Nicola Peltz dragged dog grooming company Houndspa owner Deborah Gittleman and the groomer John Ceballos to court last year for wrongfully manhandling her dog, Nala, leading to her passing.
The actress must now answer important questions under oath before a New York judge in the ongoing case. She must reportedly appear for the deposition before October 30, as her dead dog's groomer insisted he did nothing wrong.
Nicola will also have to release the necropsy report for the late Nala, detailing the cause of her death and other important information related to it. The newest member of the Beckham family has a long and rich history with the dog, which she rescued and has had with her for about nine years.
