‘American Idol' finale on May 18: Meet the final 3 contestants - How to watch, stream, and vote
The search for the next American Idol comes to an end on May 18, as the Season 23 finale airs live at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on ABC. The final three contestants — Breanna Nix, John Foster, and Jamal Roberts — are set to compete one last time for the coveted title, following weeks of high-stakes performances and eliminations.
Before tonight's finale, the Top 3 returned to their hometowns for special visits, a tradition that adds a personal touch to the final stretch. Now, they'll take the stage with everything on the line, joined by the Top 14 contestants for what promises to be a dazzling final showcase.
Disney magic & Lin-Manuel Miranda's mentorship
The lead-up to the finale included two back-to-back Disney-themed episodes, which helped narrow the competition from seven to three. Last week, Broadway icon Lin-Manuel Miranda lent his expertise to help guide the finalists' performances — a key moment that shaped their paths to the finale.
This year's finale promises a jam-packed lineup of musical guests, with performances from The Goo Goo Dolls, Good Charlotte, Jessica Simpson, Jelly Roll, Patti LaBelle, Salt-N-Pepa, Jennifer Holliday, Josh Groban, Brandon Lake, Myles Smith, and Kirk Franklin.
In addition, the judges themselves — Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, and Lionel Richie — will step out from behind the panel and onto the stage for special performances of their own.
Fans will be able to vote in real time to help determine this season's winner. Voting is open during the live show and can be done in three ways: Online at AmericanIdol.com/Vote
Through the American Idol app (available on iOS and Android)
Via SMS text message on supported mobile devices
Tune in to the Season 23 finale on ABC or stream it the next day on Hulu. Viewers will find out who among Breanna, John, and Jamal will be crowned the next American Idol.

The 'Flowers' hitmaker admitted she penned the emotional track 'Take Me Along' from her 2010 album 'Can't Be Tamed' during the aftermath of their split. CM Punk to Charlotte Flair: 7 wrestlers missing from the WWE Money in the Bank 2025 list
WWE Money in the Bank (MITB) is back. John Cena and Cody Rhodes will be in a massive tag team as part of the show and a Women's Intercontinental Championship between Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria has also been announced apart from the traditional ladder matches. Despite these progresses, a couple of key names seem to be missing from the roll of players who will have a shot at grabbing the briefcase on top of the ring. CM Punk Perhaps the biggest shocker for MITB fans came when WWE legend CM Punk was missing from the list of those scheduled to compete. Punk's decades-long feud with Seth Rollins could be a potential contributing factor to this, although no confirmation has been provided for the same. Sami Zayn Sami Zayn's defeat in Saturday Night's Main Event has led to him being kicked out of the MITB championship this year. However, his creative team's claims of preparing him for something much bigger leave room open for Zayn to be part of a tag team against Seth Rollins' faction at SummerSlam. Charlotte Flair Although there are no personal feuds pending to Charlotte Flair's name, her loss at the qualifying match on the blue brand and dearth of matches in the ring have left MITB out of her plans this year. Jacob Fatu United States breakout champion Jacob Fatu has things going as well as they could be. His work on the blue brand and recent performance left many puzzled as to why Fatu was left off the roll for no reason but he doesn't seem to be in any urgent need of MITB fame as well. Finn Balor Finn Balor lost his qualifying match to Seth Rollins. Despite his numerous television appearances, the industry still hasn't granted him sufficient premium live event opportunities. Fans are still hopeful of the possibility that WWE might include Balor in the SummerSlam. Liv Morgan As one-half of the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions, Liv Morgan's absence from MITB seems to stem from her Judgement Day drama. Reports suggest that the possibility of Dominik Mysterio betraying her to partner up with Roxanne Perez is not off the table. Morgan is scheduled for a feud against Iyo Sky soon. Jade Cargill A feud with Naomi and Tiffany Stratton and a loss in the qualifying match against the former seems to have put MITB out of Jade Cargill's cards. Her return at Elimination Chamber 2025 and a blue brand moment at WrestleMania were recent successes in Cargill's career. Many speculate that she may still be present at the MITB match to lower Naomi's chances of winning. The championship is scheduled to take place on Saturday (June 7) at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California at 7:00 PM ET (4:00 PM PT).

5 enterable buildings GTA 6 must have (that GTA 5 didn't)
(Image via Rockstar Games) GTA 6 is shaping up to be the most ambitious open-world game ever. From Vice City's neon glow to Leonida's swamps, everything feels more alive and more explorable. But one thing that could truly set it apart? More enterable buildings. GTA 5 had a massive map, but most buildings were just pretty props. GTA 6 has a chance to fix that. Here are five buildings we need to enter in GTA 6, because GTA 5 didn't let us. 1. Courthouse Lucia wears an ankle monitor in early scenes. Clearly, she's been through the system. But we never get to see that system up close. GTA 6 could finally give us enterable courthouses where you witness trials, manipulate outcomes, or... break someone out mid-hearing. Rockstar loves satire, and a corrupt, bureaucratic courthouse is ripe for it. GTA 6 Needs Food & Restaurants... GTA 5 Has None #gta6 2. Fast Food Joints Remember Cluckin' Bell? Or Up-n-Atom Burger? In GTA 5, you could see them everywhere, but never step inside. The last GTA game that actually let you visit fast food joints was GTA San Andreas. GTA 6 needs to change that. Imagine walking in, ordering food, starting fights, or even running a racket from the backroom. With Rockstar's detailed interiors and roleplay-friendly systems, these places could be more than background, they could be missions waiting to happen. 3. Hospitals In GTA 5, hospitals were mostly respawn points. GTA 6 could turn them into active gameplay zones for rescue missions, organ trafficking plots, or even missions where you pretend to be a patient. Dark? Sure. But classic GTA material. 4. Police Station Interiors (Fully Functional) We've seen glimpses of raids and corrupt cops in Trailer 2. So why not let us enter the police station, not just during missions, but anytime? Think interrogations, evidence tampering, jail breaks, or just eavesdropping on dirty deals. Adds depth to the 'cat-and-mouse' vibe between cops and our leads. Will the Vice City North Point Mall Return in GTA 6 #gta6 5. Shopping Malls Vice City = Miami vibes. And what screams 'Florida' louder than over-the-top malls? GTA 6 could use these spaces for everything from drug drops to TikTok-influencer chaos. Plus, imagine chases through escalators, food courts, and neon-lit corridors. Malls are built for mayhem. GTA 6 already feels like a world you can live in. But if Rockstar really wants to push immersion, enterable buildings are the key. Not just for exploration, but for storytelling. These six buildings could unlock new gameplay, richer missions, and the kind of chaos that only GTA can deliver.
