Hailey Bieber Dodged Justin Bieber Divorce Rumors After Giving Birth

Cosmopolitan23-07-2025
Though Justin Bieber dropped several songs dedicated to his longtime love, Hailey Bieber, on his seventh album SWAG, the couple can't seem to shake off breakup rumors. In a new interview with Vogue Italia, Hailey opened up about her postpartum journey and how she has to 'constantly' dodge false narratives that she and the 'GO BABY' singer are headed toward divorce.
The Rhode founder admitted that after giving birth to their son, Jack Blues Bieber, was 'the most delicate period I've ever been through in my life' and that 'learning to live with a new version' of herself was 'very difficult.'
She then addressed the divorce speculation head-on, saying, 'And having to do all this while constantly reading falsehoods on the internet like 'They're getting divorced' or 'They're no longer happy together' is something that really drives you crazy. I'm not even sure I can explain it. It's a crazy life.'
Of course, she insisted that the online chatter 'isn't true' and said that she 'has a real life.' 'It's the one I share with my wonderful family, with my friends, with the people who know me and love me,' she shared.
This isn't the first time Hailey has defended her and Justin's marriage on the frontlines. During her May 2025 Vogue cover story, she said, 'I feel like I've fought so hard to try to get people to understand me, or know who I am, or see me for me. And people just don't want to sometimes.'
She continued, 'And there's nothing you can do about that. I've been in a position where I've tried to tell my side of a story or correct a narrative or tell the truth of a lie and then they go, Well, she's lying. Imagine how trapping that feels.'
Ahead of SWAG's release, an insider told Us Weekly that tensions were high between the couple. 'Justin's going through a difficult time, and Hailey is giving him room to get himself back on track. He's doing his best, but it's tough,' they said, adding, 'Things have been very tense in the last month. Hailey's worried about Justin, especially with a [baby at home]. He hasn't been down like this in quite some time, so there's concern.'
Even through the alleged rift, the source shared that chances of the couple splitting up 'are very slim, especially because of their faith' and that 'they believe they are soulmates and meant for each other. They'll do anything to make it work. He's a loose cannon, and Hailey's making room for that. They are going to get through it.'

Coco Gauff and Jalen Sera Share New Vacation Photos After Making Their 2-Year Relationship Public

