"Although our stories were heightened, one common theme was that most of our patients ended up in the ER because they ignored something until it became emergent.
"This is called reactive care, and unfortunately, it is all too common in our current healthcare system, leading to poor health outcomes for many diagnosed conditions.

"I've been trying to become more PROactive in my day-to-day life. So, when @nilababy mentioned that @prenuvo offers private full-body MRI scans, I was all in."
He continued to discuss the benefits of the full-body scans, before jokingly adding: "I am now armed with the knowledge I need to advocate for the best care possible. Oh, and did I mention that you can watch Netflix while you're in the MRI machine?".
"So guess what show they put on for me!" he quipped, winking at Virgin River.

Excited fans stormed the Instagram comments section to praise Ben's previous series, Code Black, reports the Mirror US.
One fan gushed: "One of my fave shows. It was such a shame it only had 3 seasons."

Another shared their rewatching experience, writing: "I just re watched Code Black, loved it! Can't believe it only lasted 3 seasons xx."
A third fan recounted a serendipitous moment related to the show, mentioning: "Currently doing a re-watch of Code Black with my husband. Such a great show. Creepily enough I just started a sentence with 'Savertti would...' opened the app and this was the first post I saw. I think that's going to be enough internet for today..."
"Loooved Code Black!" one wrote, as another echoed: "Code Black was so intense, I loved every second of the show!"
Virgin River is available to watch now, exclusively on Netflix. Code Black is available to stream via Amazon Prime Video in the US and via Disney Plus and Paramount Plus in the UK.

ITV showing 'best ever' James Bond film starring Daniel Craig tonight

Daniel Craig stars as James Bond in the 2006 film Casino Royale which ITV will be showing tonight from 8pm Deciding on the next film or TV show to watch can often be a daunting and time-consuming task. In this digital age, countless hours are wasted scrolling through Netflix and Amazon Prime, given the overwhelming array of choices. Considering this, coupled with the escalating subscription costs, many opt to abandon these platforms and return to traditional terrestrial TV. ‌ Despite Netflix's reputation for showcasing major blockbusters, it's ITV that will be broadcasting one of the finest films of recent decades - and it's absolutely free to view. ‌ There's arguably no spy film series that surpasses James Bond in terms of action, charisma, and quintessential British humour. The franchise has become emblematic of British identity. Regardless of whether your preferred 007 is Sean Connery, Roger Moore or Pierce Brosnan, every fan was captivated by Daniel Craig's arrival as the films took on a more realistic, gritty, and darker tone compared to their light-hearted (and occasionally exaggerated) predecessors, reports the Express. Bond enthusiasts are in for another treat as his iconic debut, Casino Royale, widely regarded as one of the best Bond films ever made, will be available to watch on ITV tonight, free of charge. Scheduled to air from 8pm until 10.40pm, the film, based on Ian Fleming's inaugural Bond book, follows a newly-licensed 007 tasked with bankrupting a terrorist financier known as Le Chiffre during a high-stakes poker game at Casino Royale. The ensuing narrative is a thrilling, action-filled plot culminating in a spectacular finale set in Venice and the Italian lakes. ‌ The film was a resounding success, earning an impressive 94% on Rotten Tomatoes and ranking fourth in the franchise, the highest rating for a Bond film not featuring Sean Connery. One satisfied viewer left a five-star Google Review, echoing the critic's sentiments: "A James Bond masterpiece... Casino Royale could hold the title of being the greatest James Bond film ever made!". "Like the 'Vesper Martini' it invents, the film is a rich, flavourful, and perfectly measured concoction that brings together every single right ingredient into a work of greatness!". Another viewer hailed it as the best film they had ever seen, commenting: "I've seen plenty of films of different types and genres, so this certainly isn't an 'apples-to-apples' comparison but nonetheless, Casino Royale is one of, if not, the greatest film I've seen in my life. "Daniel Craig begins his Bond franchise with a bang and as an incredible lead, obviously, but still, what truly makes this movie the most outstanding is all the other actors in combination."

