Explaining the process, he said, 'You take the lawn over here [pointing to the side of his head] and you put it on the dry spot.' 'I can't control a genetic problem. But I try to fix it,' Cena said, noting that he won't reveal the clinic that performed the surgery until he sees the final results. 'Once it gets better and I've got the long flowing locks, I'll be like, 'Yo, go to this guy.''