THE RUNDOWN Tennis star Coco Gauff is just 21 years old, and she's already won major titles across the world, including the 2023 U.S. Open. Last year, she defended the title against Emma Navarro, narrowly losing in the fourth match. Gauff's career, however, is just beginning and there's no doubt she'll be back to play—and win—again. But what is Gauff's life like off the court? Fans have been curious about her romantic life for a while. She often dropped hints about a 'boyfriend,' but it wasn't until June 2025 that she confirmed she has been with artist Jalen Sera for two years. Leading up to that point, the rumored couple was often seen together and frequently commented on one another's social media posts. In a November 2023 interview with the Tennis Channel, Gauff hinted her relationship was serious, sharing the infinity necklace Sera gave her. 'My boyfriend gave this to me,' she said. 'I'm sure a lot of relationships look up to that symbol [of infinity], so I'm not going to explain that.' Here's everything to know about Sera and Gauff and their relationship so far. Sera is an artist from Atlanta who seems to be creative in myriad ways. He does not post frequently on Instagram, but many of his videos are of him playing guitar. He has an IMDB profile and some acting credits. His bio says he was born in Durham, North Carolina, in 2022. He also has a twin named Terence. In a 2024 cover story interview with Vogue, Gauff talked about dating an artist rather than an athlete. 'Some people thought it was someone in tennis and that couldn't be further from the truth,' she shared. 'He's a very nice guy. He's in school about to apply for music school. He wants to be an actor, and he plays the guitar.' Gauff mentioned in a 2024 Time interview that she had been with someone for about a year, saying she wouldn't reveal his name. She added that he was also from Atlanta and not famous. 'This is my first real relationship,' she explained. 'To just have someone to talk to who is not involved in tennis at all gives me a fresh perspective.' Gauff's mother, Candi, shared she had actually taught her daughter's future boyfriend when he was in the fourth grade, so they have potentially known one another for quite a long time. 'My mom always said, if they're bad in school, they're probably bad as adults,' Candi joked. 'He's always been a smart, nice kid.' It seems like they were already close when she won the U.S. Open in 2023. After her victory there, Gauff told reporters that she felt she lost a year earlier because she was thinking too much about the trophy. 'Honestly, I didn't have any of those visions [of winning] 'till last night,' she said. 'You know, I thought about it, but I told myself to get it out of my head, because that's what I did at French. I was envisioning, you know, what would happen if I would win. I think I wanted it too much.' She continued, 'Last night, I started a little bit, but honestly, I just called my boyfriend, and I told him, 'Let's talk until it's time to go to sleep,' so we spoke until 1:00 A.M. and then I went to sleep.' It seems like Sera was in Rome with Gauff for the Italian Open in 2024. She shared a look from one night out, writing, 'POV: I'm your dinner date.' Sera then commented, 'Nights like this… nights like this.' She replied, '@jalensera rewind buttons should exist.' On a carousel of photos in which she modeled a look from New Balance, he hyped her up with one word: 'Icy!' Gauff shared a sweet photo from a day in the park that looks like it was taken by Sera, but it included his twin brother, Terence. Over the image she wrote,'Happy birthday, @jalensera, @iamterencejt 22!!' He reshared it in his Stories, writing,'This was a great day. Thank you, thank you, thank you.' In March 2025, Sera reacted to Gauff's glamorous yellow Miu Miu Oscars look by resharing a photo of her on his Instagram Stories with the caption, 'Regal 💫,' per Us Weekly. He followed up with another Story calling her 'THE star,' adding, 'Like come on man.' In May 2025, Sera publicly cheered Gauff on after her three-set semifinal victory over Qinwen Zheng at the Italian Open. He reposted her Instagram to his Stories, writing, 'Warrior.' In June 2025, Gauff confirmed her relationship with Sera during a BOSE promotional video shoot. In the clip, she listened to an audio message from him that said, 'Just wanted to say you're the absolute coolest person ever. I'm so proud of you. You're doing great and I love you.' It left her smiling. 'That's my boyfriend, and today's actually our two-year anniversary,' she said. A few days later, Gauff shared a photo carousel from her time at home in Atlanta after winning the French Open. She included a mirror selfie with Sera and a group shot with friends. In July 2025, Gauff and Sera attended Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour stop in Atlanta. Gauff embraced the Western theme with a cowgirl-inspired look, which she shared on Instagram. Sera commented 'Bang!' on the post, and shared his own video from the show on his Instagram Stories. After an early exit from Wimbledon later in July, Gauff relaxed with Sera during a canoe trip in Florida. She posted an Instagram from the getaway with the caption, 'just a floridian pisces in her natural habitat 🧜🏾‍♀️✨,' and Sera shared his own carousel of photos captioned, 'Flori flora.'

How to Master the Watercolor Blush Trend (No MFA Required)