I never expected my one-night stand to pursue me after our casual fling

On our first date, John* hit every possible green flag like my attraction was a video game he'd already mastered. For starters, he picked me up before dinner, was easy to talk to or sit in silence with, and focused on every word that came out of my mouth in a way that made me want to kiss him. The thing is, I'd already done the latter with him – and then some. Five months earlier, to be exact. Our paths had first crossed as two anonymous torsos among many on Grindr in December 2024. On a fateful Christmas evening, John and I made plans to hook up. The online conversation was brief because our nudes did most of the talking. He was lucky because my family and I had stopped celebrating the holidays so I was home alone, while he was going to sneak away from visiting his mother. After the deed was done, he stayed for a couple of hours before he went back home. Although John and I had a nice connection, I didn't expect our chemistry to snowball into anything significant after he left my flat, especially because he was just visiting town from Los Angeles. Unexpectedly, John followed me on Instagram the next day. With thousands of members from all over the world, our vibrant LGBTQ+ WhatsApp channel is a hub for all the latest news and important issues that face the LGBTQ+ community. Simply click on this link, select 'Join Chat' and you're in! Don't forget to turn on notifications! For a moment, I considered leaving him as just another ghost of hookups past. He'd be one of the lucky men who'd had my body and now lived silently among the viewers of my Stories. But for whatever reason — call it love at first lust — I followed him back. John spent the next few months proving to me that silence wasn't his MO – he praised the articles I shared and replied with horny emojis to my gym selfies. He wasn't jaded at all, just a man who knew what he wanted and wasn't afraid to show his fondness, even when I played it cool. While Instagram might encourage us to live as absent spectators in our friends' lives, it allowed John and I to learn enough about each other to form a deep connection that might not have been possible otherwise. Deep enough, at least, that John messaged five months after first meeting to say he was returning to take me on a formal date. By this point, I had merely been responding to all his messages while he took more initiative to sustain communication. I was intrigued by the invitation. John took me to which was his favourite restaurant, and the waitress immediately perked up when she saw him. A good sign. We sat side by side in a booth, and things took a turn when I started to tap into feelings for him I didn't even know I had. Even though we couldn't be more different on paper (he has a kid, is older than I am, and works in Hollywood, while I'm tied to my family's business in construction), none of it felt like a problem except living in different cities. Our effortless banter made me think about all the effort we'd need to put in to make a long-distance relationship work. My feelings caught me off guard, which raised the stakes exponentially since our first rendezvous. In fact, I didn't want to 'like, like' someone who didn't 'like, like' me back. He had let slip that he was actually visiting town for a funeral, and I worried I was just an easy lay in his itinerary. It was at that moment that I decided not to sleep with him. Ghost me after a one-night stand? I wouldn't notice. But ghost me after I've imagined a beautiful future together in my head? Shame on you. It was during dinner that he said: 'You treated me like you just wanted a quickie. I was actually trying to get to know you.' I countered that most people aren't exactly thinking about learning someone's life story on a hookup app. He asked if I wanted to take a walk by the lake after dinner, which is when we had a passionate makeout on the pier, then he drove me home. It made me laugh because we kissed with such giddiness as if we hadn't already seen each other naked. So, How Did It Go? is a weekly series that will make you cringe with second-hand embarrassment or ooze with jealousy as people share their worst and best date stories. Want to spill the beans about your own awkward encounter or love story? Contact At my front door, I tried my best to explain why he couldn't come up: 'If you really want to try dating, we can sleep together when we next go out.' I said this knowing full well he'd have to jump on another plane. This time, just for me. John couldn't have been more agreeable and understanding, even if he was just faking it. He's since told me he worried I didn't sleep with him because I had lost my attraction and was trying to be polite. I explained the irony was that it was because I liked him too much. At the end of the day, a one-night stand is often dismissed – if not outright denied – as a path towards finding love. So I want to buck that assertion. I've always lived life by my own rules, which means I can be slutty one evening and a prude the next. And just because I sleep with someone on the same night as first meeting them, it doesn't mean we can't grow from there. I will always do what I say and say how I feel. That's why I only needed two encounters to ask John to go somewhat steady, dating with open borders. So we're currently more than anonymous lovers, less than boyfriends. We both acknowledge that we haven't spent enough time with each other to solidify a formal relationship or ask each other to stop seeing other people. But we're both keen on the idea. More Trending Hopefully, as he has plans to visit again this month, and I'm flying to LA for a party he's hosting in August, we'll decide if what we have is worth the distance. And to people who'd turn their noses up at the idea that you can find love through a one-night stand, I'd say they underestimate the power of sexual chemistry and where there's a will, there's always a way. At least if you figure out that person's social handle. View More » *Name has been changed Do you have a story you'd like to share? Get in touch by emailing Share your views in the comments below. Millie Bobby Brown shares huge Enola Holmes 3 'case closed' update

No official release date has yet been shared Millie Bobby Brown has shared a huge Enola Holmes 3 update as fans say "I'm crying". Enola Holmes is Sherlock Holmes' equally brilliant younger sister and first graced screens back in 2020. It has since become a hit with fans as they wait patiently for the third film, previously confirmed to be in production. Starring Stranger Things star Millie, 21, as the "teen sleuth", the show follows Enola who sets out on a journey to prove herself after being overshadowed by the legacy of her brothers. Enola Holmes 2 was released in 2022 where Enola takes on her first official case as detective. And with a near perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes with 91%, it remains popular for fans of mystery. Now, a huge update has been shared. Millie shared an exclusive behind the scenes insight into Enola Holmes 3 as she revealed a huge update with fans on her Instagram. Posting photos from the set, with cast and crew, she wrote: "case closed." Although no official release date has yet been announced, fans cannot wait. Netflix replied: "omgomgomg" as another fan commented: "EH3 era, here we goooo." A third said: "OH MY GOD WE ARE SO READY." As a fourth echoed: "We are ready for you, Enola!!!" Over on X, excitement is also building as one person wrote: "ENOLA HOLMES 3 WRAPPED. BEST DAY OF MY LIFE." Another added: "Guys enola holmes 3 is filmed I'm crying." It was previously announced that Enola Holmes 3 would return with star Millie Bobby Brown. Back in April, Netflix announced the new film was in production in the UK. According to Netflix's Tudum, it teased: "The latest installment in the adventures of the young detective sees her tackling another mystery, this time on the island nation of Malta. You'll have to wait and see what brings her there — but once she's arrived, Enola is flung into a nest of vipers. "As the private detective juggles a new case and the next stages of her relationship with Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge), the game is truly afoot." Enola Holmes 3 is directed by Philip Barantini, also known for his work on Adolescence. Millie Bobby Brown will return as Enola alongside Himesh Patel as Dr John Watson. Fans will also see Helen Bonham Carter (known for her roles in Harry Potter and The Crown) as Eudoria Holmes.
