from Caitlyn for allegedly abandoning him during his fame with the Kardashians.
'It was the first time in my life that I've ever gotten an apology. You know, 'I'm sorry for not being there,'' Brody shared on 'Special Forces: World's Toughest Test' at the time.
Caitlyn's appearance at Brody's wedding came nearly two weeks after Hutchins died in an ATV crash on July 2. She was 29.
Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department recently told the Daily Mail that Hutchins 'may have been speeding' when she 'rear-ended the other car, the other party, and then that caused her to veer to the right and go off the cliff.'
The impact catapulted Hutchins and the ATV down a 350-foot ravine.
On July 3, Caitlyn stepped out for a coffee run in Malibu and broke her silence regarding her pal's tragic death.
The former 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star told the Daily Mail she was going through 'tough times' and didn't 'want to talk.'
Caitlyn and Hutchins met via their hairstylists in 2015.

Hank Aaron's family reacts to memorable tribute at 2025 MLB All-Star Game
The tribute to 'Hammerin' Hank' Aaron's iconic 715th home run at Tuesday night's MLB All-Star Game was one to remember. Channel 2's Karyn Greer spoke to Aaron's granddaughter about what that legendary moment meant to her and her family. 'It's actually incredible. I had, I did not expect that,' Emily Haydel said. She was not even born when her grandfather changed the face of baseball. But Tuesday night's special tribute made her and thousands of others feel like they were there. 'It modernized the moment for people who weren't as aware of it because they weren't alive and or weren't in attendance. It's just a great way to remind people of my granddad, who I know would have loved to be here at the All-Star game here in Atlanta. So it was a very touching moment for sure,' she said. [DOWNLOAD: Free WSB-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] Chances are that some people won't remember the score of the All-Star Game or who won in the end. They will talk about that pyrotechnic shot off home plate that traced Aaron's iconic record-breaking home run. 'The part at the end when he was like, you know, 'I want to be remembered as a great baseball player, but I want to be known as an even better human being.' And that was what got me, and is getting me right now. But that moment, I think, like encapsulated who he was as a person. Greer also spoke with Aaron's widow, Billye Suber Aaron. She Cringed at Couples Calling Each Other ‘Mom' and ‘Dad' Until Her Toddler Made Her Understand Why
Before having kids, Analiese Maldonado always found it a little strange when couples addressed each other as 'Mom' and 'Dad.' 'I couldn't imagine talking to my husband and saying, 'Daddy, what should we do for dinner tonight?'' Maldonado, 31, tells with a mock shudder. Then her 14-month-old son, Anthony, began wandering through their South Carolina house, calling for 'Babe,' otherwise known as his father, Roberto — and suddenly Maldonado got it. Once your toddler starts repeating everything you say, Maldonado realized it's only natural to start referring to your partner by the name your child knows. 'Babe! Babe! Babe!' Anthony says in a now-viral TikTok video, as he looks around for his dad. It seems toddlers calling their parents by affectionate nicknames is a charming and common milestone. "My daughter called me babe before she called me mom lol." "Our daughter called her dad Honey for 3 yrs." "my cousin is in his 40s and still calls his mom darling because that how his dad called her." "My son calls my husband 'baby' full time." "My sister's son calls his dad 'sugar.'" "My kids call my husband babe even in the most serious situations and it's really funny." As a physical therapist who often works with elderly clients, Maldonado often asks routine questions only to hear a patient call out, 'Hey, Mom, what's the name of my primary care physician? Perhaps they, too, learned early on the power of pet names around little ones. "It makes sense to me now!" she says, with a laugh. This article was originally published on Solve the daily Crossword

Taylor Swift's Dad Is Recovering From Heart Surgery: Reports
Taylor Swift's father is recovering after recently undergoing major heart surgery, according to multiple reports. Scott Swift, 73, had quintuple bypass surgery just over a month ago and is doing 'fantastic,' a rep for his musician daughter told Billboard. His children, Taylor and Austin, and their mother, Andrea, have been with him throughout his entire surgery and recovery process, TMZ and People also reported. The reports state that he underwent the procedure ― which creates a new path for blood to go around a blocked artery ― due to concerns from his doctor, not because of a heart attack. A rep for Taylor did not immediately return requests for comment. The 'Tortured Poets Department' singer has spoken in the past about her parents' health, revealing in a 2019 essay for Elle that both of her parents had been diagnosed with cancer. 'Both of my parents have had cancer, and my mom is now fighting her battle with it again,' she wrote. 'It's taught me that there are real problems and then there's everything else. My mom's cancer is a real problem. I used to be so anxious about daily ups and downs. I give all of my worry, stress, and prayers to real problems now.' Scott notably appeared in the 2020 Netflix documentary about his pop star daughter, 'Miss Americana.' He featured in one of the film's most talked-about scenes sparring with Taylor over her desire to speak out against now-Sen. Marsha Blackburn, the Republican who ran for Tennessee's Senate seat in 2018. He's also appeared alongside her at Kansas City Chiefs games, which Taylor has attended in support of her tight end boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Related...