Soft, blurred, and beautifully diffused, watercolor blush is the painterly flush that's quietly stealing the spotlight. Its defining feature? A wash of color with no harsh lines in sight. 'The watercolor blush is a soft soft veil of product applied to the cheeks,' celebrity makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez tells Vogue, who's etherial makeup aesthetic is often inspired by Alberto Vargas's watercolor pin-up girls. 'Think of the finish as the difference between oil paint (opaque) and watercolors (diffused and buildable). You can't see where the application of watercolor blush starts or ends, because it melts into the skin with no detectable edges.' Gonzalez is known to paint this ethereal look on the likes of Sabrina Carpenter and Gigi Hadid, though Kendall Jenner, Simone Ashley, Dua Lipa, Lily Rose Depp, and more seem to be watercolor blush enthusiasts, too. Quite literally mimicking the effect of watercolor paint on paper, pro makeup artist Kasey Spickard equates its rise in popularity to beauty's shift towards skincare-makeup hybrids as another take on a natural flush—perhaps even a reactionary response to the heavy matte makeup of the 2010s. 'This blush trend is super dreamy, emphasizing a soft wash of color to the cheeks' Spickard tells. 'We're seeing the watercolor blush trend as we continue to see this skin forward, soft focus ethereal makeup continue to dominate the beauty space.' Vogue's Favorite Watercolor Blushes Of course, the right products help—semi-sheer balms, blendable creams, and barely-there watery tints taking the market by storm in 2025 so far, all lend themselves to that painterly effect. But the secret to getting the watercolor effect right isn't just what you use—it's how you apply it. So no, you can't just slap it on and go. Deep breaths—it's easier than it sounds. 'There's a few ways you can approach it,' Gonzalez begins. If you're going in with your favorite liquid blush on bare skin, she recommends dotting a small amount onto each cheek with your fingers, then blending outward with care—paying special attention to blur the edges. For the full glam set who want to finish their look with a fresh flush, Gonzalez advises starting with your usual blush placement, then giving a good 'buff, buff, buff' with a brush. Then, 'using a drop of concealer—and I mean a drop—you can place it on the back of your hand, tapping the brush into it. Then, gently buff around the edges of your blush, feathering away edges,' she explains. If you've already applied foundation, you can use whatever product is left on your complexion brush to do the same. Best of all, the magic of this technique? It works with any blush formula. When Gonzalez is pressed for time, she simply repeats the same soft-blend method using her go-to powder pick—and voilà, a flush that looks effortlessly romantic, never overdone. Spickard, on the other hand, channels the soft-focus elegance of a true watercolor painting—applying blush with the same principle artists swear by: light to dark, always in intentional layers. 'I start by applying a faint wash in a light shade of blush all over the cheeks, up the cheekbones, and across the nose—I stipple the product on with a dense blush brush, and diffuse with a damp beauty blender,' says Spickard. Once the base is set, he adds a deeper pop of color to the apples of the cheeks for dimension and depth. Ready to try the look yourself? Below, an edit of Vogue's favorite watercolor blushes. Are Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton Married?

Zawe Ashton is clearing up any speculation surrounding her marital status with her longtime love, Tom Hiddleston. As she stepped in as a guest host for the BBC's Miss Me? podcast amid Lily Allen's absence on July 31, Zawe got candid about whether she's married to Tom after she referred to him as her husband during a previous interview. 'We've been engaged for a long time, and I think there have been publications that have named us husband and wife already,' she explained, sharing that their family members awkwardly confronted them about a wedding that never happened. She continued, 'There's some toxic paragraphs that were thrown my way like, 'Okay, no invite, whatever.' It's like, 'No, no, no, it didn't happen.' We didn't do it in secret. It's just like a semantic thing.' Her clarification comes after she referred to Tom as her husband during an interview with Vogue ahead of The Life of Chuck premiere at SXSW London in June. During that same interview, she revealed that she and Tom were expecting their second child together. (They welcomed their first child in October 2022.) According to The Marvels star, she and Tom actually call each other husband and wife in private (despite only being engaged), so it's understandably why she'd slip up in a conversation about him. And in case you were wondering, the couple is in no rush to tie the knot. Per Zawe, she considers their engagement a sort of 'training period' for marriage, which she finds 'scary.' 'People kind of rush through engagement, and I'm like, 'Engagement is really useful.' Why is everyone like, 'I'm getting engaged to get married?'' she told Lily's co-host, Miquita Oliver. 'Be engaged. Work things out. Because that's like a big— that's a big yes that opens up a whole new tapestry of understanding between you, between you and each other's families, because you are saying yes to each other's [families].' Zawe added, 'So, I've loved engagement, because you're learning. You're like, 'What is this yes gonna be later?' This is like a notch up from just being partners, boyfriend and girlfriend.' Married or not, we simply love to see this super couple winning.
